Negatives: definitely not a 4 star hotel, rooms have some imperfections and they would need some upgrades to meet expectations. The breakfast has a limited range of selection (I was surprised after reading other reviews which claimed the breakfast was great), although it might fulfill expectations for occasional travelers. During our stay the bar was closed and there was no option to purchase food or drinks (except through two vending machines with pre-made food) Positives: rooms were spacious, the hotel was clean, staff was nice and there were little to no issues. Parking was easily accessible and transferring luggage to our rooms was convenient through a nearby elevator (parking was for free during our entire stay).

The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen was clean. The down side would be the bathroom/shower; they leak terribly and there is no way to keep the heat in due to the doors not sliding closed all the way. The rooms are not soundproofed and the hotel does not enforce quiet hours, we chose to stay outside the city so that we would be able to sleep and that was not the case. There was a party on the floor above that lasted until 5 in the morning, the staff was notified on multiple occasions and still nothing was done. The staff also does not respond to any type of messaging not on the website or through email. The hotel is nice and the gym had lots of cool equipment with restrooms. There is also a computer lab with two desktops and two arcade style games which were super cute.

Very nice and big building, not only a hotel but also a coworking space. The fitness room is very spacious but has not many machines, the tapis roulant is quite good indeed. I did not like the breakfast, the muesli was not good, the choice of fruits is limited, no nuts. For a better ecosustainability I would advice to put bigger wall-hanging soap dispenser instead of small 20 ml bottles.

I am a US business traveller. Stayed 70 nights last year. Not typically staying abroad so use that as context. This hotel is in a college/university area. It seems like there may be some short term living here in addition to hotel overnight stays. The common area is very large and has multiple places that you can work from. The rooms are set up like apartments with kitchenettes, living area, bedroom, bathroom area. There is no central heating or cooling so if you are used to air-conditioning, this wouldn’t be your choice. I was there for three nights and they didn’t service the room while there. The area is safe and centrally located, and the rooms were quiet at night time.

The aparthotel was very cosy and welcoming, even though we arrived at night. Parking underneath the hotel was free, secure and well lit with direct lift access up to the rooms, which was handy for moving luggage. Our 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and reasonably clean, however it was very dimly lit (just not enough lights) and the shower cubicle was missing a door panel (presumably broken but not fixed) rendering it unusable. Thankfully there was also a bath with overhead shower that we used instead. We found the apartment quite cool and couldn't work out how to turn the (underfloor?) heating on. The road noise was quite loud, so had we needed a window open it would have been difficult to sleep. Beware the mattresses are rock hard! We found the location good for using the RER A to get into central Paris each day, with Cergy Prefecture only a 15 minute walk away and trains every 20 minutes with tickets €5 adult one way.

Nous séjournons depuis plusieurs années dans cet établissement. D’un point de vue général, l’accueil est bon, les espaces et les chambres ( un peu bruyantes côté hall au moment du petit déjeuner ou lors du passage de clients peu respectueux et coté route au niveau des menuiseries ) sont propres et le parking appréciable. À notre arrivée , premier problème. On nous attribue une chambre et lorsque nous entrons, il y a déjà quelqu’un! Erreur très gênante pour nous comme pour la personne à l’intérieur. Je n’ose même pas imaginer si cette erreur arrivait avec des personnes mal intentionnées si l’appartement est vide car il n’y a même pas de coffre fort suffisamment grand pour accueillir un pc. Par contre, du point de vue des services, il y en a de moins en moins. Cette fois-ci nous ne nous sommes pas risqués à prendre le petit déjeuner proposé par l’établissement tellement nous avons été déçus la dernière fois ( il y a 3 mois) et nous n’étions pas les seuls clients insatisfaits de la qualité et du choix proposé. Nous avons décidé de prendre nos petits déjeuner sur place en allant chercher de quoi manger à la boulangerie puisque qu’il s’agit d’apparat hôtel. Là encore déception, pas d’éponge ni de produit à vaisselle ni de torchon. À notre arrivée nous avons voulu prendre un rafraîchissement au bar au rez-de-chaussée après plus de 8h de route. Là on nous apprend que celui-ci n’existe plus. La structure y est toujours mais plus le service. De plus en plus déçus…dommage.

They cheated us and there is not enough communication with anyone. We booked there and went there to check in it’s was so dirty and smelly room. We asked the receptionist to change the room but he couldn’t speak English or help us to communicate with the hotel management. We booked through Expedia which I tried to contact and explain my situation that I’m standing with my 3 kids and the room is smoke smelly. They said they will help but never turn back to me. I wrote a letter and check out straight away. I hoped Expedia will sort it out for me which they didn’t. So I booked another hotel room and I never get my refund back.

Architektur und Einrichtung sind toll, das Personal freundlich. Es gab aber zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts scheinbar ein Problem mit der Kanalisation, was zu teilweise sehr unangenehmen Gerüchen geführt hat, am schlimmsten im Aufzug und der Tiefgarage mit offenen Gullis, im Appartement selbst war das kein Problem. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig (das Geld nicht wert), die Kaffemaschine war erst defekt, als sie wieder funktionierte, war der Kaffee leider ungenießbar. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war eher mäßig.

Die Unterkunft hat leider nicht unseren Ansprüchen an ein 4 Sterne Hotel entsprochen. Auf dem Boden lagen Krümel und Flusen, die Fenster waren nicht richtig dicht, wodurch es kalt und laut war. Des Weiteren war die Heizung defekt. Auf Anfrage haben wir einen Heizlüfter bekommen, was zeigt, dass das Problem bekannt zu sein scheint. Das Bettlaken hatte Löcher und Flecken, auf Anfrage wurde dieses zwar gewechselt, es hatte jedoch wieder Flecken. Die Dusche war eine Katastrophe, da die Duschwand undicht war, sodass das gesamte Bad beim Duschen unter Wasser stand. Dazu kommt der Schlauch an der Handbrause, der überhaupt nicht hoch genug ging, als dass man im Stehen hätte duschen können. Wir mussten also jeden Abend baden, was echt genervt hat. Alles in allem ist das Hotel wirklich nicht mehr im besten Zustand. Sehr schade... Wir hatten uns mehr erhofft, da die Zimmer wirklich schön designt sind und sehr groß sind. Einziger Pluspunkt ist, dass es keinen Teppichboden gab.

Dazu kommt der Schlauch an der Handbrause, der überhaupt nicht hoch genug ging, als dass man im Stehen hätte duschen können. Wir mussten also jeden Abend baden, was echt genervt hat. Alles in allem ist das Hotel wirklich nicht mehr im besten Zustand. Sehr schade... Wir hatten uns mehr erhofft, da die Zimmer wirklich schön designt sind und sehr groß sind. Einziger Pluspunkt ist, dass es keinen Teppichboden gab.

Het was een mooi jotel,ingericht met vele leuke plekjes in het hotel. Het hotel zat op loopafstand van het treinstation richting parijs centrum. De (familie)kamer was super ruim. Very nice hotel, nice area, comfortable bed and living area. Only thing I would say is I was on the ground floor and the building appears to have radiant floor heat with no thermostat control in room. My room was very warm, I would guess about 80 deg F and I ended up opening the window and keeping it open all night even though it was about 25 deg F outside.

I am a US business traveller. Stayed 70 nights last year. Not typically staying abroad so use that as context. This hotel is in a college/university area. It seems like there may be some short term living here in addition to hotel overnight stays. The common area is very large and has multiple places that you can work from. The rooms are set up like apartments with kitchenettes, living area, bedroom, bathroom area. There is no central heating or cooling so if you are used to air-conditioning, this wouldn’t be your choice. I was there for three nights and they didn’t service the room while there. The area is safe and centrally located, and the rooms were quiet at night time.

A great facility but lacked some basics like cutlery and glasses in the communal area and rooms. The ‘queen’ sofa bed was the worst I’ve ever slept on. Doesn’t lie flat at either end so more like sleeping in a hammock/banana. Awful. Twin beds I believe were comfy.

Great place with plenty of space for our family of 4. We had a unit with 3 bedrooms and a sitting area. Wish we were staying more than the one night as having access to the kitchen would have been great. A few options for dinner nearby.

They cheated us and there is not enough communication with anyone. We booked there and went there to check in it’s was so dirty and smelly room. We asked the receptionist to change the room but he couldn’t speak English or help us to communicate with the hotel management. We booked through Expedia which I tried to contact and explain my situation that I’m standing with my 3 kids and the room is smoke smelly. They said they will help but never turn back to me. I wrote a letter and check out straight away. I hoped Expedia will sort it out for me which they didn’t. So I booked another hotel room and I never get my refund back.

The room I got was nice and specious that is what i like, however there was no hairdryer in that room. They did not empty the garbage while 4 days I was there. We did not get paper toilet. And the receptionists were very rude and not helpful at all. I had been in this Hotel before they change the name of the hotel there was air conditioner, however this time looks like they have disconnected them.

The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen was clean. The down side would be the bathroom/shower; they leak terribly and there is no way to keep the heat in due to the doors not sliding closed all the way. The rooms are not soundproofed and the hotel does not enforce quiet hours, we chose to stay outside the city so that we would be able to sleep and that was not the case. There was a party on the floor above that lasted until 5 in the morning, the staff was notified on multiple occasions and still nothing was done. The staff also does not respond to any type of messaging not on the website or through email. The hotel is nice and the gym had lots of cool equipment with restrooms. There is also a computer lab with two desktops and two arcade style games which were super cute.

A very nice hotel in Cergy within a 10 minute walk of the Port and an easy walk to the train, bus station and shopping. The place was very clean, modern and spacious. The breakfast was convenient and good. The staff were extremely accommodating.

Nous séjournons depuis plusieurs années dans cet établissement. D’un point de vue général, l’accueil est bon, les espaces et les chambres ( un peu bruyantes côté hall au moment du petit déjeuner ou lors du passage de clients peu respectueux et coté route au niveau des menuiseries ) sont propres et le parking appréciable. À notre arrivée , premier problème. On nous attribue une chambre et lorsque nous entrons, il y a déjà quelqu’un! Erreur très gênante pour nous comme pour la personne à l’intérieur. Je n’ose même pas imaginer si cette erreur arrivait avec des personnes mal intentionnées si l’appartement est vide car il n’y a même pas de coffre fort suffisamment grand pour accueillir un pc. Par contre, du point de vue des services, il y en a de moins en moins. Cette fois-ci nous ne nous sommes pas risqués à prendre le petit déjeuner proposé par l’établissement tellement nous avons été déçus la dernière fois ( il y a 3 mois) et nous n’étions pas les seuls clients insatisfaits de la qualité et du choix proposé. Nous avons décidé de prendre nos petits déjeuner sur place en allant chercher de quoi manger à la boulangerie puisque qu’il s’agit d’apparat hôtel. Là encore déception, pas d’éponge ni de produit à vaisselle ni de torchon. À notre arrivée nous avons voulu prendre un rafraîchissement au bar au rez-de-chaussée après plus de 8h de route. Là on nous apprend que celui-ci n’existe plus. La structure y est toujours mais plus le service. De plus en plus déçus…dommage.

The aparthotel was very cosy and welcoming, even though we arrived at night. Parking underneath the hotel was free, secure and well lit with direct lift access up to the rooms, which was handy for moving luggage. Our 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and reasonably clean, however it was very dimly lit (just not enough lights) and the shower cubicle was missing a door panel (presumably broken but not fixed) rendering it unusable. Thankfully there was also a bath with overhead shower that we used instead. We found the apartment quite cool and couldn't work out how to turn the (underfloor?) heating on. The road noise was quite loud, so had we needed a window open it would have been difficult to sleep. Beware the mattresses are rock hard! We found the location good for using the RER A to get into central Paris each day, with Cergy Prefecture only a 15 minute walk away and trains every 20 minutes with tickets €5 adult one way.

Kult hotell og stor leilighet med kjøkken. Helt max. 2 store dobbeltsenger med 2 bad. Ligger i utkanten av Paris sentrum,men det tok 10 min å gå til togstasjonen(40 min til triumfbuen). Hyggelig og serviceinnstilte personal. Eneste minus var den enkle frokosten,men helt greit. Parkeringshus eller utendørs parkering. Kanskje litt harde senger. Men tipp topp til en familie på 4.

Wonderful place overall, especially for visiting the local universities…The family apartment is spacious, modern and well appointed. I would have liked a beer or glass of wine from the bar after long days…which was only open once during our four day stay…

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and the living areas also. We really appreciated the extra space and free underground parking. There was a fully equipped kitchen and it is only a short 10 minute walk to the harbour for restaurant and drinking options. However, the construction or design of the building has the reception area trapping the heat feeling more like a sauna and stifled air. When in the apartment, the room facing the inward part was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in that room. Furthermore, breakfast was a mess, with selected offerings, but often items were slow to be replenished.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past three years, mainly because of its convenient location and the good parking facilities. The room we are usually allocated is classified “deluxe studio”. It is not possible to see why the word “deluxe” is applied, since there is no element of luxury, or even comfort. For example, the bed is set against the wall on one side, which makes getting in and out of it for the person taking the wall side rather uncomfortable. However, the poorest feature in this hotel is the lack of adequate quantities of breakfast items. On day one, main items such as scrambled eggs and sausages were finished when we arrived 45 minutes before the end of serving and on the second day, already one hour before the end if service.

Architektur und Einrichtung sind toll, das Personal freundlich. Es gab aber zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts scheinbar ein Problem mit der Kanalisation, was zu teilweise sehr unangenehmen Gerüchen geführt hat, am schlimmsten im Aufzug und der Tiefgarage mit offenen Gullis, im Appartement selbst war das kein Problem. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig (das Geld nicht wert), die Kaffemaschine war erst defekt, als sie wieder funktionierte, war der Kaffee leider ungenießbar. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war eher mäßig.

During our stay the bar was closed and there was no option to purchase food or drinks (except through two vending machines with pre-made food) Positives: rooms were spacious, the hotel was clean, staff was nice and there were little to no issues. Parking was easily accessible and transferring luggage to our rooms was convenient through a nearby elevator (parking was for free during our entire stay).

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past year. This was the first time we were disappointed with the comfort of the room: It was a narrow corridor, leading to a tight area where the bed was situated. The room was very dark. There was no kettle in the kitchenette, but one was provided by the reception on request. A common negative remains the breakfast. Some one hour before breakfast stops being served, several of the items are finished without being replenished. This makes the additional amount for the breakfast a poor value for money. Unless one is an early riser, going for breakfast before 9 am during the weekend.

I am a US business traveller. Stayed 70 nights last year. Not typically staying abroad so use that as context. This hotel is in a college/university area. It seems like there may be some short term living here in addition to hotel overnight stays. The common area is very large and has multiple places that you can work from. The rooms are set up like apartments with kitchenettes, living area, bedroom, bathroom area. There is no central heating or cooling so if you are used to air-conditioning, this wouldn’t be your choice. I was there for three nights and they didn’t service the room while there. The area is safe and centrally located, and the rooms were quiet at night time.

The down side would be the bathroom/shower; they leak terribly and there is no way to keep the heat in due to the doors not sliding closed all the way. The rooms are not soundproofed and the hotel does not enforce quiet hours, we chose to stay outside the city so that we would be able to sleep and that was not the case. There was a party on the floor above that lasted until 5 in the morning, the staff was notified on multiple occasions and still nothing was done. The staff also does not respond to any type of messaging not on the website or through email. The hotel is nice and the gym had lots of cool equipment with restrooms. There is also a computer lab with two desktops and two arcade style games which were super cute.
