this property should be on lock down with the infestation of roaches it has, I didn't feel safe at all, towels were with some nasty stains in it, the shower was horrible I even used my shoes in it, beds were nasty, this hotel doesn't look near as clean as in the picture of how they made it look, there's no vending machines, it look like where all the homeless apt complex, shopping carts outside the rooms, there was a lot going on in this place. BUT IF YOU REALLY DNT HAVE ANY OTHER PLACE TO STAY BETTER SLEEP IN YOUR CAR!!! this place should be taken off of Expedia and every other page that people use to make a reservation.

I have to say that the front desk lady, Heather i believe, was the most attentive and helpful woman I have ever met in Lake City. We travel fairly often to see family but have 2 special needs kids so we stay at hotels. My 19yr old has had a long recovery from a TBI and has several sensory issues. We ALWAYS NOTIFY the hotels just in case of an episode during our stay. She helped me so much with him, our door was facing the office and she took a personal intrest in our comfort during our stay. Our parking spot was right outside the door. The only issue i had during our stay was with houskeeping following protocols, but we will book here in the future.

Bed bugs I tried to get my money back they acted like they didn't have them I had 200 bites

The room was very dirty, the towels were very dirty, I don't know why they left them like that in the drawers, there was a lot of tobacco

It was a very clean and comfortable room. However, i was obvious by a couple of small unpainted and unsanded spackling places on the walls the some renovation was still on going. The room didn't have a coffee pot or clock in it as do most hotels, but those items didn't really make or break the room. Te staff was extremely professional and courteous and made me feel to be a valued customer. I would consider staying there again if I am passing through Lake City and plan to stay overnight.

The property is old, but well maintained and clean. Saved enough money for a steak.

I stayed there One night. I found roaches on the floor, one Rolling on my bag. Then when I told the person watching the hotel, she was very dismissive and just told me to had just sprayed, that is why I’m seeing them. She did not offer me another room. She just apologized and went about her business. The next day I checked out approximately about 6:30 in the morning, took about five minutes to answer the door, and Front desk personnel looked like she had just woken up out of sleep and her pajamas as well, I told her again I I see more roaches, and I said part of My morning killing roaches so they wouldn’t go in my bag and I wouldn’t take them home. Front desk personnel didn’t offer me any discounts and anything not even a room change all she did was apologize. Upon checking my bank statement I didn’t get my deposit back right away most places when I say a hotel I get it the same Day. Yes, I will not stay here ever again. I am very upset with Expedia for the recommendation On their site.

!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE...ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES!!!! This property was the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in my e life. I can not believe hotels.com are affiliated with them. At 1:30 in the morning I turned on the lights and hundreds of ROACHES were all over the floor. EVERYWHERE. Probably hundreds of them. I called the front desk in a frantic and the lady tells me "oh, well the pest control just came out and sprayed a few days ago". Yes, that was their explanation. Me and my daughter had to quickly grab our bags and go outside in 30 degree pouring rain and shake everything out then run across the parking lot, in the cold rain, and put all our luggage and belongings in the car. Then they have the audacity to tell me they can't give me a refund for my stay. I took videos and pictures on me and my daughters phones. Do not stay here. It won't let me upload the videos.

Perfectly clean and comfortable. Raj at the Front Desk was exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and helpful.!!

Excellent “budget” motel

We started off with the lobby smelling horrible and a deposit was required in cash. Also not as advertised. We went to our room the AC was falling apart and cold. We went to grab a shower it too fell apart no phone in the room to call the front desk and on my 2 towels no wash cloth no hand towel and I had to get dressed go up to the front desk and was not they don't use wash clothes. And then yelled at and was told house keeping was not there to bring more towels. Horrible stay never again.

There was two thin bath towels no wash rags, one of each shampoo PACKETS, thin bar of soap. THIN PILLOWS. Wasn't pleased with this place at all

I loved the shower. The room was bare bones so expect that. The money saved, bought bkfst the next day. The mattresses were not real comfortable. No cups to drink water, wash your mouth out or take meds. Bring your own tissue & cups but other than that we just wanted to sleep there.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and great location for a good price.

Even though I stayed here during a hurricane lost power, the manager of the hotel took it upon himself to feed everybody. That was there if I could give this place 10 stars I would.

i like its convenient area. if the woman at the counter was any ruder i might have had to step outside to get my husband truly not hotel friendly. & HOLD $100 WHILE SHE INSPECTS MY ROOM IN THE MORNING & QUESTIONS HER STAFF ABOUT THE WONDERFUL TOWELS AND 1/2 ROLL OF TISSUE PAPER. RIDICULOUS. I WILL PAY $150 A NIGHT TO AVOID THIS ONE. The hotel feels like its literally sinking and it slanted, the bathroom door will partly shut to prove it. hopefully when it sinks into the sinkhole no one will be in it. if she is, theyll hear her mouth. used to be a very peaceful place.

Drunks, smoking weed all over the place bugs in the rooms we didn’t even stay. We left after seeing the condition of the place.

Quiet and friendly staff close to everything great place .

50 dollar deposit for the room on my debit card. Waiting still on the money. It was clean and quiet no breakfast.
