The whole experience at this resort has been amazing. From the staff to the facilities and the activities. Loved every minute of it. I highly recommend this accommodation. We were here for a wedding and everything was perfect. Even the food.

Stunning hotel! Very large rooms with gorgeous balcony views of the ocean. The infinity pool offers excellent views, especially at sunset. Staff were friendly and always available to answer questions. The only difficulty experienced was with the on-site spa and the inability to access the jacuzzi unless you pay for a very expensive spa treatment. It is also almost impossible to get an appointment if you don’t schedule 2-3 days in advance so we could not access the jacuzzi at all during our stay. If you are planning on staying, call ahead for an appointment! Other than this, I could not fault our stay.

Beautiful hotel built into the hill overlooking the water. Pool areas were beautiful. Lots of staff who could not do enough to help. Comfortable, clean and spacious room with balcony looking out to the water. Sunset views were amazing from all over the hotel. Food was great and prices were reasonable. Only downside was not being able to sit on the beach and nowhere to walk to. But for a few nights it was fine to not go anywhere.

We were very impressed with the hotel , staff and restaurant food. The images in Expedia reflected the reality. The hotel is perfectly placed for sunsets with Mt Agung in the distance. We would place the sunsets ahead of Santorini in Greece! The staff were so friendly (thank you Astin). The only minor issue was the massage from the hotel spa - it lacked attention and finesse. That said, we would definitely return
