The hotel was fantastic. All of the staff were so helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The spa facilities including the swimming pool were 5 star standard and the hotel has gone out of its way to think of everything. The food was superb with a variety of dishes on offer for breakfast and evening meal. The hotel is in a great location with only a short walk into the town. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

Auch draußen gibt es mit einer großen Liegewiese genügend Platz zum Entspannen in der Sonne. Für aktive Gäste stehen ausreichend Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder bereit. Wander- und Radwege beginnen quasi direkt vor der Tür – die Umgebung ist ideal für Aktivitäten- Empfehlenswert

Essen hervorragend, Personal ausserordentlich freundlich, Sonnige Lage, super Transfer ab Haus zu den Schiliften, super Wellnessbereich mit allem was man braucht.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel; the staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and were consistently helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast offered an impressive variety of options. My first encounter with a high-end spa was truly rejuvenating, making post-skiing or snowboarding days incredibly worthwhile for relaxation. The pool was particularly enjoyable. The convenient 5-minute shuttle service to KitZSki added to the overall convenience of the location. Without a doubt, I am looking forward to returning in the future

The Hotel is quite big,I really liked the restaurant,the food is really good breakwast was super and the staff is excellent. The sauna area is quite big and there is also a silence room. One of the best Hotels in Tyrol i think. the Hotel is located in Kirchberg Village,about 10 minutes walk from the station and the village. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who likes mountains Hiking,skiing,and good hospitality.

The room was nice and the bathroom was spacious and lovely, but the carpet was old and stained. It was such a contrast to the rest of the room. Comfortable bed, quiet at night. The hotel has a lovely front terrace where you can have drinks before/after dinner. the dinner is usually a buffet I think. We were with a tour group. The food was very good, fresh, well prepared. Great salad bar too. The reception desk could be staffed better, it was often that we had to wait to ask a question.

Communicatie omtrent dit probleem wel enigszins direct. Personeel is niet allemaal even vriendelijk. Koffie in de kamer werd niet bijgevuld.

Servicen fra resepsjonen var perfekt, fantastiske folk der. Rommet var stort og romslig. Basseng/spa var flott og shuttle til skianlegget var fint å ha. Frokosten var hva du kan forvente av tirol/bayersk frokost på hotell. Middag hadde vi ikke bestilt, så vi spiste ute. Mange flotte restauranter i byen. Barpersonalet var nok ikke veldig opptatt av tips, så de valgte å være fraværende, men serverte om du fikk tak i dem.

Frühstücksbüffet immer das gleiche. Bei einem Aufenthalt von mehr als 4 Tagen wünscht man sich ein wenig mehr Abwechslung. Getränke etwas hochpreisig (Cappuccino €4,50 und Radler €6,40).
