Our room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and nice, and the location was quite convenient. The only thing that was a little upsetting was that there is a $15/night fee to park in the hotel lot. We felt that the cost of our room should include parking in the lot belonging to the hotel. We would definitely stay again, though.

I love the location except that you have to go around because it is located in route 4E a major highway in NJ. I have been staying there for the last 2 years but now they are charging parking fee $13 a day. Therefore I will not go back.

It was a wonderful stay! This is actually my second time staying here and I came back to this exact location because of the cleanliness, exceptional customer service, the dine in area downstairs were wonderful as well as the bar. The room was so comforting & welcoming and the temperature was perfect! I love my suite! The exercise room on the 9th floor was clean with having certain equipment which was readily available and was able to have a great workout right before going down to have my continental breakfast! The breakfast never disappoint! Everything was delicious. Was surely a peaceful atmosphere while eating breakfast. I will definitely be back for sure! I thank staff for making it a wonderful stay!

The check in process is too slow and they need to do better with that. The restaurant they have called the placery has a very nice bartender named Juliette that does good drinks but the food is horrible. It is cheap microwave food! Nothing is done or cooked fresh at all! Please do better with your food service and care!

From first glance the hotel looks clean and modern. Very nice and the staff were all friendly. Our room is what was deceiving. It looks just like the pictures and states it is smoke free. There was a strong smell of cigarettes. The bathroom floors felt sticky. There was some trash left in the barrels which wasn't a big deal but added to everything else. The carpet had a matted feel to it so we pretty much never took our shoes off. Then as we were leaving, there was a funky smell of old trash that wafted in from the hallway.

Overall ok, but the rooms were not as clean as I hoped, one of the rooms smelled like smoke and I had a small kid with me, another room still had trash in room and bathroom and wasn’t vacuumed. We had to ask for them to vacuum room after being there. I really was not pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms as all. Very disappointed. We also ran out of toilet paper and asked for more but the person couldn’t understand us and kept giving us Kleenex or saying they didn’t understand what we were saying and we ended up borrowing from another family members bathroom. It really sucked and I will not book again from this hotel.

Buying a third party room means that you may get embarrassed upon your arrival or departure. I was unaware of a parking fee and the front desk lady acted personally offended by that, and then also if you don’t book through the hotel you won’t know that you need to include breakfast when you book your room (which wasn’t an option I was given), or pay for the breakfast separately. (Which was also not known to me) so I was “turned” away from breakfast because I didn’t want to pay an extra $20 plus for myself and a guest. (Theres a full service Starbucks two buildings away) This is all after spending too much on a room and then a little more on parking to stay there. Aside from the money and lack of transparency, you may end up in a room that has peeling paint above the shower head that will drip on you while you shower, and an elevator that scarily jerks to each side upon stopping at a floor. The hallway smelled like a nursing home but our room was clean and smelled decent.

PROS 1) Front Desk - Victoria gets a special shout-out. She was great and helped us with Lyfts, etc. 2) Loved room. Spacious. Clean. Comfortable. ISSUES 1) AC/Heat thermostat hard to get to work. We felt like the buttons did not “press” correctly and we just “pressed randomly” until we got what we wanted. 2) Phone never worked. The outlet the phone and the desk lamp plugged into only had one side working. You’d have to unplug one and use THAT side only for EITHER the phone or the lamp. We opted for the lamp. Needed the light. Told the front desk twice, but it was never fixed while we were there (8 days - told about day 2-3 and again at end). 3) Needs a microwave! To have an in-hotel restaurant (where we ate 2x and ordered a large pizza we could not finish) and NOT be able to reheat it?!!! Cheaper hotels have microwaves w/fridges. Disappointing. 4) Needs USB ports. Again. Retro fit! Cheaper hotels have them. 5) Would NOT have chosen an adjoined room had we known that is what we were getting. “Next door” folks loud, and twice tried to get into our room thinking it was theirs. 6) Needs water fountains! Or places to refill water bottles. Other hotels have them. Again - a 2 gallon dispenser isn’t the lobby for ALL residents?

First of all, let me say that the room was on. The decore was modern and the bed was comfortable. However the pillows we smaller square pillows which were a bit strange. Additionally, the room faced the highway and even though I was on the 5th floor all I heard were the cars and trucks driving by all night. Not very restful.

Staff were very nice. Easy check-in and out. The room is very spacious with a couch area to relax. The only reason I gave a four stars instead of five was the carpet in the room had some stains on it. Don't feel clean enough to walk barefoot on it. Plenty of parking spots so we didn't need to worry no parking if we went back too late at night.

Stayed one night with family of four. Liked that there were two beds plus the sofa bed to spread out. Overall the room was good. My only complaints are that the mattresses were not very comfortable (probably could be replaced) and that the HVAC was loud. I don' mind a little white noise but it was more than that.

Terrible Staff. Booked 2 rooms on the same booking through Expedia. The hotel just gave us one room initially and flat out denied the 2nd room. They did not look into it and repeatedly just asked us to contact expedia customer care and resolve it. Very unhelpful and rude staff. They also did not have wifi running. We really needed wifi for work and asked the staff if there was anything they could do to help us get reliable internet connection. Absolutelty nothing, no alternative offered. Just a rude response - "oh yes, its not been working" Would absolutely not recommend this hotel because of the staff

I ran 2 conferences last week and had over 50 people booked here. The staff was either rude or clueless. For example: 1) They were not willing to change reservations at all, like add or remove a day. 2) We ordered dinner in the restaurant, and they were out of most things. It took 1.5 hours to get simple things like chicken fingers and sandwiches. 3) They did not tell me about parking fees when booking, and a sticker warned that my car would be impounded - note, based on where it is located, it's not like anyone would park here unless they were going to the hotel. 4) Towels strewn by housekeeping and left too few. I won't stay here again - whether it is one room or 50 like we had, all customers deserve better.

The room was clean . The nighttime staff were rude and not too willing to help. The daytime staff hung up on me after I called about an issue with my remote. I had to call back two additional times to get assistance ( I couldn’t go down because I had a small baby in the room who was sleeping)

If you plan to stage yourself at this hotel to get to Manhattan then consider that it’s inconvenient unless you have a vehicle. Ride app or cab is about $60-120 each way to Central Park area depending on the time of day. That said, the breakfast is good (eggs, bacon or sausage, toast etc.). The staff are ok (NY/NJ friendly), the rooms are clean and the A/C worked well. We stayed there 3 nights and the staff never made our bed - I’m sure they may have if we asked.

Staff were ok (nothing special), and the rooms were clean. Price was reasonable but it was really inconvenient to go anywhere if you don’t have a car. We ended up taking a cab or Uber at least twice a day to Manhattan, which ended up costing a lot ($60-120 each way depending on time of day). Breakfast was great (eggs, toast, and a protein (sausage or bacon).

Property is very nice. Reception are very nice. The problem is the construction on route four E. and the hotel has only one entrance on route four E. so staying there you need to know a little bit about the area or you probably need to use more than one GPS to get to the entrance of the hotel some traffic entering George Washington Bridge since this hotel is too close to the George Washington Bridge, specially at Rush hours

The restaurant was fantastic, both in service and the quality of the food. Housekeeping needs work. The pullout bed hadn’t been changed from the last guest. When we asked for fresh sheets and towels, we physically had to go down to the front desk to get them. Lastly, breakfast had decent variety but ended too early.

Hotel is overall ok but there are some cons that could be easily improved. The breakfast seems to be quite repetitive - there are no vegetables such as basic tomatoes or cucumber; no ham or sliced cheese. The good thing is that there were at least bananas and apples available nearly every day. The other thing the transport to/from hotel. The hotel does not offer any shuttle to/from NYC. If you plan a trip to Manhattan you have limited options due to the position of the hotel near motorway. You could either take taxi (Uber/Lyft) but it might be quite costly (about 40 USD) or walk to the closest bus stop via unpaved footpath. The bus stop is about 10 mins walk either to the gas station or to the Main road. The bus will take you across the GW Bridge to the bus terminal where you could take a connecting subway service. The hotel itself is quite clean, no damp or odd smell. The staff was friendly and polite. The rooms are spacious with daily cleaning service. We had a room on a highway site of the hotel so we could hear some noise from the traffic. Fortunately we are not too sensitive to that so we got used to it quite quickly and we could get a good sleep without any disturbance. Overall I would rate the hotel 8/10.
