Very nice apartment and good value. But when I checked out one of the two key fobs was missing. Probably my fault but it’s a very small piece of plastic and I was charged $50.

This was a roomy and well-appointed apartment - two bedrooms, a large and airy common room, and a kitchen you could actually cook a meal in (though we didn't). The free, secure parking was a plus as well. Dealing with this rental, though, was a headache. Promised instructions did not arrive on time, the apartment key code as never sent, and if not for a last-ditch Sunday evening phone call being answered we would not have been able to get in. If you're not from Ann Arbor you might not be aware that there is a huge (and noisy) street construction project going on just outside the building and an active rail line a block away. The apartment was a nice enough space, but given our experience it's hard to say it was anything more than okay.

We always love staying here because it feels like home. It is spacious enough that we can spread out. The full kitchen is a very nice amenity. Given all that you get for this price, it is quite a good deal.

This was a great alternative to a hotel room. Although we did not spend a great deal of time in the apartment, having a full refrigerator and two bathrooms was nice for us. Also the location to restaurants, nightlife, and the UofM campus is exactly what we were looking for. We love Ann Arbor and this apartment put us in the center of everything.
