The staff at this hotel are incredibly warm & accommodating - whether it’s the airport pickup or arranging a local tour, nothing is too much trouble. They make your stay so much more special. Add to it the other facilities - Gym, Pool, Restaurant and spa etc., and this becomes so much more attractive. You can’t go wrong with this option! About us : A family of four including two late teens.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous salt water pool, very clean. The staff are absolutely the best. We had some minor issues that were resolved in minutes! The breakfast has many options, including cold and hot foods. It is about 2.5 km from downtown, but only $3 USD by tuktuk. Love it here and have stayed twice, so far.

Absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough good about this hotel. Spotlessly clean, safe, well decorated, beautiful rooms, swimming pool, exercise room, sauna, steam room, spa on location, and a great buffet breakfast. Restaurant there was wonderful. The staff is beyond excellent. Phanit drive us from airport to hotel. Great guy. All the staff, and I mean all the staff, every single one, was excellent!!!! Well located only 10 minutes by tuk tuk to downtown area. This is a beautiful hotel. We want to return for a much longer stay, and will when we decide the time. Management was super great. Wonderful, Wonderful hotel with a super wonderful staff. Loved this place! 10 ⭐️

Hotel is lovely; the courtyard with the swimming pool in the middle was my favourite. It created great ambience for the rooms surrounding the pool with lots of greenery. Beautiful, clean room which was spacious with all amenities present. Friendly staff with great breakfast selection. Spa facility was outstanding

Located off the beaten path, the setting was tranquil with a lovely center courtyard with a pool. Staff were exceptional in service and hospitality. Great bartender and good restaurant. We enjoyed dining on Cambodian specialties that were offered. International clientele. Rooms were exceptionally clean and the rooms of a good size.

Our stay at Saem Siemreap hotel was perfect, from the friendly staff at check in and check out, the airport pick up, the pool, gym and sauna/steam room and the tasty breakfasts. Our room was spacious and clean and quiet. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They even shuttled us to our bus for free after check out. Highly recommend staying here and if we ever come back we would stay again.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful! The restaurant has great food, it was so pleasant to hang out by the pool, use the gym, and order drinks. They were also very helpful in arranging transportation for us to the parks and to the Pub Street!

This was a fantastic hotel. There was construction going on nearby and the staff were very apologetic about it even though they couldn’t help the noise. The pool is wonderful and the restaurant is pretty good too. It’s close to Khmer pub Street which has some interesting and less touristy night life choices. I would definitely stay here again.

Traveling in a vehicle driven by a professional hotel staff member was much more comfortable and allowed for a flexible itinerary. Throughout the tour, we could really feel their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. I’m so glad we chose the hotel-run tour over a generic travel agency.

The hotel is very clean with spacious rooms. The outside appearance is pleasant in Khmer architecture. The hard wood floor is very attractive and shiny, though can be a bit slippery. Rooms are beautifully appointed and a balcony makes it nicer to enjoy some fresh air or look out at the pool. Having a pool is great for relax after exploring the temples and the town. Tuk-tuks are available outside for exploring the towns or temples. Airport taxis can also be booked with the hotel as the airport is a long one hour driver away. It's nice to have a taxi pick you up at the airport and be given fresh water and cleaning towel. The hotel has breakfast every morning and the food is delicious! Same for meals outside of breakfast, though the food can take a while to be ready at times. The staff is super nice and they go out of their way to make your stay happy, comfortable, and have everything you need. It makes the stay very memorable and begs for future visits. The spa was also great. Given the discount that they had it was a treat after doing all the activities around town. Various activities and tours can be book with the hotel - great resources and a time saver.

This is a great hotel just outside centre but only 5 minutes by tuk tuk.staff great and very helpful with trips, transport. Lovely pool area that is nicely shaded with nice pool temperature. Room large with all facilities, tv, AC etc and very clean

The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated. Hotel staff was very nice. The rooms are super clean although the amenities are a bit dated. The use of hot water in shower is somehow limited. We would run out of hot water after a while during shower. The location is okay, about 10 min to pub street. It is next to a club so we can hear loud noise/music at night. Otherwise, the street seems to be safe with local vendors. Breakfast was okay.

I cannot express how happy we were with our stay at Saem Siemreap Hotel. From picking us up at the airport to dropping us back off at the airport and everything in between, especially considering we only stayed one night. We did not arrange Angkor Wat tours before we came and the staff at the hotel set us up seamlessly with lunch and a private tuk tuk driver for the day we arrived and the next day, including a sunrise transport. Everyone was incredibly friendly and provided such great service at each and every turn. If we ever happen to be back in Siem Reap we will definitely be staying here!
I cannot express how happy we were with our stay at Saem Siemreap Hotel. From picking us up at the airport to dropping us back off at the airport and everything in between, especially considering we only stayed one night. We did not arrange Angkor Wat tours before we came and the staff at the hotel set us up seamlessly with lunch and a private tuk tuk driver for the day we arrived and the next day, including a sunrise transport. Everyone was incredibly friendly and provided such great service at each and every turn. If we ever happen to be back in Siem Reap we will definitely be staying here!

Absolutely fantastic. The staff here is wonderful. They picked us up at the airport and even dropped us off at the 2nd hotel we stayed at in Siem Reap (I almost felt guilty about that). We accidentally left a shirt in the room when we checked and they simply delivered it to our new hotel. Wonderful service. Also, our flight to Siem Reap was early in the day and they allowed us to check into the room significantly earlier than the normal check in time. Really great experience.

The staff were wonderful! Ms. Sochin (spelling?) was particularly delightful and helpful, and the entire staff made our visit special. I rated the area around the property as 4 star because anyone who isn't used to developing nation cities might find it a bit dirty. It was certainly safe and transportation was easy.

I cannot say enough of the staff at Saem Siem Reap hotel. From the moment I arrived to when I left, the staff accommodate all my needs. Welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival, a plate of fruits awaiting me coming back from dinner first night, spotless roomand swimming pool, and delicious breakfast. On my last day in Siem Reap, I booked a sleeper bus to Phnom Penh so after checking out at noon, they held my bags while I went to the Angkor National Museum and dinner. Upon coming back, Mr Sopheap, the hotel manager, offered let me take a shower in their spa facility. What a thoughtful gesture! And they offered to let me use their business office with the AC on full blast until my bus leave which is at 10:30 pm. In addition they had a driver take me to the Giant Ibis, free of charge, which is only 500 meters away but still a great gesture. I have no doubt where I will stay the next time I am in Siem Reap.

Our room was spacious and clean and quiet. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They even shuttled us to our bus for free after check out. Highly recommend staying here and if we ever come back we would stay again.

The hotel is very nice, the staff speaks very good English and professional, breakfast is good too. We also booked two day tour with the hotel. The tour guide and the driver are both very nice, they even prepare ice cold water and towel for us for every stop. It is really helpful when we do the tour in summer time.

Spotlessly clean, safe, well decorated, beautiful rooms, swimming pool, exercise room, sauna, steam room, spa on location, and a great buffet breakfast. Restaurant there was wonderful. Saem Siem Reap is a wonderful place to stay! I spent 2 nights and 3 days in Siem Reap. The location is excellent. Close enough to the attractions, shopping and dining and far away enough to not hear the noise at night. Tuk Tuk transportation is readily available and the friendly staff at the front desk will help you with any questions you may have. Angkor Wat is approximately a 16 minute Tuk Tuk ride away and a 6 minute Tuk Tuk ride to downtown Pub Street. I wish I were staying longer! Thank you Cambodia and Saem Siem Reap Hotel for an incredible visit!!

Was a lovely clean hotel staff were amazing only $2.00 tuk tuk ride to pub street good pool only one downside during stay was next door was a mosque and they had a funeral for 2 days and you got woken a 5 in the mornings and had the noise all day most guests were annoyed by it but everything else was great otherwise

The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated. Hotel staff was very nice. The rooms are super clean although the amenities are a bit dated. The use of hot water in shower is somehow limited. We would run out of hot water after a while during shower. The location is okay, about 10 min to pub street. It is next to a club so we can hear loud noise/music at night. Otherwise, the street seems to be safe with local vendors. Breakfast was okay.

Great hotel in Siem Reap. The stuff were very friendly, we ordered airport pick-up, but due to airlanes delay came almost 10 hours later. The reception reacted very smoothly for our changed schedule.And we were picked up without any problems. They aranged tour of Anhkor Wat temples for sunrise and even packed us the breakfast to go. Room was very clean and we even recieved welcome fruits. I can only recommend this hotel.

This hotel is amazing for the price. We stayed two nights in a Cabana room. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower, bath and bathroom were very clean and nice hot water! Our private driver picked us up at 4 am to go to the sunrise at Vat Angkor and we were surprised by the staff providing a nice breakfast snack box as we left! The restaurant on site had amazing breakfast and dinners! The service from front desk staff to restaurant were perfect! Would love to stay again! Thank you for a great experience!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were always extremely friendly and helpful, It was convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel since the immediate neighborhood doesn’t have too many dining choices. (there’s a lot of great food in Siem Reap that’s a 15-20 walk or 5-10 min tuktuk ride away). We only tried the Khmer dishes and they were delicious, The pool area was a lovely place to spend time. There were always tuktuks outside to take you anywhere you wanted to go for a very reasonable price. All in all it was a great place to stay and a very good value . The coffee at breakfast definitely needs improvement.

The staff was very nice. The property was great. While I don’t care about breakfast, those I was traveling with do. Breakfast was included in our room rate. So..presumably the majority of the hotel guests are there to visit Angkor Wat. And many want to go to see the sunrise. A continental breakfast - coffee, fruit, water or whatever- should be available at 5 am. Nothing was offered when we left for Angkor Wat at 5 am. My traveling companions were disappointed.

Excellent staff. Very welcoming, attentive and friendly. The hotel looks the part for your Angkor experience. My only criticism would be the shower / toilet area in our room. The toilet roll holder was against the back wall, instead of either wall on the sides, making it difficult to reach. Our shower faucet was sticky, i.e. it was either a trickle of water or full blast. The shower head was also fixed, so you could not turn it away from yourself if needed. The temperature control was also either cold or scalding hot. These combination of issues then made it that you either had cold water blasting you or being scalded by extremely hot water. It took 10min to finesse the correct temperature. 😅 It would be a simple fix, and not anything that would take away from the overall pleasant experience of the hotel.
