Die Hotelanlage ist wirklich sehr schön angelegt und ruhig. Wer nicht viel Action sondern reinen Strand- / Poolurlaub sucht ist hier genau richtig. Der Strand lädt zum spazieren und schnorcheln ein. (Unbedingt Badeschuhe einpacken nur die vorderen Meter bestehen aus Sand, danach beginnt direkt das Riff). Wer die Umgebung erkunden will ist hier auf ein Taxi/Roller angewiesen, da die direkte Hotelumgebung nur von einer Tankstelle, Supermarkt und weiteren Hotels geprägt ist. Kleinere Läden zum stöbern oder Restaurants (außerhalb der Hotelanlagen) sind hier nicht zu finden. Das Frühstück ist asiatisch geprägt bietet aber für jeden genügend Auswahl bspw. mit frisch gekochten Omelettes nach eigener Wahl oder zubereiteten Waffeln und Crepes. Es wird kontinuierlich alles neu nachgelegt, sodass sich keiner Sorgen machen muss von irgendetwas nichts abzubekommen. Die beiden Hotelrestaurants bieten eine gute Auswahl an Speisen, sodass auch am Abend niemand hungrig ins Bett gehen muss. Wer eine ruhiges Hotel mit schöner Anlage zum entspannen, direkt am Meer sucht macht mit dem Katamaran keinen Fehler.

Rooms are very impersonal, no light, no windows with nice view. Service is just horrible, you wait all the time. Pool is nice but if you don't book your place early in the morning, no transat is available for the day. There's no management, no cleaning and no space.

The hotel and associated facilites were of an excellent standard and the staff were extremely helpful. The spa was a lovely experience and the choice of pools were great. There is a hut-type bar located on the sea-front which served a wide variety of drinks. There was access to the beach from all of the pools and a mixture of seating. There were two dining options - a beachfront restaurant which was more relaxed and was where breakfast is served, however we found the breakfast to be average (we didnt try the local cuisine). The Kliff Restaurant is a lovely location at the top of the hill with stunning views of the sea and the food was of a better than the beachfront restaurant but in our opinion nothing to shout about. We stayed in the most basic room but it was very spacious and had a balcony. Bottled water refills were unlimited and free. We visited in low season and Lomobk was incredibly quiet with only a handful of tourists seen in Senggigi and the local bars and restaurants were pretty much empty.

とにかくスタッフのサービスが最高でした。 シースループールも最高です。 街までは車じゃないと無理ですが、ホテルの前にコンビニがあるのでとても便利です。 ギリ島への船着場にも遠くないのでギリ島にも行くならここはベストだと思います。

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. War ein erholsamer angenehmer Aufenthalt. Leider ab 13:30 kein Schattenplatz mehr auf der gesamten Anlage vorhanden, da die Sonnenschirme nicht verstellt werden können. Allerdings finde ich es krass als Hotelgast bei allen Bestellungen 21% Tax und Service zu bezahlen. Service sollte im Hotel meiner Meinung nach nicht extra bepreist werden dürfen, vorallem wenn das Hotel schon etwas höherpreisig ist. Preise für Essen und Trinken sind sowieso schon höher als sonst auf der gesamten Insel, dass man meinen könnte die 21% wären schon eingeschlossen, aber sie kommen noch zusätzlich drauf (Nasi Goreng 90K)

My wife and two sons (22 and19) had a fantastic 3 day stay at this exquisite resort. Every member of the staff encountered over the 3 day stay was super friendly and helpful. They all went out of there way to make this stay one to treasure. The grounds, swimming pools, fantastic staff and beautiful beachside setting make Katamaran Resort truly a World class resort. The wow factor hits you the moment you arrive. From a spacious lobby with lit water features immaculately clean, to greetings from smiling staff. It's right on the beach front, with true infinity pools, that lead your eye right out to the sea. Open air restaurant for three meals a day with sumptuous breakfast included. Plenty of variety and styles. The rooms are either small villas by the see through pool, or at the other end, a 4 storey hotel block with rooms having a sea view & 4 small villas on the ground floor with their own pool. We had an oceanview deluxe room, completely facing west to catch the sunsets every night. The rooms are huge with a safe, kettle, fridge, TV and large closet, plenty of cupboard & drawer space. There are tea & coffee supplies & bottles of fresh water every day. Beach towels are provided. The bathrooms are the biggest I've ever seen, all capable of taking wheelchairs should you need it, &all floors are serviced by elevators. There is a rooftop gym, cliff restaurant, paid for airport shuttles, tours to the nearby Gili Islands & excellent snorkelling right off the beach. The resort rooms all have balconies & there are really comfortable day beds, in the immaculate grounds & by the pools, which also has a swim up bar. The staff are amazing, Fery & Dwi at the restaurant to name just two. The staff are this hotels biggest assets. One downside is there are NO USB charging sockets in the rooms, so bring a plug/lead for the tv USB socket

The pool villa we upgraded to was excellent value. The beachside location was excellent as was the choice of activities on offer. The Kliff restaurant was also excellent with sunset views and very reasonable prices by Australian standards. While the staff were always friendly, helpful and tried their best there were some small lapses in service likely caused by inexperience noting New Year was a busy period. Definitely a very pleasant 6 night stay.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews but I wish I had read the negative ones. I had a Premier Club King Room which looked beautiful on the website but it had broken tiles in the bathroom and the furniture was dated and worn. The hotels sun loungers were stained and some burst at the seams. The beach was littered with plastic bottles in the morning. You can’t drown out the call to prayer from the nearby mosque. The hotel is not in a walkable area, there are no streetlights and nothing nearby so taxis are the only option. Despite all that, I wish I paid attention to the reviews regarding the poor quality of the food, if I had I wouldn’t have eaten at their ‘The Kliff’ restaurant - I was ill with food poisoning for 5 days afterwards. The staff were very kind but the manager, Mr Weylan was dismissive saying that he didn’t know if it was food poisoning because he is not a doctor! You do not need to be a doctor nor see a doctor to know what food poisoning is. The hotel refunded the cost of the meal and as I was leaving the next day took me to the harbour. Mr Weylan said he would keep in touch by WhatsApp but that didn’t happen. Every other member of staff apologised about the incident. I’m lucky, I’m a fit and healthy person otherwise I would have needed a doctor. Read the reviews others have written about the food then decide to stay somewhere else. My holiday was ruined thanks to the Katamaran.

Das Hotel war eines der Besten, in denen wir je waren. Super freundliches Personal was nicht aufdringlich war, sehr saubere Zimmer, eine wahnsinnige Auswahl beim Frühstück (was eher vom Angebot ein Brunch war), tolle Anlage, toller Pool … Ehrlicherweise war der Strand selber nicht so dolle … aber dafür gibt es von uns keinen Punkt Abzug, weil man vom Strand direkt an den Pool huschen konnte und dort waren ausreichend Liegen. Was man auch erwähnen sollte (ist aber keine Kritik) … nachts ist Flut und die Wellen rauschen schon ordentlich … auf der anderen Seite ist eine Hauptstraße. War für uns auch kein Problem, aber man sollte es erwähnen 😉

Ontbijt was een ramp. Alles is continu op. Zelfs borden en glazen worden niet aangevuld. Omgeving en zwembaden zijn prachtig. Vreemde vlekken op de oude wcbril en muggen in kamer.

It was a good stay. The staff is very helpful. The only negative aspect was some trash on the beach. With level of service I’d expect the beach to be very clean.

The wow factor hits you the moment you arrive. From a spacious lobby with lit water features immaculately clean, to greetings from smiling staff. It's right on the beach front, with true infinity pools, that lead your eye right out to the sea. Open air restaurant for three meals a day with sumptuous breakfast included. Plenty of variety and styles. The rooms are either small villas by the see through pool, or at the other end, a 4 storey hotel block with rooms having a sea view & 4 small villas on the ground floor with their own pool. We had an oceanview deluxe room, completely facing west to catch the sunsets every night. The rooms are huge with a safe, kettle, fridge, TV and large closet, plenty of cupboard & drawer space. There are tea & coffee supplies & bottles of fresh water every day. Beach towels are provided. The bathrooms are the biggest I've ever seen, all capable of taking wheelchairs should you need it, &all floors are serviced by elevators. There is a rooftop gym, cliff restaurant, paid for airport shuttles, tours to the nearby Gili Islands & excellent snorkelling right off the beach. The resort rooms all have balconies & there are really comfortable day beds, in the immaculate grounds & by the pools, which also has a swim up bar. The staff are amazing, Fery & Dwi at the restaurant to name just two. The staff are this hotels biggest assets. One downside is there are NO USB charging sockets in the rooms, so bring a plug/lead for the tv USB socket

Great Hotel in perfect location! We had a king ocean view room and it was amazing, spacious, clean and even had an outdoor shower! Waking up to a view of the ocean each morning was just wonderful. The hotel was clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. No need to leave the resort if you didn’t want to. Highly recommend for your next stay!

A concrete highrise! Expensive and not worth it. No privacy at all in our plunge pool as it led on to the communal walk through. Inauthentic - beach covered in plastic (the same goes for most of Lombok and Bali though) staff didn't understand English - I tried to cancel the spa 3 times before the appointment was cancelled. Most miserable christmas! The rat beneath the decking didn't thrill us either.

Senggigi is a good location, although no restaurants outside of hotels, I upgraded to a pool suite as my sea view room overlooked the pool bar, my room was a little tired, fittings were old and tired, a cupboard door was hanging loose on it's hinges, mirrors were tarnished, room needed a refurb

Its clean and awesome view from the room. The pool was great. Breakfast with nice variety spread of choises. The aircon in the room dissapointed as its not cool. The location is not a walking distance to town area. There are no choises of restaurant nearby outside the hotel. Practically you have to dine in hotel. Overall its a nice hotel to return.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, situated near Senggigi’s food area and conveniently close to the Gilis. The serene atmosphere added to the charm, and the beachfront access was a highlight, even though it wasn’t a private beach. The beach itself was spotless, with beautiful blue water, and the long, well-maintained pool by the beach was perfect for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and quick to recognize guests, which made the experience even more welcoming. Breakfast was a standout feature, offering a buffet-style setup with excellent local dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Although we initially experienced some inconvenience due to renovations near our room, the issue was handled wonderfully. After reporting it, the hotel manager personally addressed the situation, explained it kindly, and offered us an upgrade to a quieter and much, much better room, which we absolutely loved. This thoughtful gesture significantly improved our experience. Overall, the combination of excellent service, fantastic amenities, and great location made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely come back again. 5/5 experience!

Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Der Service dürfte für meinen Geschmack jedoch noch etwas aufmerksamer sein. Teilweise wurden die Tische nicht zeitnah abgeräumt oder es dauerte lange, bis man beim Frühstück einen Kaffee bestellen konnte. Dies ist jedoch Kritik auf sehr hohem Niveau. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit.

My wife and two sons (22 and19) had a fantastic 3 day stay at this exquisite resort. Every member of the staff encountered over the 3 day stay was super friendly and helpful. Die Hotelanlage ist wirklich sehr schön angelegt und ruhig. Wer nicht viel Action sondern reinen Strand- / Poolurlaub sucht ist hier genau richtig. Der Strand lädt zum spazieren und schnorcheln ein. (Unbedingt Badeschuhe einpacken nur die vorderen Meter bestehen aus Sand, danach beginnt direkt das Riff). Wer die Umgebung erkunden will ist hier auf ein Taxi/Roller angewiesen, da die direkte Hotelumgebung nur von einer Tankstelle, Supermarkt und weiteren Hotels geprägt ist. Kleinere Läden zum stöbern oder Restaurants (außerhalb der Hotelanlagen) sind hier nicht zu finden. Das Frühstück ist asiatisch geprägt bietet aber für jeden genügend Auswahl bspw. mit frisch gekochten Omelettes nach eigener Wahl oder zubereiteten Waffeln und Crepes. Es wird kontinuierlich alles neu nachgelegt, sodass sich keiner Sorgen machen muss von irgendetwas nichts abzubekommen. Die beiden Hotelrestaurants bieten eine gute Auswahl an Speisen, sodass auch am Abend niemand hungrig ins Bett gehen muss. Wer eine ruhiges Hotel mit schöner Anlage zum entspannen, direkt am Meer sucht macht mit dem Katamaran keinen Fehler.

Beautiful hotel with a stunning view of beach. Staff were so friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel needs more umbrellas for shade but that really is a recommendation. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, I can't comment on the other food as we didn't eat there. Snorkelling was good (not as good as Gili air but good). It's a bit of a walk to senggigi but catching a blue bird taxi is less than £2.00 and easy to hold if one. The town senggigi has lots of nice restaurants and plenty of choice.

Das Hotel war eines der Besten, in denen wir je waren. Super freundliches Personal was nicht aufdringlich war, sehr saubere Zimmer, eine wahnsinnige Auswahl beim Frühstück (was eher vom Angebot ein Brunch war), tolle Anlage, toller Pool … Ehrlicherweise war der Strand selber nicht so dolle … aber dafür gibt es von uns keinen Punkt Abzug, weil man vom Strand direkt an den Pool huschen konnte und dort waren ausreichend Liegen. Was man auch erwähnen sollte (ist aber keine Kritik) … nachts ist Flut und die Wellen rauschen schon ordentlich … auf der anderen Seite ist eine Hauptstraße. War für uns auch kein Problem, aber man sollte es erwähnen 😉

Super freundliches Personal was nicht aufdringlich war, sehr saubere Zimmer, eine wahnsinnige Auswahl beim Frühstück (was eher vom Angebot ein Brunch war), tolle Anlage, toller Pool … Ehrlicherweise war der Strand selber nicht so dolle … aber dafür gibt es von uns keinen Punkt Abzug, weil man vom Strand direkt an den Pool huschen konnte und dort waren ausreichend Liegen. Was man auch erwähnen sollte (ist aber keine Kritik) … nachts ist Flut und die Wellen rauschen schon ordentlich … auf der anderen Seite ist eine Hauptstraße. War für uns auch kein Problem, aber man sollte es erwähnen 😉

We loved this hotel, right on the beach, fantastic breakfast, two nice restaurants ( though rather expensive compared with outside) lovely pools overlooking the sea and very nice large room. All the staff were very helpful. There is nothing around the hotel to see or do but a taxi to the town only costs £1.50. The taxi from the ferry cost £12.50 and the one to the airport £16.50 ( but not booked via the hotel)

Its clean and awesome view from the room. The pool was great. Breakfast with nice variety spread of choises. The aircon in the room dissapointed as its not cool. The location is not a walking distance to town area. There are no choises of restaurant nearby outside the hotel. Practically you have to dine in hotel. Overall its a nice hotel to return.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews but I wish I had read the negative ones. I had a Premier Club King Room which looked beautiful on the website but it had broken tiles in the bathroom and the furniture was dated and worn. The hotels sun loungers were stained and some burst at the seams. The beach was littered with plastic bottles in the morning. You can’t drown out the call to prayer from the nearby mosque. The hotel is not in a walkable area, there are no streetlights and nothing nearby so taxis are the only option. Despite all that, I wish I paid attention to the reviews regarding the poor quality of the food, if I had I wouldn’t have eaten at their ‘The Kliff’ restaurant - I was ill with food poisoning for 5 days afterwards. The staff were very kind but the manager, Mr Weylan was dismissive saying that he didn’t know if it was food poisoning because he is not a doctor! You do not need to be a doctor nor see a doctor to know what food poisoning is. The hotel refunded the cost of the meal and as I was leaving the next day took me to the harbour. Mr Weylan said he would keep in touch by WhatsApp but that didn’t happen. Every other member of staff apologised about the incident. I’m lucky, I’m a fit and healthy person otherwise I would have needed a doctor. Read the reviews others have written about the food then decide to stay somewhere else. My holiday was ruined thanks to the Katamaran.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit stilvoll eingerichteten, grosszügigen Zimmern. Die Speisekarte ist vielfältig, das Essen qualitativ hochwertig und schmackhaft. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Der Service dürfte für meinen Geschmack jedoch noch etwas aufmerksamer sein. Teilweise wurden die Tische nicht zeitnah abgeräumt oder es dauerte lange, bis man beim Frühstück einen Kaffee bestellen konnte. Dies ist jedoch Kritik auf sehr hohem Niveau. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit.

Wonderful property! Our room was large with a beautiful view of the ocean. Staff was very friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond. Buffet style Breakfast with a very large variety was excellent. Loved the on-site Klif Restsurant.
