Everything was very good, specially the Club Lounge and their staff. Only negative is that you need to wear a swimming cap to go to the pool, even if you are bald and it makes the whole thing more like a sporting center than a relaxing hotel pool.

I recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu, and it was an exceptional experience. Though there was a small hiccup with the airport pickup, the team quickly made it up to us, showcasing their commitment to excellent service. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was flawless, and every interaction felt warm and attentive. The rooms were beautifully designed with luxurious touches and breathtaking city views. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the little details made it feel extra special. Dining at the hotel was a highlight, with a breakfast buffet offering both local and international options, and the staff in the dining area made each meal feel like a memorable occasion. The amenities were equally impressive, especially the spa and pristine pool, which provided the perfect spots to relax. The location was also ideal for exploring Chengdu. Despite the initial hiccup, the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu’s incredible service more than made up for it, and I left feeling truly taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

I did spend like 10 Days in Chengdu and also in the Ritz Carlton. All is fine and great. I visited the World Games and everybody in the Hotel did help me a lot to check about possibilities like Metro, Taxi and so on to get to all the facilities. I was really Happy with my amazing room. Club Level is also a great experience. Big Hugs and Big Thank you to all of the personal in the Hotel

The club lounge had excellent service;, food and drinks. We had breakfast in the main restaurant which was outstanding. Our bedroom and bathroom were spacious, beds were comfortable. Beautiful pastries, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, fresh cooked eggs and coffee. The view from the room was great. I loved the club lounge and the afternoon tea. Dinner options were good both in the hotel and outside. There are shops and restaurants very close to the hotel. The underground is not far away. I will stay at the Ritz again if I am back in Chengdu.

Gorgeous property with five-star services, most of which were complimentary with our booking, super proactive and respectful staff, and amazing room overlooking much of central Chengdu. Also wonderful buffet breakfast. For someone more accustomed to American price points, the cost per night was an absolute bargain. I’ll end by saying this property got review bombed somewhat on Googs (looks like a lot of the 1-star write-ups complained about cleanliness), but everything including room condition and overall hygiene were 5/5 for me.

Great hotel overall. The staff were amazing and the rooms and the views from the rooms were great. The only issue is that it is located in a quiet part of town away from the glitzy and fun areas. Easy to take a DiDi to these places for 10 RMB however. Gali who works in the concierge area was particularly helpful in planning my trip. We communicated via WeChat before my arrival which made the trip much easier

Dear Ryan Ran Me, Pedro Dionisio and my wife Silvia are world travellers and are very used to five stars and luxury hotels. We stayed in Ritz Carlton Hotel Chengdu from 4-6th December. Check in was quick and efficient. All the staff very polite, attentive and always ready to help us. The room was very beautiful and well equipped. Good amenities (a Nespresso machine in the room😋). The breakfast was really amazing, and delicious. To Note: my wife forgot inside the room some valuable things and quickly the staff ( House keeper, Duty manager and concierge) solved the problem very efficiently communicating with us, filming the items and sending them by express mail, with insurance included to the hotel we will be staying next city in China. Really impressive… my wife will be always grateful with the staff🙏!!! Chengdu is not only “the Panda City “ with lots of things to see and to do! With lots of luxury Hotels…We are sure we will come back! To the fantastic Ritz-Carlton Chengdu of course… Best wishes Pedro Dionisio

This hotel smelled great. it's not the overwhelming perfume or potpourri, but a pleasant smell of tea leaves. The breakfast was so great with so many varieties. All their staff were super friendly and courteous. I want to give a special thanks to Robert tending the the first floor. He's a hero in helping me navigating through the transportation system and my itinerary in China. Overall, a lovely experience. I wish I had more time in this hotel as I only stayed two nights.
