I don’t like carpet on the floor, looks very old and dirty . Staffs are very friendly and polite. Cleaning service is very efficient but I can see the bathroom tiles has mould on the wall inside bathroom. Otherwise all good.

Stay 2 nights during Chinese New Year. Feb 9-11, 2024. No heat in the room. Freezing cold for the first night. Checked with front-desk the next morning and to my surprises to find out an upscale brand hotel has no heating system setup. I was given a portable heater for the 2nd night. Front-desk did not tell me at check-in. I would not have selected this hotel if I had known this in advance.

Muy mala experiencia, viaje con familia y niños , en el lugar ahí muchos club nocturnos y la música no deja dormir de 9pm a 5am y las ventana dejan pasar todo el sonido , solicitamos cambio de cuarto a otro nivel y la respuesta del personal fue muy mal y grosera ,, realmente no nos fuimos del Lugar que nos dieron que no darían ningún reembolso de 4 noches que pagamos de 2 cuartos ,, TENGA CUIDADO 🚨 y por otra que solo limpian cada dos días los cuartos .

Lovely my stay here. All staff were incredibly friendly. My luggage wheel broke on my way to the hotel and one of the in house staff fixed it for me. I was very well looked after, especially by staff member Amy who went above and beyond to help me around, especially not knowing the language and area very well. Highly recommend staying at Crowne Plaza when in Shen Zhen!

We are very happy with the services of the hotel, particularly the staff at the reception including Cavan and Kayle. We asked them for help to change room, he did it patiently and efficiently. When we got off the taxi and didn’t have the local currency to pay the driver, they ran to help pay the taxi by Alipay. We will come back and stay at the hotel again. Walking distance to/fro Futian Railway Station. Ideal if you take speed train to/fro GZ or West Kowloon (HK). Coco Park and Ping A Fin Ctr are within walking distance too. There are shopping and restaurants. We go most places via didi otherwise you can consider taking Futian MTR.
