The hotel was in a central location with very easy access to public transport, lovely restaurants and shopping. The family room was very clean with comfortable beds and nice toiletries. The only problem I had was with the bathroom, separate toilet and outside basin. All three were placed in a very tight space. The shower cubicle didn't have proper water retaining door and the shower water would inadvertently splash outside making a mess. All in all, it was a quiet peaceful stay with kids.

We had a family room and it was very clean and spacious. However our stay wasn’t so good here. Kids (aged 13 and 11) found the sofa bed not comfortable at all and had trouble sleeping. The cushions were too soft for us again affecting our sleep (although we didn’t request new ones) The room was too hot! The Air Conditioning was set on 18 but didn’t work that well. We called the reception for someone to check but she said no one was around to check and nothing she could do! Thankfully we were here only for a night!
