It was alright not to bad of a stay. The ice machine was broke an the pool had a dead baby bird in the drain. Not sure if they knew about it or not but once the other people found it we got out. The sink drained out really slow. Quiet not to much noise. In really close distance for walking to a few eating places an stores. I would stay again.

Refrigerators and restaurant equipment stored in what was the breakfast area in the lobby. So, at that point I realized that there was probably no complimentary breakfast. Check in was pretty straight forward. But the room's curtains were torn and tattered, no possible way for privacy. A/C was off, so room smelt musty. We never even looked at the restroom. I walked to the front to request another room. The clerk called management and had to walk to the room to see for himself that the curtains were really torn. He tried to move them around in an effort to fix them or make them presentable. We asked for another room. He had to call management to see of that was even possible. eventually he did offer us another room but said we would have to wait until they could find one. Then he said he would have to find someone to clean it. At that point we had enough. We agreed that if this room's condition was what they considered good enough to charge for, then the other rooms were probably not much better. The entire episode never escalated, and neither of us ever raised our voices or became irate, although both of us were visibly frustrated. We walked back to the front counter, he canceled the room, and then got back on his phone No apology, no receipt, no other word said, it was really weird. We had to go through the trouble of getting another room at another hotel. It kinda sucked because we had to spend a little more than anticipated and also had to wait a few days for the refund.

When my aunt came to stay at the location, that same night she stepped on glass that was on the floor, the floor was never swept, when she went to tell management they told her that they sweep everyday, also the mini fridge was not working and there was no ice for her to have due to them doing laundry in the back where the ice machine was. If I was her I would have requested my money back. She will never stay there again!

Parking is narrow near room 150. I had a fly in my room. The main lights didn’t work

Overall great value for the price to stay. Security is pretty tight so it has definitely done some changing over the past year or so. Not as much drug activity. Quieter. It's my first choice when in San Antonio.

The service was very good and the security guard on site made me feel comfortable. The A/C needed improvement for sure. For the amount of time I was in the room it was ok! The price tag was outstanding thou.

Staff personnel was amazing, the lobby girl was friendly and helped us a lot with the issues of the room, also pool was clean. A lot of smoke smell (tobacco and Mary) but it is not fault of the hotel, but other unrespectful customers. Also cockroaches in the fridge ): Excellent location!

Trash everywhere needs to be cleaned

The terrain is uneven trough out the whole property, is like a constant roller coaster: ups and downs. Not senior friendly.

Staff was polite helpful and courteous. Room was older but maintained with good furniture and electronics. Rooms were not cleaned well and had old food under the bed, and bugs crawling around.

The WiFi password was not written on the room card or given to me during check in, the floor was so dirty that it turned the bottom of my white socks black, I had to kill two flys in my room, there was homeless people all around the property. The worst part was that at 1AM there was two kids running around and screaming, I tried calling the front desk but there’s nobody there after 11PM, so I had to call the non-emergency line because there was no parents with them.

Floors needed cleaned swept and mopped.

Roaches in the room, no batteries on remote, only cover was a sheet

This is a disappointment of an establishment. How they have not been shut down is astonishing! The room given (room 105) looked like it had never been cleaned, the “pillow cases” had burn holes. The pillows were brown stained from how old and dirty they were. The sheets smelled dirty, the floor, mirror and bathroom were disgusting. Not including the roaches crawling on the floor! We were in a “non smoking” room that reeked of cigarette smoke. I got a headache with the smell just walking in. This motel is a serious health hazard, especially for kids! We tried to get a refund and it was denied. It is extremely sad how they think it’s okay to let their customers stay in these kind of living conditions.

Non smoking room but smelled like smoke. Daughter stuck hand in wet pain 30 seconds into being in room. Pillows looked like pillow covers with no pillows in the cover. Cigarette butts all over outside. Floor wasn’t cleaned. Remote was under back of bed, towels had stains and fingerprints, ceiling in bathroom had mold, bed was sunken in, went to brush teeth and there were cigarette butts coming out of drain in sink. No hairdryer, or hangers. No tissues. 2 broken hangers. Do not stay here it is disgusting

It’s an average property. You will find cockroaches everywhere in the room and smell of dampness.

Roaches, towels dirty not washed, floor dirty, microwave inside dirty, tub had scum, sheets on bed had cigarette burns which was a non smoking room

The room was good. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. There is nothing to complain about.

Drunk people yelling outside, bedside light falling off the wall, dirty bathroom, looked as though the hairdryer was ripped out of the wall. Light bulbs are missing throughout. Didn't want to even undress. Slept in my clothes.

I had a double bed of which one I didnt use, springy beds and my socks were black from the unmopped floors. Something drove me insane at night itching me. Not bugs but definitely the sheets n plowcases irritating my skin on exposed areas..i was told numerous times that the deposit would be returned to my card but Never did.

The hotel was not in the best condition, but we weren't expecting a 4 star hotel. It was worth the rate we paid, but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

The price was the only thing good about this stay other than a fast check in. Lots of Road noise, inconsiderate guests being loud at 4am. Hotel staff was quick and efficient. Got checked into the room with the world's thinnest towels and then had the liberty of getting to see a few roaches on the room wall. If it wasn't for the sheer necessity of needing a place to sleep for a few hours before work the next day, I absolutely would have checked out.

You can hear everything outside and across the other rooms. People shouting, running, and banging. Although the room was relatively clean and scentless, there were roaches crawling the floors and walls...

The beds are alot better as they upgraded the mattress. They also have a fridge in the rooms slight smaller than an apartment fridge. The towels however are the absolute worst no fluff and are barely absorbent. Overall location is the best with food and grocery store and walmart within 3 miles

My room is run down, dirty, foul smell, found insects. Cheap rate, and 'get what you pay for'.

Where do I begin. If the sorry state of the exterior of this place isn't an indication of the quality of this "hotel", then the room itself speaks volumes. The pictures on hotels.com look like they were taken 10 years ago, as the outside of the hotel is painted a dark gray as opposed to the vibrant yellow and pink in the photos. The room looked like it was being used for... illicit recreational activities. A plastic bag on the smoke detector, the fridge didnt work. Paint chips all over the floor, and the entire room smelled like someone poured an entire bottle of laundry bleach on the floor and just let it soak into the vinyl flooring. The sink was clogged, the towels had hair all over them, and the toilet was disgusting. Ended up leaving and staying at a best western. Do yourself a favor, and don't be tempted by the low price tag.

I come to this motel alot,I like it,but sometimes you get noisey neighbors.

I arrived an hour before check in and the desk clerk stated that I would have to pay an extra $20 if I wanted the room one hour early. I left and came back at 4p.m. I was charged a $20 deposit to my credit card that is refundable. I requested a non-smoking room, and I confirmed it with the owner. I was given a room at the back of the property which was kinda scary. Looked like a back alley where deals are done. There was a couple of people camped out at the doorway has if it was their house. I walked into the room and stench of cigarettes hit me like a ton of bricks. It looked like the roomed to be cleaned a little better. The AC barely worked, dirt all over the vents, bulbs were out. There was hair long hair all over the toilet seat and towels hard and dingy. The main door security latch was broken. I wanted to go down to complain but didn't kind of figured all the rooms would be the same. I guess I get what i paid for. I'm so glad that I didn't pay the extra $20 just to spend an extra hour in the smelly room. I can't believe Hotels.com would even allow this MOTEL to advertise on their website.

The room next to us was rented to a prostitute and 2 other guys. The rooms we were supposed to stay in wreaked of cigarette’s and musk. Felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. We left the room 5 min after walking into the room. I booked a 4 star hotel room while standing in the flex studios room and the second the confirmation was emailed to me we hauled ass out of this dirty place. Bugs and homeless people everywhere. I was afraid the people snooping around our cars would rob us in our sleep. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Expedia should seriously take this hotel off their site. Someone can get hurt by staying here.

This hotel is a great option if you are looking for something super affordable and a convenient location. The rooms are clean with all the basic necessities. Hotel staff was also very friendly! The only thing that felt a bit unsafe is that the rooms were outside facing an open space.

Very walkable convenient to shopping, dinning and evening entertainment or plenty of spots for a nice time to hang out and have a few.
