I had to cancel reservation. The place is absolute oyó de heces y guarida de drogas with vagabonds all around, police sirens and looks absolutely nothing like the photos on hotels.com. total misrepresention and not safe for children or women to stay at. Not only did they try to double charge me then refused to cancel the reservation effectively stealing money from me.

No había personal para realizar el chek in, tuve que llamar y esperar al rededor de 15min para que apareciera alguien y me dieran habitación. La luz del pasillo se filtra por la puerta, entonces todo el tiempo hay luz en la habitación. Además la puerta del baño no cierra adecuadamente. Pueden encontrar mejores sitios por el mismo precio

The staff were nice and the room was a great size for a family of 6. Unfortunately, there were three roaches as we got into the room. But the hardest part of all was the noise from the busy street below. Bring earplugs. There were party busses with loud bass going most of the night as well as fireworks and loud vehicles. Otherwise, it worked great.
