A couple who stayed one nite: The entire property had a warm welcoming feel. Ultra clean. Best free breakfast ever. Wonderful hot tub and pool. You might want to avoid a Saturday nite stay as the regular price rose from around $149 to $243. Capitalism. The room lighting was poor. There was only one tall (pole) lamp and one very glarry halogen (?) fixture set between the 2 queen-sized beds. That thing is not good for reading. Secondly, the bathtub bottom is semi slick. The back and side walls surrounding the tub need hand rails. The only hand rail is one on the wall near the shower nozzle! Useless. Whoever did this has never needed a bathtub hand rail.

Absolutely a great family hotel. The room was clean and had a great layout with all the needed furniture for a comfortable stay. The pool is so well thought out with a huge hot tub, drinking fountain and bathroom in the pool area. Finally let me praise the front office staff very attentive, and friendly. We will definitely stay here again when traveling thru.

The place was nice and clean. They had a good selection for their breakfast. The only downside was that the elevator didn't work the first day we were there which was a little inconvenient and there was one young man in the kitchen area that was a little rude. The young gal that checked us in was very nice and helpful.

The room was for me and my 2 very small grandbabies (ages 2 and 4). The sheets and pillows were disgusting. There was hair all over and a dead bug in the sheets. For over $200, this room should have fresh sheets and cases. Never again!

Basically ok except the smell in the hotel was horrible. I think it was vomit or really bad smelling cleaning product. Either way it lasted 2 days (entire stay) and desk clerk kinda ignored my comment about it. It in lobby through to 3rd floor we stayed on.

It was pretty dirty. We came to our room and it looked like someone slept in it with self tanner and the sheets hadn’t been changed out. The ice bucket still had water from the last guests in the room. Just not as clean as the hotel seemed nice.

The room is very pretty and clean, beds have good mattresses. The lock of the room is very noisy. The insulation between rooms in the ceiling is poor, can hear every footsteps upstairs. Adding a recliner (which I would gladly pay extra for) should be available to be brought to the room. People who have had back surgery (I’ve had 2) cannot sleep on a flat surface. It would be a great addition to the features you offer. Millions of people are in my situation and are stuck home because of comfortable sleep option. You and they are missing out!

Super blackout curtain! I closed it to block the direct afternoon sun and the room went so dark I had to open it a little to walk around the room. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean, TV had Netflix service. Bed covering was a difficult choice between a light sheet and a very heavy comforter. We set the room at 73, so we were comfortable with the sheet until the a/c kicked in, then we froze, and the comforter was much too heavy and hot.

This hotel will charge you extra to get into your room 30 min early ...even if it is ready. I have never had any hotel anywhere do that. Most hotels will let you in your room whenever it is ready but won't guarantee it will be ready until it is checkin time. It was only $20 but just seems a bit ridiculous for 30 min. Sure we could have sat in the lobby with all our crap for 30 minutes but the next time we will just choose to stay somewhere else. This fee is also not listed anywhere on the website. Hotel was clean. Hot tub and pool are nice.

Hotel was easily accessible from highway and within walking distance of fast food or convenience stores. Hotel was quiet and clean, beds were comfortable. Hotel "store" prices at the front desk were a little silly, paid over $10 for an bottle of juice and a chocolate bar, but it was a lesson and we just walked across to the Maverick after that.

This new hotel was beautiful. The area was remote, very few places to eat, but close to the Young Living Farm; which is why we were there. The Draft Horse Show and Rodeo were amazing! There was plenty to eat there, so it wasn’t a problem. We enjoyed our visit.

We stayed for a baseball tournament, a few teammates also stayed at this hotel too. We enjoyed the clean, new feel of the hotel. Breakfast was great, and changed every morning. The biscuits and gravy were a welcome surprise! Only con was the pool was really small and cold

It was nice and clean. The rooms was nice. The breakfast was okay. They were out of milk, pancake mix, bagels and muffins. It would have been nice to have some plain eggs rather than only cheese or veggie.
