This Super 8 was a lot better than the last nights Super 8 in Livingston,MT. However, no elevator, so we had to carry all luggage up stairs. What do they do for handicap people. . Place is noisy( heating system goes on, refrigerator is too noisy, rooms nest door showers make noise that is too loud.

When we arrived at this property at 8:30 at night, we were told that they did not accept cats. This hotel advertises itself as pet friendly but it is not. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

In the past, staying at this location was a good deal. It was in good condition, it was affordable, and the staff were on top of it. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. The property is beginning to look run down. The staff was not at the front desk each time we went up to it. In one instance, after following the instructions left at the front desk about how to get help, my husband gave up after ten minutes of waiting, apparently the other gentleman in the lobby had already been waiting for five. There was a wash cloth that was put on a rack haphazardly and clearly looked to have been on the floor. The drain piece to the bathtub was left on the side of the tub, in reach of my 1yo, yes I included him in the reservation. While looking for an outlet to plug a phone charger in, my husband found a plastic cup full of used condoms under the bed. And while I acknowledge it’s not the hotel’s fault, when walking to our room, you could clearly hear the couple next to ours attempting to make a child of their own. More power to them, but it’s safe to say the soundproofing could use some improvement. We will not being booking here again, we will pay extra and stay elsewhere.

Clean Room and updated Hotel! Courteous staff…. Even put out bird feed for the birds so I could watch while having my yogurt! Breakfast included was minimal!

Helpful and friendly staff. My picky daughter ate the breakfast. The beds were firm and comfortable. The room was very clean. It was a bit warm, but cooled down with the a/c on, and I got chilly in the night. I asked the front desk for a larger (than provided ice bucket) bag to ice my daughter’s sore shoulder. The kind front desk clerk offered a real ice pack instead, and had it delivered to our door. I have not stayed at a super 8 before, but I will again if I’m in Nephi.

Just passing thru . Needed sleep . Beds are hard hard hard. . Pillows are flat . Mostly clean . Seemed safe . I hate cheap hotels , but didn’t have a choice on this one . Uggh . Seemed clean and no bug bites so there was that .

Convenient, But That’s About It" ⭐️⭐️ If you’re a nomad just needing a roof for the night, this place does the job — barely. It was easy to check in, and the location was convenient, especially if you’re on the road and not looking for anything fancy. That said, it’s extremely outdated. The room felt more like a throwback to the early '80s, and not in a charming way. The bed was just a box spring with a thin mattress that creaked and had a couple springs poking through when I laid down. Only two flat pillows were provided, and the A/C barely pushed out any cold air — not ideal after a hot day. No amenities to speak of. It had the basic four walls and a door, but everything had a bit of a grungy, worn-down feel. If you’re just crashing for a night and have low expectations, it’ll do. Otherwise, I’d say spend a little more and get something cleaner and more comfortable.

We were in a room adjacent to the rear restricted access entrance which the clerk told us would be convenient and quiet. Convenient yes, quite absolutely not. The click of key cards and the door slamming and people stomping up and down the stairs all night was truly awful. Room was overpriced, should have been $60.

We booked this room on the road on a website and paid in full, in advance. When we returned home, we found that the motel made a separate charge to my credit card. Now I have to send in copies of receipts, file disputes and work to get my own money back - AFTER they were paid in advance.

Check-in was pretty slow… It may have been my fault too because I have a dog and I couldn’t figure out how to add him when I did my booking so I had to do it at the desk. But still it took forever. 😞 But the price was good. It’s my third stay. Because I know they will take my dog.

The lobby smelled of some type cooking that was very unpleasant. Check in was slow. We asked for a late check out.(2 pm) they wanted an additional $20.00. We have 3 rooms booked here. We only wanted 1 with a late check out. Probably won’t be staying here again. The “free breakfast” is coffee, juice and a granola bar. Not much of a breakfast even if it free.

The advertising is false. They promote a continental breakfast. Coffee and granola bar is far from a continental breakfast. The reception area is dark and unwelcoming. Attendant was hidden behind a desk that faced away from guests. Room was noisy, bed was uncomfortable. A terrible experience. Avoid ar all cost.
