There was a rather strong smell in the hotel, and it was not very clean either. Almost felt uncomfortable to sleep there one night, so we checked out early and didn't complete our stay. The staff were not very friendly and gave us a lot of grief with wanting to check out early. Definitely not close to any Hilton standards.

One of the finest and wonderful and contemporary hotel we ever stayed in all aspects. Hotel features modern and brand new look, modern and elegant furnishing and very neat and clean amenities. Room décor, bed and everything was quality and perfect and bath room was amazing. Staff was extremely helpful and co-operative and the words like no or not possible was not in their dictionary. Concierge staff went out of the way to help us on our very 1st day on this new land for us, China and especially when we don't know a single word of Chinese language. Sorry I forgot the names of boys who really helped us a lot for almost every thing we asked whether about getting around, dining outside, about city and much more.

Helpful staff, but some issues with bed comfort and breakfast crowds The mattress in our Double Room was soft and had a noticeable dip on one side, if you prefer a firm bed, this might not be for you. However, the staff was very accommodating and helped us change room. Regarding breakfast, it was quite chaotic on one of the days due to a large tour group. The restaurant was very noisy and they even ran out of clean plates, which made for a disappointing dining experience.

The room is clean n tidy. Tge maid has very good service n give us extra water n tea bags. We are particular imprseeive with a bell boy Mr Tin Wai from Conciage who was very patient in guiding in using the book cab App. He even helped us to save a route that we plan to go. Please share my comments with Hotel management. Overall a good experience staying here. But there was no shops and restaurant around here.
