Ble tildelt rom som ikke var rengjort etter forrige gjest først, dette ble ordnet men unødvendig for et Radisson hotel å ikke ha kontroll på dette. Ble kompensert med en drikke voucher.. ellers hyggelig service og ok hotell.

It was a really good stay because the hotel is amazing. The breakfast is really good with a big variety of options. The location is the best possible, near to shops and also to the city center where you can find the historical places. We had an issue with the hot water at the shower which led to maintenance working at the toilet for a few hours. When we asked for a late checkout they said the hotel was fully booked which is very unfortunate given the issue we had. We had fruits and chocolates as an apology for the inconvenience - which was nice. The room was big, quiet and clean. We would love to stay there again.

A very good option for a 4-star hotel in Bilbao right near old town. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Highlights include the enormous shower and his and her sinks in the bathroom. The front desk staff was great. We were in town for the eclipse, and they provided great tips on where to go to see the event, and details about the local weather and what to expect. Checking in and out was smooth, once we figured out where to park; there is a single spot out front that is okay for hotel guests to park short-term in an otherwise restricted area. There is a Michelin-star restaurant on the top floor where we dined on the second night. The service was excellent and the price fix menu was very good; I thought the starters were much better than the entrees though. The only real disappointment was the breakfast buffet, which we paid for in advance. The selection was not great, especially with the fruit. The scrambled eggs were incredibly dry the first day, and only slightly better the next. You can special order a few items; I ordered the eggs Benedict on day two and it never came, so I just left instead of trying to order it again. Also, I tried to change the time of our dinner reservation on the second night due to the eclipse. The buffet manager said she made the change, but when we came back for dinner, our name was not even on the reservation list. Fortunately, we were able to be seated anyway. Overall, very good stay but skip the buffet.

Lovely room, great location. The swimming pool situation is a bit random - you have to book a 50 min slot in advance for a share of a tiny pool - and the spa attendants are very stroppy and unhelpful.
