We stayed in this place from April 9 to April 16. We tried and tried to change our reservation but hotel.com would not credit or refund our money back so we stucked it out for the duration. The carpeting should be remove in that place. Those carpeting are just to fifty dirty that made the whole room smells so horrible. So horrible that on the second night I was vomiting and my head was just throving. I would never put myself and my family in that place again.

The room was a good price and nice size! Staff was nice and accommodating. Loved the smart TV so i watched my Netflix show! The pool had lots of children and water was not clear, hot tub was not hot, so I passed on that. breakfast omelette, making lady was in no rush with a long line

old and without any maintenance hotel, dirty carpets all over the floor and inside the rooms disgusting, stained, smell like urine and the humidity in the hallway is incredible , they even have a dedicate dryer in the hallway, the rooms and humid, and showing lack of maintenance and care, the air conditioner ventilation completely dirty with dust and mold

I spend 9 days without air conditioner after the third day they send me a pedestal fan the temperature at night time was 84 degrees it was terrible please do not recommend this Hotel I will like the hotel to give me a refund for the staying room
