The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, our room was not a 4 star. Maybe 2.5 - 3 star. The advertised spa and hot tub are an additional charge of 20 Euros per person per hour, which was not evident in the hotels.com feature. The breakfast was very good. This hotel is a long way out of town, which would have been fine, if the hot tub was included in the price...

L'endroit est magnifique en fond de vallée, desserte facile avec le train à proximité, ca sent la suisse ! par contre très dommage de ne pas avoir ete prévenus en amont que l'accès au spa doit etre réservé longtemps à l'avance sinon je serai allé dans un autre hotel. Tout était booké !! et sinon le chasse-neige à l'arriere de l'hotel à 5h le dimanche matin pendant 20'.... reveil garanti mais ca l'hotel n'y peut rien ! Autre sujet, les équipes au breakfast sont sous-staffées... ruptures en cascade à 9h30

Je suis devenu habitué par hasard, vraiment un petit coin de paradis loin de la ville ! Je regrette seulement que la piscine ne soit pas ouverte l'hiver (': Equipe au top et que je retrouve d'un séjour l'autre ! Je viens aux périodes creuses donc forcément tout est plus appréciable (j'ai même eu la possibilité de faire du room à un jour de la fermeture alors qu'il serait compréhensible que les équipes ne puissent pas s'en charger). Ambiance calme, chaleureuse et tamisée. PDJ et dîner incroyables. Pas un bruit dans l'hôtel - y compris pour des gens qui dormiraient en journée ce qui est parfois mon cas du fait du travail - et équipe à l'écoute des demandes pour arranger le séjour en toutes circonstances. We booked this hotel so that we could have a chillout following a climb of Mont Blanc. PRO'S = Very clean and modern throughout. Nice pool area and outdoor dining area. Helpful and friendly reception team. Bedrooms are modern, comfortable, and very clean. CONS = Hospitality could be so much better. When we stayed the temperature was around 30+ degrees so very hot - the hotel does not offer drinks before 4pm and when asked the staff were reluctant to even provide a soft drink. The outdoor dining area is lovely and yet the hotel does not serve lunch!! this could be a real money maker for them and an obvious addition if they could be bothered. The hotel is completely on its own and so has a captive audience - there are literally no other options for food or drink in the area and that includes shops. Overall we liked the hotel but it could be so much more. The man in charge of the restaurant should also learn to smile as he was particularly miserable.

L'amabilité du personnel est agréable, la literie assez confortable. Cependant la poussière partout, les sanitaires mal récurés, et des personnes qui criaient et gesticulaient aisément (jusqu'à que j'intervienne à plus d'11h30) ne m'ont pas plus.

Gute Lage und auch freundliches Personal. Es mangelte allerdings am Service. Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt, das Zimmertelefon funktionierte nicht (und wurde auch nicht repariert nach Rückmeldung) und der Abfluss des Waschbeckens war verstopft. Insgesamt aber sauber und okay.

It was a beautiful hotel, clean, and the staff were gracious. Yet, I’m still trying to iron out an excessive charge on a credit card even though I had paid in advance through Expedia at the time I booked the room (2nights). I believe this disputed charge will be resolved given that no record of expenses was ever incurred.

We found the hotel to be very poorly run. On the second day the room was made up. Damp towels were put on top of the beds, used coffee cups were left, coffee and sugar wasn’t replaced. The dining area for breakfast was poorly run. Jars of jams had run out and not been replaced. Tables were left dirty, floor was sticky. Overall this hotel is poorly run, understaffed and the staff that do work there don’t do the job properly. I would choose another hotel if I were you.

Our room was given to someone, we have to wait more than one hour to get another room. Through out the week no wifi and no 4G in our room. Very service of spa. Breakfast was ok. Cleaning lady didnot replace soap and enough water, even repeatly asked.

Decent room size and the beds were comfortable. The views from the windows were amazing. Bathroom amenities were nice. We showed up at 9:53 for breakfast and they didn’t want to serve us unless we hurried so we skipped it and went to our other hotel. We didn’t use the pool or spa which was extra anyway. Easy walk to the train to get into town as well. The hotel is in a very quiet part of town and we slept well.

L'endroit est magnifique en fond de vallée, desserte facile avec le train à proximité, ca sent la suisse ! par contre très dommage de ne pas avoir ete prévenus en amont que l'accès au spa doit etre réservé longtemps à l'avance sinon je serai allé dans un autre hotel. Tout était booké !! et sinon le chasse-neige à l'arriere de l'hotel à 5h le dimanche matin pendant 20'.... reveil garanti mais ca l'hotel n'y peut rien ! Autre sujet, les équipes au breakfast sont sous-staffées... ruptures en cascade à 9h30

Un we en amoureux dans un bon établissement. L'hôtel est bien situé en dehors de la ville, au calme. Notre sejour s'est tres bien déroulé. Un petit bemol sur l'état de la chambre, rien de bien grave mais, ayant des habitudes dans des établissements de ce niveau... il y aurait peut-etre des petits travaux d'embellissement à faire. Peinture qui s'effrite, TV défaillante quand le temps n'est pas au beaux fixe. Mais dans l'ensemble c'est un bon hôtel. Le personnel est aux petits soins, l'environnement est parfait pour se reposer, le spa est bien egalement propre et bien équipé. J'y retournerai sans problème.

Je suis devenu habitué par hasard, vraiment un petit coin de paradis loin de la ville ! Je regrette seulement que la piscine ne soit pas ouverte l'hiver (': Equipe au top et que je retrouve d'un séjour l'autre ! We booked this hotel so that we could have a chillout following a climb of Mont Blanc. PRO'S = Very clean and modern throughout. Nice pool area and outdoor dining area. Helpful and friendly reception team. Bedrooms are modern, comfortable, and very clean. CONS = Hospitality could be so much better. When we stayed the temperature was around 30+ degrees so very hot - the hotel does not offer drinks before 4pm and when asked the staff were reluctant to even provide a soft drink. The outdoor dining area is lovely and yet the hotel does not serve lunch!! this could be a real money maker for them and an obvious addition if they could be bothered. The hotel is completely on its own and so has a captive audience - there are literally no other options for food or drink in the area and that includes shops. Overall we liked the hotel but it could be so much more. The man in charge of the restaurant should also learn to smile as he was particularly miserable.

We found the hotel to be very poorly run. On the second day the room was made up. Damp towels were put on top of the beds, used coffee cups were left, coffee and sugar wasn’t replaced. The dining area for breakfast was poorly run. Jars of jams had run out and not been replaced. Tables were left dirty, floor was sticky. Overall this hotel is poorly run, understaffed and the staff that do work there don’t do the job properly. I would choose another hotel if I were you.

Our room was given to someone, we have to wait more than one hour to get another room. Through out the week no wifi and no 4G in our room. Very service of spa. Breakfast was ok. Cleaning lady didnot replace soap and enough water, even repeatly asked.

Decent room size and the beds were comfortable. The views from the windows were amazing. Bathroom amenities were nice. We showed up at 9:53 for breakfast and they didn’t want to serve us unless we hurried so we skipped it and went to our other hotel. We didn’t use the pool or spa which was extra anyway. Easy walk to the train to get into town as well. The hotel is in a very quiet part of town and we slept well.

Very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Given rail passes for free transit during our stay. Train station a short walk from hotel. So we just left the car parked free and used the train to explore the area.

We stayed for a ski break. We had a hire car, and used it for the various ski areas - which worked really well, but there was also ski bus stop150 metres down the road. The beds are really comfortable, the half board food excellent and we loved the friendly and helpful staff.

Sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Wellness Hotel. Das Frühstück und Dinner ist hervorragend mit tollem Blick auf den Mont Blanc. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Saunabereich sollte für ein Spa-Hotel kostenlos für Gäste sein. Aber ansonsten alles top!

This was close to Monte Blanc Tunnel just 15 mins drive so a convenient place to stay overnight and with half board available with a delicious menu and great breakfast it was a real find!
