Lovely facility. Rooms were clean, well layed out and complete in terms of appliances etc. we should have stayed longer. The village should also improve as roads are being repaired and upgraded and a large new building is under construction.

Great for families or couples. Very clean, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Our friends who usually stay in hotels called it a palace! They loved the space a condo provides. New outdoor pool and hot tub added to our enjoyment. This was our 2nd stay and I’m sure we’ll be back. We know we can count on Blue Green properties being top Notch! Including older properties like this one.

Location is great Staff was very friendly. We arrived early & to our surprise were able to check in early without any trouble & start our vacay....greatly appreciated!! Our unit was away from the current renovations, so our stay wasn't disrupted at all. Our unit had not been updated yet,but was in fairly good condition considering it is time for a remodel. The weather was fantastic during our stay and we would not have had to even run the A/C if we'd had a ceiling fan in the living room & if both sets of patio doors had screens.....we would recommend screens & ceiling fans. We love the coffee machine in the hospitality cabin!! Props to Aiden- he was friendly, an expert rock skipper & had to rescue paddle boaters twice during our stay We enjoyed the ice cream social bar & s'more activities We never saw anything about music in the evenings, so not sure if that was a private thing, so we enjoyed from afar on our deck

The property was excellent! Some of the bathroom fixtures need replaced and the water pressure was very low. But, it was very clean. We loved the putt putt and basketball. Only issue was taking the trash to the enclosed trash receptacles. I could not get it open. But was rescued by a very nice maintenance man, who I give a 5 stars he was very helpful and kind! I was told they are planning to add instructions to opening of the trash receptacles.

Excellent nature. Big territory. Clean room. Fun for kinds. Pool, tennis, fishing, play room…

We got there really late thankfully the security was able to get our keys for us and we were able to complete our check in the next morning. There are activities on the property and close by. We had a good time. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Any thing we asked for it was delivered to our door quickly. I would definitely recommend this property

This property was amazing! The amount of things to do just on site was great. It helped kill time in beta our other activities. The pool and hot tub were beautiful. We will definitely be staying again.

Construction upkeep and maintenance is year-round work and I understand. Peak seasons are not the time to be in the middle of construction. The staff was very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay when I booked my room, description, and reservations included a Jacuzzi of which was not available, and also was under the understanding there would be a fitness room. Also not existent. It was very conveniently located to Sugar mountain for skiing.

Spaciousness and view the best things. Amenities were VERY limited, and when some yahoo rode by oou patio on some kind of ATV for an unexplainable reason at 8AM the morning after we arrived- that woke us up. 'Popcorn and a movie' the following night was equally disappointing. Yes, the movie played, but no popcorn offered, and the latte machine near that area didn't work. Staff was friendly and as accomodating as they could be, but this place is still a work in progress.

Staff was great, rooms very clean, but noise level on bottom floor was unusually loud. We could literally hear each person walk across the floor above us, plus each time the toilet flushed or shower was used, you can hear clearly. Also, there was no hot water in our shower.

Arriving, it was obvious they were doing some construction which was understandable but definitely a little confusing to maneuver. The area was convenient as we stayed here to snowboard at Sugar Mountain which was really close. The rooms were pretty with a fireplace etc. BUT there were little cockroaches. One in the dishwasher, the entrance, and when we turned on the kitchen lights, we saw three scurrying away which was gross. I closed all my luggages on a higher shelf as to not worry about them in my belongings. It’s such a shame because it was a great property. If this issue wasn’t present, then I would’ve been happier with my stay.

We rented a three-bedroom suite to go ski in Sugar Moutain before Christmas. This property really surprised us on the location, cleanliness, amenities provided and lovely atmosphere. All of us LOVED this property and cannot wait to go back. First, the location is great, 1.4 miles from the ski resort, 2 miles from downtown Banner Elk, with a lot of dining options around. The suit is really well maintained, with a well equipped kitchen, providing nice cooking utencils, cups, plates, and bowls. The unit has central AC system, making it really nice and quiet. It also has a gaslog fireplace, super nice for winter. All the rooms in the suite are large and mattresses are very comfortable. The community has a activity center, providing games, puzzles and showing movies every night. We LOVE LOVE LOVE the vibe and were really surprised by the amenities provided. We cannot wait to go back next year. Thank you SO MUCH for the well managed property!

Amazing hotel, comfortable, very clean, very good location, and if you are like me and love to cook for your family on vacation, the kitchen is complete.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay! The suite was clean and included a full kitchen. We all enjoyed the mini golf course and beautiful views. All of the site staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this location.

Premises were amazing, check-in really quick. We had an amazing time and i would recommend it. Bath tub was just a little dirty but nothing to worry about.

The condo was very dated and worn down. There was a huge water stain above the kitchen table the popcorn ceiling was falling down. Also in the upstairs bathroom floor there was a large soft spot in the floor and it sank every time you stepped on it. The ceiling fan makes a awful noise when on. The property was under renovation. The pool was under construction. None of this was mentioned in Hotels website or the resorts.

Absolutely stunning views of the mountains!

Unfortunately, we had a condo that had an adjoining condo through a very, very thin, paper thin, metal door. The neighbors had about 10 people in their condo, 2 young children and 1 baby. Very, very loud group. 1st night, partying until 11:30. Could hear just about everything for the 3 days/2 nights.!!!

The two bedroom and two bath was huge and perfect for a family of 4. My favorite part was that it felt like staying at a home rental with the convenience of a hotel. A check in/check out desk, community room, large property with amenities.

This was such a Beautiful Room. We enjoyed our stay Very Much. Extremely good value of price for the excellent accommodations.

This is a challenging review to write. My wife and I booked this accommodation as a late anniversary get-away for a long weekend Oct 10-13. There were many things that we loved, and we discussed several times that we would definitely book it again sometime, but there were so many little things that were confounding, that we questioned if we really should return. We would offer the resort several suggestions for improvement, beginning with our check-in, that was very pleasant, but we had no idea until our stay was nearly over that local attraction information and maps were tucked away in a nook that isn’t really visible at the reception desk and no one indicated that the information was there if we needed it (we had actually discussed that we were surprised that there wasn’t the typical array of brochures available for us to peruse). Following our check-in, on our initial nighttime drive to the building that our room was in, there were signs that pointed us in the direction of our building; however, they are nearly impossible to see driving on the dark & hilly road to get there. We had requested an upper floor upon booking and apparently missed that there were no elevators. So, while we had a great view and no one above us, two flights of stairs was a lot to manage (at least for my old knees). We wanted the upper floor to avoid hearing noise from above, however, we still heard noise from our other neighbors, which suggested to us that the walls were thin and we therefore

Location is great for our planned activities. The space is good but a little dated. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. We had a problem with water pressure but that turned out to be a property-wide issue and not anything they anticipated.

My biggest complaint is since my stay in February, their main office has been hounding me by phone with some type of offer. I wouldn't stay there again due to their aggressive marketing policy. On the most recent call I asked to be removed from their list. We shall see. Regarding the property, I didn't like that the 1BR unit was 2 levels. Tiny living room was on the first level, everything else downstairs.

Claudia in the activity center was wonderful as was Robert in maintenance. We could have used more toilet paper and paper towels and the indoor pool area was without a shower . But otherwise everything was fabulous - friendly staff and beautiful and luxurious surroundings.

Great location, great mountain views, close to attractions and downtown. The room was nice and accommodating. Customer service needs improvements. When we walked in the lady at the front desk did not greet us or wait on us for a few minutes (nobody else was checking in). Finally, when we got help the lady didn’t know how to check over our online reservation and yelled to the manager in the back office to come out for insistance. We would come back, but please sharpen up the customer service skills.

Check-in was late and incomplete. lacked any real directions on what was expected of us...had to call the front desk twice for help. When leaving early in the morning on Sat (7:15am) no one at the front desk to check-us out. Would not return to this facility.

Great location with beautiful views - ask for pond view or Mountain View. Property checked in on us a few times via text. They always answered the phone when we called with questions. We will go back!

Loved this resort. I called ahead of time to let the front desk know that we would be a late check in, and we were coming up a baby. When we arrived in our room, they had left a pack n play for the baby which was awesome. The room was clean, service was excellent… only regret was not staying longer. It’s really a beautiful hotel. Tons of gasps of excitement as we entered our room. I highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our quaint little suite, perfect for the cold weather and snow received while we visited. Great location to sugar mountain. Only downfall was hot water ran out before jacuzzi-tub filled, also delaying a hot shower.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The building we stayed in was recently renovated. The property is currently building a new clubhouse with indoor/outdoor pool. Great location for visiting Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Beach Mountain and Boone.

Mountain resort without feeling like a "resort". True mountain get away experience. Great location for quiet relaxation and seeing the sites of the area.

Went skiing for the weekend at Sugar Mountain. Very convenient, place was clean and has everything you need to cook confortable beds and furniture. Will definitely stay here again
