I stayed there for 1 night. I used the pool it was clean and warm. I also enjoyed that is was open till 11pm It had had hot breakfast. Shopping near by and was clean. Would go again.had a good warm breakfast too.

Elevator was out of order and had to walk up stairs to our room. Also there were young adults running up and down the stairs and hallway after 12:30 am. Otherwise very clean and nice room and breakfast.

The staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Lots of pillows. The room was clean and large. The breakfast buffet was extensive for a hotel breakfast. Lots of options and even non dairy creamer for coffee. The coffee isn’t my favorite but there are so many places nearby including Aroma Joe’s and Starbucks. It’s a quiet location close to shopping, food, groceries, and a hospital. Newer hotel (less than 10 years old) so it’s not dated yet. The indoor pool was nice - we even had it to ourselves every time we used it. It’s open until 11pm. The water was cool and not heated.

Friendly reception and breakfast was good. Only comment regarding the room would be that without a bed ruffle to the floor, the carpet under the bed was obviously dusty. The bathroom was in excellent condition.

The parking lot seemed very safe and well lit, the staff were very friendly, I didn’t make it down in time for breakfast, but I was able to get some coffee from their just-acquired coffee machine that freshly grinds the beans for each cup and then brews it fresh. Loved that! The bed was firm, which I like, so very comfortable, it was easy to control the temperature of the room and it was nice and quiet throughout the night.

Hotel was very clean and well kept. Evening desk clerk needs a little more training but got the job done eventually. Hardest mattress we ever slept on. Fell asleep drunk and thought i woke up in jail. My elderly husband had a nightmare that he was on the floor. It may have been from the chlorine poisoning from the pool though. It was definitely clean. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Best part was the cinnamon buns.

In a hotel that was anything but full, we were given a room next to the front desk and elevator which shared a wall with the kitchen. We heard voices in the hall and bumping in the kitchen all night. Minor problem: the alarm clock in the room was dead. It didn't matter except that the clock has the only USB jacks in the room, which were inoperable. Other aspects of the room were fine.

Holiday Inn Express is our favorite chain of hotels. The customer service is always phenomenal. My son is in a wheelchair and the manager personally called me to make sure that the room I selected would best accommodate him. There were complimentary water and snacks at the front desk and there is always a delicious complimentary breakfast as well. Would recommend this hotel to anyone

Air conditioning was awful. Kept shutting off even though we had set it on constant fan mode. Horrible sleep, walls are thin, and beds were rough, and it was quite obvious that Seth was not a fan of the customer service job duties that he has in this job. Def will not return to this hotel.

Circumstances changed such that we required a handicap accessible room. None was available and no cancellation or refund was offered. We were fortunate to find lodging with relatives. We had just stayed at the same hotel a week ago and found it satisfactory then, but the lack of flexibility and the fact we had to pay for a room we couldn’t use was distressing.

Very nice accommodations and we generally stay here when visiting the Greensburg area. The staff and the property are great. The only quirk is the slightly screwy, curvy driveway/roadway leading up to the property. It's best if you are from the area and know your way around.

The bed was very comfortable. I forgot my toothbrush and the front desk brought one up to my room in record time! Breakfast was very good, nice selection.
