Food impressed us as Turkish family since we have really high quality and all the time food everywhere

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the 5-star rating. The room cleaning was far below expectations. Despite being advertised as a luxury hotel, the housekeeping was inconsistent and often incomplete. The minibar, which was supposed to be restocked daily and included in the price, was never refilled during our stay. Even after reporting this issue to the manager, nothing changed, and no action was taken to improve the situation. The restaurant was also not up to standard – cleanliness was lacking, and the buffet area often looked untidy and poorly maintained. It’s a shame, because the hotel has potential with a good location and polite reception staff. But the poor service and lack of response to complaints made the stay disappointing. Definitely not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.

In general, the service quality and food of the hotel is not good at all. 4. I came to this hotel once. But the same things never change. The quality has dropped a lot.
