The room was not clean and there were half shower gel in the bathroom supposed to be shared by two people. The staff we met during check-in was very rude. And it’s not in Durres.

All the staff was very helpful, welcoming, caring, upgrading without extra charge, very kind, very respectful people. Always doing extraordinary hard work to make sure all customers are happy. Best hotel, posh, clean, food amazing. I say big thank you to all of them, they treat everyone like family. The hotel is modern and exceptionally well maintained by the hardest working and kindest cleaning crew I've might. Excellent rooms, refreshing pool, and nearby beach access with chairs and umbrellas. What really sets the place apart are it's people who consistently went above and beyond. Amazing stay and we will be back!
