We recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Jaipur while travelling from the UK for a family wedding and booked three rooms. The hospitality was outstanding. A special mention to the FOM, his service was truly top class. Professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, he made our stay feel effortless and memorable. Also, thank you for excellent customer service and support throughout. A wonderful experience overall. We’re already looking forward to visiting again in a few months.

Staff was very sweet and friendly. Anjali and her team were very pleasant and went above and beyond with helping us during our stay. Complementary breakfast was very clean and had an amazing variety of dishes, and everything I tried hit the spot! Very prompt in delivering on requests. Would be very happy to return and recommend to others!

I was quite surprised that the room had no window or natural light, which felt unusual for a hotel in Jaipur. I believe the team may need better to balance the needs of individual guests and tour groups to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. The property's overall upkeep needs improvement, and the breakfast quality fell short of expectations. I believe they need to up their game. I will avoid this property for now
