The picture , on your web site, of the swimming pool is misleading, it looks as it is about 12 meters long, when in fact is only 3 meters. If is not too expensive, the hotel could put on the 1st floor a kettle with few bags of coffee at the disposal of guests,at the moment guests must go to the nearby hotel to get a cup of coffee or tea. On the second day of my stay, I informed the reception that , due to,business reason, I had to return to Merida a day earlier and if it was possible to obtain a refund for that unused night, the answer was no as,according to them, I paid a promotional fare ; on my reservation there was no mention of it , never mind, that money can be used to buy few bags of coffee and tea. Best luck for your future business. PS: of course , on my next trip to Tulum I will not make use of that Hotel hospitality. c.

The hotel seem brand new and quite modern. The staff was super friendly. A pot of coffee was waiting early in the morning. I rented a bicycle from the front desk to get around the area. [Note: The map provided by the expedia website is wrong. The hotel is actually on the corner of Asteroides and Osiris.]
