Lovely room! We had to walk through a pretty raucous bar to get to the front desk…that was a bit off putting. The girl at the front desk wasn’t really into customer service…not friendly…like she needed to get back to her cellphone. Otherwise, parking easy, location very central. Not a very warm and inviting place.

Brand new beautiful hotel rooms are clean and well designed full bar and restaurant overpriced but everything is I feel only down fall and it’s minor is smell pool area. Great lobby plenty of snacks for sale close to everything great new hotel

The Courtyard by Marriott was beautiful. You could tell it was new, with a very fresh and updated look. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the beds were super comfortable, the workout room was top notch, and the location was amazing. It was nice to have a choice of bars and restaurants to visit, which were right across the street. We'll definitely stay here again when visiting Owatonna. Highly recommend for the price!

Hotel is brand new! The room was very modern & comfortable. Huge shower! Front desk staff was very friendly & accommodating. The same with the staff at the bar/bistro. The fitness center has all modern machines. The pool is small but adequate. I do wish they had a hot tub. Otherwise a breath of fresh air in an older, quaint little town.

Our tv was very glitchy and had a bad connection so it was unwatchable. We had no hot water at 8am, tried again at 10:30am and still cold, and then too late to take a shower at 11:40am we finally had hot water. Having high occupancy is no excuse for lack of hot water or glitchy tv, you need to update your hotel so your amenities work at all times so we are getting what we pay for. The bed was very comfortable.

We stayed here for a softball tournament, and the beds were very comfortable which helped us get a quality nights sleep to prepare for the next full days worth of games. The area is very quiet and whole stay was very enjoyable.

The girl at the front desk wasn’t really into customer service…not friendly…like she needed to get back to her cellphone. Otherwise, parking easy, location very central. Room was very nice! Only minor concerns was the acoustics at the lobby, bar, restaurant area. Quite loud. Over all will stay here again!!
