These reviews ask for ratings in several categories and I gave them five stars and everything. All aspects of the room and bathroom look clean and smell clean. Their beds are especially comfortable with a nice thick comforter, and we always get a great night's sleep. We love that we can often park right next to the room on the ground floor. The lighting in the courtyard is very bright and gives you a good sense of security for your personal and vehicle safety. The managers go out of their way to make sure that everything is ready for us and in good working order. The new climate controlled environmental systems that they installed in the rooms keep the temperature right where we want it, too. We visit Greensburg periodically and always choose this location when we're in town.

The steps to second floor were very rusty metal, afraid would fall - NO elevator. Also, chair and furniture in the room looked like it had been beaten up very much. the Leather like chair to the desk was in shreds like a cat got it. The room was clean, just very very dated. THe pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Could not find the front desk staff to check out, waited 10 minutes or more.

The room was slightly smoky even though it was a non-smoking room. It appeared that every room was booked - there was only one spot left in the parking lot. And it was a tight squeeze for sure. We did not get the grab and go breakfast - appeared to be an apple and a granola bar.

For the price it is a good place to stay if you are going to Live casino. The room was clean, the bed was nice, the shower was nice and hot, there was a mini fridge and a microwave, TV, the grounds was clean, parking was safe and the staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed two nights and will be back!

Water took forever to get warm and I could hear the next door people like they were outside my door. Bed appeared clean and was comfy. The ice/laundry room wasnt anything much. Fridge and microwave in room worked well. Probably wont stay here again if I dont have to.

Parking was too small and if parking lot full you have to park around the corner at another lot. Don;t book several days and have to check out early, because they won't discount you on the room. The microwave was loud and raggedy. They don't have smart tvs. No phone in the room.

Room was definitely clean. But... No coffeemaker in room. Limited towels. What breakfast? Coffee, Apple Juice, Orange Juice(which was horrible, it seemed very thick), apples and granola bars. What a joke? Place was shady...guys sitting all over the walkways. Washer/Dryer not working. No ice in the ice machine. They charged my card without my permission I used my card to make the reservation. When I actually checked in I advised them that I wanted to pay cash for the stay. They had already charged my card. Not acceptable. Now. I know why there was an issue with my first card. To me that's just shady. Something needs to be done about that. Would NEVER stay there again. Also had a friend stay there...he stated the same issues.

The first room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. I was moved to another room and it didn’t smell as bad, however, the drain in the tub didn’t plug, you couldn’t adjust any temperatures in the room, there was old food in the freezer and the fridge was turned off. There were people smoking and being loud outside of my room in the middle of the night also.

Not even close to what their website pics present. Room smelled HORRIBLE to the point its impossible to sleep. Owners were rude and unresponsive to our requests. Price was way to much. Do NOT stay here. Ive NEVER written a negative review until this one.

When we booked, there were few rooms available along our route and it was getting late. We didn't have high expectations for this place when we drove up, but the room turned out to be very clean and comfortable. The service was the BEST! We had accidentally booked a smoking room, but the owner (desk clerk?) got that changed for us. Then when our TV remote wouldn't work, he promptly came down to our room and changed it out with a new one.

I came to stay looking for a basic room not expecting much. Its was fine for just that. Its not the easiest place to get to as its on a one way section of the highway. Breakfast is a free breakfast granola bar, a fruit and coffee/juice. Might as well not offer anything. The price point of this was higher than it should be but thats only my opinion.
