Friendly staff with useful response. But their office hour is from 10am-6pm. Really had kind of pressure to check in or collect the bug gage storage before 6pm Our room has extra spacious toilet and shower - almost same size as rhe bedroom! Wish I could have a choice to select a spacious room rather than the wc Perhaps this is the old Barcelona building, the water flow of the Wc from upper floor and some crackling sounds from the building was occasionally heard despite it appears to be recently decorated.

Super clean and modern hotel! The room and bathroom were spacious, and the front desk staff was super accommodating of early check-in and keeping bags after check-out. The air conditioning was powerful and reliable too. The walls are a bit thin so you may hear your neighbors.

Siamo stati 3 giorni per il ponte di fine aprile ottima sistemazione per famiglie l'appartemento è in zona tranquilla con diverse fermate bus a 100 m. ristoranti e bar in prossimità, è dotato di tutti gli accessori (pentole piatti caffetteria bollitore lavastoviglie) . unica pecca il divano-letto un pò rovinato. una struttura in cui tornerei volentieri.

The staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent. The area felt safe and convenient compared to other parts of Barcelona. The heating was a bit weak, especially in the bathroom, and the sink had a small crack. Overall, with a few improvements, this would be a great apartment hotel.

Desde que llegamos al establecimiento, fuimos recibidos con amabilidad, cordialidad y profesionalismo, por Ana. Nos explico con detenimiento cada secreto de esta hermosa ciudad. Las instalaciones estaban en optimas condiciones ademas de ser muy cómodas y tener todo lo necesario para una estadía de una semana. Ambiente cálido y luminoso, personal servicial, excelente ubicación con todos los servicios de taxi y ómnibus en la puerta del edificio. Volveremos.... Gracias Ana por todo.

Nice location, nice and clean apartment with all needed but no WiFi. The only way to access Internet was to be very close to the main door or from the bathroom of the apartment. We asked more than once to have a different solution but this was not realized.

Selected this because of the kitchen facilities but disappointing. Kitchen amenities are not maintained: Coffee machine not working No dish drying cloth or kitchen towels 1 wine glass fir an appt that sleeps 4 Dishes and plates are odd compilation No bowls If you offer a kitchen then it needs to fitted with all the amenities like other appartment hotels do Room was cold as the heating was not working WiFi was non existent - works for 5 mins then drops and stays in discoverable for 4-5 hours. Ended up using all my data on my phone Shower was either boiling/scalding or freezing. Couldn’t control it . My colleague in his appartment had the same problem. Hand soap was empty The lighting in the shower is dark so when you are struggling with adjusting the tap for the water is not easy To compound all of these problems there is no reception except btw 2-6 but even during these times there is no one visible to ask tho g to be fixed. The only time someone was there for us was when they needed to take the payment. When I shared Al the issues he said he will let the supervisor know but nothing happened in the 2 days out of the 3 day stay. Great location and somewhat clean If you are planning to stay in this appartment pls bring everything you would need from home including coffee, soap, kitchen towels etc

Loved our little apartment. It was cute, comfortable and the location was great. Easy walks to the metro, the bus, and a variety of dining options. Staff was helpful when I had questions about the microwave buttons, and they also stored our bags after check out until we needed them.

Very clean and quiet facility. close to the major attractions. The bathroom is very spacious, but the light is too low, shaving or putting on makeup is a real challenge. The room is really small, but the worst thing is the position of the TV: on the side of the bed. basically you couldn't see from the bed, and there were no other places where 2 could stay.

We arrived early from a cruise , reception was un attended . The manager was very curt ! We returned when she arrived she agreed to store bags for us but said we should have pre arranged, as we were on a cruise this was not possible due to coverage . We checked in , paid in full & were given. Access codes . When we returned to our room at 8:30pm we could not gain access as the code was incorrect we were locked out for 45mins until we received a call back & the door was opened automatically by computer . We were travelling with our two children . Other guests tried to assist us . All we received was a sorry ! Shower was very temperamental freezing then scolding ! The accommodation is basic & not overly clean , would need a good painting . But it did suffice for our stay ! I would not return to this accommodation, however I would return to the area as it’s a great location .

A estadia foi tranquila. O quarto estava organizado e limpo. O pessoal da recepção é agradável e prestativo. Os únicos detalhes negativos da estadia foram o check in e a ausencia de sol. O acesso a recepção so acontece apos passar a porta principal. Pra receber o codigo de acesso, voce deve enviar seus dados com antecedência. Eu esqueci de fazer isso e só consegui entrar porque outra pessoa estava saindo. Quanto ao quarto em que eu estava, as janelas abriam para dentro do prédio e, por isso, nao havia incidência de sol. O quarto ficava sempre com cheiro de umido. Fora isso, recomendo a estadia! Ela é muito estrategica pois fica numa avenida com muitas opções de transporte, lojas e bons restaurantes.

Nice location, nice and clean apartment with all needed but no WiFi. The only way to access Internet was to be very close to the main door or from the bathroom of the apartment. We asked more than once to have a different solution but this was not realized.

Selected this because of the kitchen facilities but disappointing. Kitchen amenities are not maintained: Coffee machine not working No dish drying cloth or kitchen towels 1 wine glass fir an appt that sleeps 4 Dishes and plates are odd compilation No bowls If you offer a kitchen then it needs to fitted with all the amenities like other appartment hotels do Room was cold as the heating was not working WiFi was non existent - works for 5 mins then drops and stays in discoverable for 4-5 hours. We arrived early from a cruise , reception was un attended . The manager was very curt ! We returned when she arrived she agreed to store bags for us but said we should have pre arranged, as we were on a cruise this was not possible due to coverage . We checked in , paid in full & were given. Access codes . When we returned to our room at 8:30pm we could not gain access as the code was incorrect we were locked out for 45mins until we received a call back & the door was opened automatically by computer . We were travelling with our two children . Other guests tried to assist us . All we received was a sorry ! Shower was very temperamental freezing then scolding ! The accommodation is basic & not overly clean , would need a good painting . But it did suffice for our stay ! I would not return to this accommodation, however I would return to the area as it’s a great location .

Friendly staff with useful response. But their office hour is from 10am-6pm. Really had kind of pressure to check in or collect the bug gage storage before 6pm Our room has extra spacious toilet and shower - almost same size as rhe bedroom! Wish I could have a choice to select a spacious room rather than the wc Perhaps this is the old Barcelona building, the water flow of the Wc from upper floor and some crackling sounds from the building was occasionally heard despite it appears to be recently decorated.

Very clean and quiet facility. close to the major attractions. The bathroom is very spacious, but the light is too low, shaving or putting on makeup is a real challenge. The room is really small, but the worst thing is the position of the TV: on the side of the bed. basically you couldn't see from the bed, and there were no other places where 2 could stay.

Siamo stati 3 giorni per il ponte di fine aprile ottima sistemazione per famiglie l'appartemento è in zona tranquilla con diverse fermate bus a 100 m. ristoranti e bar in prossimità, è dotato di tutti gli accessori (pentole piatti caffetteria bollitore lavastoviglie) . unica pecca il divano-letto un pò rovinato. una struttura in cui tornerei volentieri.
