We had to get a room in another building not easy to access with our 4 bags. When ask to change reception was not eating at all. Staff not at level.

My wife and I opted to stay at an Island Club for the Christmas period, however, due to it usual regular hotel (Marriot) being fully booked, we opted for Island Club. Unfortunately I must express that whilst the staff were friendly, the rooms were never cleaned to hotel standard, the breakfast area is extremely poor and lack space. There is also no restroom facility in the buffet area, so guests are forced to go up to their rooms if they require that. Lastly the maintenance of our room was very poor.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that there was a welcome back sign on the wall with my name on it, since I was a returning traveler.
