The Pesquiers is a truly unique place to stay. The hotel has a wonderful ecolodge atmosphere, surrounded by nature and perfectly integrated into its exceptional environment. Every detail is beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful retreat where you feel immersed in the salt marshes and local landscape. What makes this hotel even more special is its history. The thoughtful restoration of the former homes of the saliniers (salt workers) preserves the site's heritage while offering every modern comfort. The architecture and design strike a perfect balance between authenticity and elegance, making the entire property feel both timeless and refined. A beautiful example of how history, nature, and hospitality can come together to create an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended.
