The room was dirty. No towels in room. Floor was wood but ran a cloth over counter and floor came up black. Random hair found on sink, toilet, floor. Broken glass pieces in the bath tub with pubic hair ect. No water in pool that looked condemned. Sheets were stained with black stains. Booked a smoking room and got a non smoking room. Seriously you all need to clean ur rooms. Counters were sticky with idk. Broken tiles, and bathroom door. Ect.ect.ect Just a gross place.

I was in a room on the first floor that room was 2nd worst room I have ever stayed in since I been staying in hotels they didn’t have breakfast the room have cob-wells in the corner an they towels had some kind of diseases on them

Paid $100 to stay one night at a stopping point on a long road trip. Very old hotel. Credit card machine wasn’t working. No coffee anywhere in the morning. Not even in the lobby. Room smelled like smoke and burn marks in the linens. Bathroom had only a tub, no shower ( but did have a shower curtain and rod for no reason ) could barely sleep due to noise from neighbors. Probably would have been better off sleeping in my car and showering at a truck stop.

The staff was great very friendly from the few encounters i had with them But property is seriously lacking on amenities you can see where there used to be minifridge in the room they are all gone but the dust outline remained no microwave in room had to pass my pizza under the glass at front desk so clerk could microwave for me no ice anywhere on property no snack or drink machines no breakfast which the website and expedia both say free breakfast but there is a bar and when you are checking in they have a sign on vounter saying free drink at bar for new guest at check in buuuuuut the bar is closed So again NO drinks or NO ice or NO snacks REALLY THERE ISNT MUCH OTHER THAN A MEDIOCRE MATTRESS AND FOUR WALLS

They are renovating and the rooms are not ready for guests yet. Some rooms have the windows boarded. Others have mold in the bathroom. The gentleman working the front seems unsure on what goes on. We didn’t stay after seeing room and we’re still waiting on the charges to be reversed. Just stay somewhere else!!!

This property is so nasty and dirty it's ridiculous. Dead roach in the room, condoms rapper. Ac is filthy, sheets full of burnt holes. There was no soap in the bathroom. My skin itches me all night in the dirty bed. I would not recommend this place to even a enemy. Property needs serious deep cleaning . Health inspector should shut this place down

When I showed up to check in, the guy at the desk was barefoot and had his feet on the counter. When I got to the room, there was burn holes on the sheets and 2 flat pillows. The shower did not have a handle to turn the water on and the floor of the room was sticky.

This hotel was disgusting. The room wasn’t clean we booked through Expedia and when we got there we had to call a number on the front glass and told them we had reservations through Expedia and all the guy said meet me at 230 and we met him he said the keys didn’t work so we would have to call the number to get someone to unlock the door. The tv doesn’t work 1 towel for 2 people and the room was gross we couldn’t even stay there and we didn’t get our money. We will never go there again

This property did not have anyone at the front desk to check us in. Had to wait outside to be checked in after hours for about 20 minutes. Nice in the room , the blinds where falling off the window , the smell of the room was awful, the air conditioning was terrible 75 degrees in Louisiana heat. Awful experience. Bare electrical wires hanging out the socket and the TV DIDNT WORK.

Our stay was terrible. The bathroom door didn’t work there was no doorknob and I got locked in. The tv and ac/heater unit didn’t work. For sure was a cold night. Not to mention spider webs all over the place. Seemed the room hadn’t been used/cleaned in a while

This hotel is owned/operated by OYO. Had I known that, i most definitely would not have booked. This company stole from me once before. I booked last year and when I arrived to check in, i was told no rooms were available, due to them not being clean. When i asked for a refund, they told me i needed to get it through Hotels.com. Well, Hotels.com did not refund my money because the hotel told them i never checked in. As far as this stay is concerned, when i arrived, i was told i needed to pay a 60 dollar mandatory deposit (if paying with cash) and 50.00 on a debit or cc (Hotel.com states the deposit is 25 per night) I only booked for one night. That’s 2 bookings, once lied on and stolen from, another lied to, about the amount of the deposit. There will not be a 3rd time. My only hope is that you are reading this before you book with them.

I didn’t get a Key to my room because the system was broken & they lied & said we would get keys the next day but never did Every time I needed to get in my room I had to call front desk for someone to Open it my Stay was 10days couldn’t take anymore so I went to the LaQuinta Inn very much better they even serve breakfast and Travel lodge didn’t.

Paid $100 to stay one night at a stopping point on a long road trip. Very old hotel. Credit card machine wasn’t working. No coffee anywhere in the morning. Not even in the lobby. Room smelled like smoke and burn marks in the linens. Bathroom had only a tub, no shower ( but did have a shower curtain and rod for no reason ) could barely sleep due to noise from neighbors. Probably would have been better off sleeping in my car and showering at a truck stop.

This is a very large hotel. The girl that just told me it was recently purchased and they were fixing it up. I rented a room for three nights basically because the price was right. I was putting the very back of the hotel where it looks like they have people that stay there long time and was very noisy. Their maintenance man lives upstairs and other employees live around. The room that I was in was not happy with the condition. Did not feel safe as transients were sleeping outside of my room in the brass area

I didn’t like the fact of drug transactions being conducted outside my room door, the occupants in the adjoining room continuously tried to bust down the connecting doors and I stepped on a mound of dog poop next to my car.

This was easily the worst stay of my life. I didn’t even end up staying there, I got up and left after 45 mins there. The room was gross, curtains had either blood or ketchup on them, and some men came to my door and knocked after 11:30pm, saying they were there to fix my lock. I immediately packed and left. I tried to go to front desk at midnight but there were so many cars in the circle driveway I couldn’t even get in to park. Female traveling solo, I wasn’t going to park and walk across the property in the dark, so I tried calling to tell them I wanted a refund. THey would pick up the phone and hang up…2X!! Never a travelodge or a OYO whatever they are again!!! If I could rate this lower than a 1 star I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I was in a room on the first floor that room was 2nd worst room I have ever stayed in since I been staying in hotels they didn’t have breakfast the room have cob-wells in the corner an they towels had some kind of diseases on them

I didn’t get a Key to my room because the system was broken & they lied & said we would get keys the next day but never did Every time I needed to get in my room I had to call front desk for someone to Open it my Stay was 10days couldn’t take anymore so I went to the LaQuinta Inn very much better they even serve breakfast and Travel lodge didn’t.

The staff was great very friendly from the few encounters i had with them But property is seriously lacking on amenities you can see where there used to be minifridge in the room they are all gone but the dust outline remained no microwave in room had to pass my pizza under the glass at front desk so clerk could microwave for me no ice anywhere on property no snack or drink machines no breakfast which the website and expedia both say free breakfast but there is a bar and when you are checking in they have a sign on vounter saying free drink at bar for new guest at check in buuuuuut the bar is closed So again NO drinks or NO ice or NO snacks REALLY THERE ISNT MUCH OTHER THAN A MEDIOCRE MATTRESS AND FOUR WALLS
