Spa wasn’t available unfortunately the spa is closed for Maintenance until the 15th of December which I was not happy about

Spa was closed. No fitness on the hotel. Rooms old.

Stort og rummeligt hotel. Meget venligt og servicemindet personale. Fin morgenmad. Lidt dyr spa, så det blev bare til en enkelt gang fordi børnene gerne ville bade. Poolen på taget var lukket fordi vi kom uden for sæson. Hotellet ligger meget tæt på Camp Nou, men lidt væk fra byen, dog er det stadig et område med massere af caféer og liv. Priserne i området også mere almindelige. Metro lå ikke langt fra hotellet, så det var nemt at komme ind i byen når vi skulle det. Vi vil gerne komme igen.

Had a fantastic stay here with my children. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. There was still some work being done and had the occasional noise in the morning. The pool remained closed but we made use of the Spa which was nice and not crowded.

Nytt og moderne hotell, men uten fasiliteter som lovet. Følgende var stengt eller ute av drift: svømmebasseng, spa og treningsrom.

Pillowcases had stains on. Room had a weird odor, and the whole hotel was not very clean apart from the reception and the restaurant. Breakfast was amazing! The spa is having renovations done, so no spa until second half of february 2026

Excellent rapport qualité/prix avec un spa au sous-sol à 19€ / personne. Il y fait très bon. L’hôtel et en cours de rénovation. Il est à 5 minutes du SPOTIFY CAMP NOU. Je recommande vivement

Spa was closed for refurb. The room was quite tired in decor. The bed wheel locks didn't work and it moved.

Fint hotell, godt renhold på rommet og i frokostsalen. God service, men dessverre litt å forbedre mht. middagsserveringen.

La chambre etait impeccable, propre le personnel acceuillant et discret. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié. Nous avons testé le restaurant de l’hotel très bon egalement.

Clean room, beautiful hotel, terrific staff, good restaurants, quiet area, close to 2 subway stops. Downsides; had to call almost everyday to get coffee for the Nespresso machine. Left tips, polite notes for housekeeping, to no avail. I don’t eat breakfast, just like to have coffee in room. It would be brought up promptly after a phone call though. Elevators: sometimes 1 or 2 of the 3 elevators weren’t working.

Lobby is beautiful but room was not that comfortable. The floor was dirty and never cleaned the 3 nights we stayed there. The pillows were very thin. Room needs updating.

Rooms were neat and clean. I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious.

La apariencia en el lobby es muy bonita y agradable, la comida y la atención espectacular, pero los cuartos nada que ver, se ven muy antiguos con mal olor a humedad y el baño muy incómodo y se sale el agua de la ducha

Hôtel vétuste, le budget rénovation est passé uniquement dans l’accueil au rez de chaussée et salle du petit déjeuner, service de propreté médiocre pour des nuitées à + de 215€..!! Pas de renouvellement des bouteilles d’eaux, problème de plomberie dans la douche, chambre (308) mal nettoyé, hôtel bruyant, vraiment déçu…

We werden in de eerste instantie in een kamer geplaatst wat op een bunker leek. Je kon je kont niet eens bewegen in de kamer. Na hierover geklaagd te hebben hebben we een andere kamer gekregen die ruimer is. Kamers zijn NIET geluidsdicht. Je hoort de hele dag door blaffende honden en vanaf sochtend vroeg. Deuren die keihard dicht klappen van andere hotelgasten. Kortom veel geluidsoverlast. Het ontbijt is echt een grap, verschrikkelijk. Dit was voor mij laatste keer ilunion les corts spa

Average hotel with very uncomfortable bed.

Quarto poderia ser melhor iluminado. A porta que separa o quarto do banheiro quando aberta atrapalha a circulação. Edredom com uma mancha amarela que permaneceu em toda a nossa estadia. Box mal projetado causando vazamento de água para piso. Pediram para colocar toalhas no chão, pois não tinham como resolver o problema. Café da manhã ótimo, latas de água de cortesia, bem localizado, perto do metro, supermercados próximos.

Hotellet begynner å falle sammen, dette er maks ett 2 stjerners hotell. Rommene lukter mugg, knappene i heisen detter av, det er vannskader på rommet og generelt dårlig tilstand. Servicen på folka som jobber der er det eneste positive.

The location is excellent—you can reach the city center using L5 in less than 15 minutes, which is very convenient. The furniture is quite old, but not broken or damaged. However, the doors could use better sound insulation, as you can hear people walking outside and they can hear you as well. The air conditioning is centrally controlled, meaning it is turned on and off from their side to save energy. While this isn’t ideal, it’s not a major issue either. The only downside I experienced was when I asked for more water and was told it’s NOT provided on demand—which felt like saving in the wrong place. That said, the staff was overall very friendly and helpful.

Nice bed and great breakfast. Friendly staff. These are super important because honestly after I've slept and eaten breakfast, I don't really need the hotel anymore since I'm on my way for the day. Things that need improvement: TV reception wasn't good- only had a few clean channels. The way the shower door is designed ensures plenty of water on the floor making the tiles slippery. This shower door isn't doing its job very well at all. Nor were the elevators which were regularly out of service. Overall good location pretty close to Metro, cafés and the Collblanc market.

Stayed there with my son to watch Barcelona play Athletico Madrid. Nou camp literally 5 mins walk down the road. Plenty of shops- cafes - and macdonalds or KFC if you prefer. We stayed 2 nights just to watch football but if you want to visit Barcelona Centre your metro away which takes 9 mins and cost 3 euro. Back to hotel deffo stay there again with lovely staff.

We were really pleased with this hotel. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Very close to Camp Nou and the hop on/off bus. Lovely shops and places to eat all in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Room very nice, and bathroom. I liked the bath. Window in bedroom didn't open, I don't think. I would have liked fresh air. Staff attentive and helpful. Spa closed. This was a shame. Ĺocation okay. Not far from Collblanc Metro.

I would like to share my concern regarding an incident that occurred during my recent stay. While most of the staff were courteous and helpful, I unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with one staff member named John. John spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, which was unexpected and disappointing. More seriously, he made comments about my race that were discriminatory and biased. This made me feel unwelcome and disrespected during my stay. I believe every guest deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of background. I hope the management will look into this matter seriously to ensure that no other guest has a similar experience. Thank you for your attention to this important issue.

Good-sized rooms, very helpful and polite staff and customer service (specifically Candelas at reception). Hotel does look a bit tired in some areas, but overall no complaints.

Hotel was very nice but the service was not great. I had requested early check in from 10am. I got to the hotel around 1pm to check in and was told to wait as my room was not ready. I waited until 2:30pm when they finally let me into my room. We were told to stay in the reception area with 2 children for 1 hour and a half waiting. After checking in and spending the night, breakfast was lovely. We went to check out of the hotel and were charged for using their swimming pool. This was not stated anywhere at the hotel that there was a charge to use the facilities. I was charged 63 euros for an hour swim. This was ridiculous and I was not impressed.

Sauberes Hotel mit nettem und zuvorkommenden Personal. Viele Bereiche bereits erneuert. Einige Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Nicht weit bis zur Metro und zum Camp Nou. Ansonsten etwas Abseits des Geschehens aber dafür sehr ruhig.

Ideally located for Nou Camp Stadium and public transport links (bus stop, tram and Metro all within 7 min walk of the hotel). Massive choices of food for breakfast, to suit every palate; and a hot plate chef who cooked eggs to your specifications - friend, scrambled, omelette’s. Breakfast room had smoke seating, was light, bright, airy and clean. Reception area and bar were large, well lit and clean. Reception and breakfast staff were excellent - polite, well dressed and knowledgeable. Bedroom was large and daily cleaning / linen service to replace towels. However, laminate and tiled floors were not mopped well and you could not walk around bare foot or in socks. The shower gel ran out the day before we left and was not topped up by cleaning staff. We booked the hotel for location, which was perfect. We also booked for the rooftop pool and loungers. Used the rooftop pool a few times, but it got busy and there was not always loungers - as these were all full. I’d recommend a visit to the many beaches - Barceloneta is closest, is cheap / cheerful, but used mainly by locals and can be busy and noisy. No sun bed hire on this beach. We also ventured to Nova Icària beach, which is 10 mins further away. Well worth the visit. Sun bed ($10 Euro each) and umbrella hire, and bar / food service from the bar at the rear. We also booked hotel for the spa, but did not realise until we arrived that it was not included with the price ($19 Euro) for 1.5 hours - so we didn’t use it.

A great location for the Camp Nou football stadium. Close to the metro line, which takes you directly to the airport. A good location for exhibitions at the Grand Fira, just three metro stops on the orange line. The pool on the roof isn’t heated, so brace yourself! However, the sun terrance is great for relaxing and the cold pool is kind of nice after the heat of the day. I will stay here again when I am in Barcelona.

The size of the room is big, it is a suite. With a closet at the entrance. Bathroom is good size with a bath tub. Five minutes walk from subway station is a plus too.

Modern hotel property very close to Camp Nou and convenient access to public transport for both Barcelona and Hospìtalet. Modern rooms, and plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate area. Good value for money.

The hotel is located close to Camp Nou and walking distance to the Collblanc metro station, this has a direct line to El Prat airport. The receptionist (Joan) was really helpful. Rooms were big enough albeit alittle dated but served a purpose. There's a roof top pool free wifi.

Lovely quiet hotel located a 5 minute walk from the Camp Nou. Also located close to Collblanc metro which can be an easy station to travel to from airport and to get to city centre. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly.

Not a 4 star ! Over charged me and continued to charge my card after I left. Horrible greasy breakfast, overpriced lunch .. ughh just awful

The staff at this hotel from the front desk to the restaurant and bar staff to the maids were all very friendly and accommodating. The Hotel lobby, restaurant and bar are lovely. The rooms are spacious and well maintained.

Vi var supernöjda med vår vistelese. Vi skulle utgå från Camp nou så detta hotell hade väldigt bra läge för det. Trevlig lobby med bra meny. Frukosten var super god. Völdigt trevlig & hjälpsam personal i receptionen under hela vår vistelese. Rekommenderar starkt detta hotell.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. Close to metro and buses. 5 min walk from Nou camp. Breakfast was better than average. The hotel restaurant and bar is extremely good and they have a big screen to watch the games. One night the AC did not work. Management did not tell before hand that AC system is down. I had to speak with them and change my room as the first room’s fan was also not working. One night was inconvenient. My travel company, hotels.com contacted the hotel management but hotel did not reduce charge for first night. Hotels.com game me $100 one cash for that night. Rest 2 night AC worked. Overall 3.8 stars out of 5
