Personnel très accueillant. Chambre propre. Piscine petite et n'était pas baignable. Près de tout.

The 6 th floor bar was closed each time we went to use it. Walking distance to several local attractions and bus tour pickup locations. Not sure why but our breakfast wasn’t included.

The room was clean. Some of the help was helpful. Some were rude. The bar at the pool was never opened. The pool was actually brown. It looked like it had never been used in years. We had to switch rooms because the first room. The shower backed up while my husband was taking his shower gross. It is actually in a bad part of town. We felt unsafe outside of the hotel. We had heard that it was walkable to the cruise ship pier it is not.

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable room. The hotel facilities were were great. Good to have a roof top bar and good food in the restaurant. Free luggage lockers for post check out was so helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel . Good value for money.

Hotel, loncation, and staff ware great. Only one thing should be changed. Underground hotel parking should be free for hotel guests. Or at least discounted. €25 per night is bit pricey

The room was larger than expected. However, the washroom was spilt into two sections. The toilet with a door and on the other side of the room the sink and shower was there but it was separated by a curtain. We loved the lower lever. The front desk supplied lockers for our luggage. There is a beautiful seating area there as well. The food menu is great and so is the price. Overall it was a good stay Location is a bit of a walk to the city centre. However it’s minutes to the marina .

Veldig hyggelig hotell, med hjelpsom og hyggelig betjening. Frokosten var bra med mye å velge i. Baren på taket var ikke åpen som "lovet" i heisen, og bassenget er "bare en pytt", men ellers et bra hotell med sentral og fin beliggenhet.

The property is modern and in a good location. However, the elevators weren’t working when we checked in and we had to carry all luggage up five floors. The next morning there was a water shut off from 9-12 and in the evening on both nights there was no cold water and we couldn’t shower in boiling water. Definitely a mixed experience.

Small but clean room in a quiet location close to public transportation and restuarants. A little bit of a walk to some attractions but scenic along the way. Very convenient 15 minute walk to the cruise port. Rooftop pool required cleaning.

Modern hotel situated in close proximity to Metro links and city centre. Rooms serviced on a daily basis and close to spotlessly clean. Hospitable, helpful and processional reception staff, on hand 24hrs/day. Breakfast staff polite and friendly. All needs attended to. Excellent. Highly recommend.

Ein Zimmer das sich zerlegt und Dreckiger nicht sein könnte. Kaputte Fliesen, eine Wendeltreppe bei der die hälfte der Schrauben fehlen, dreckige Handtücher und oben drauf auch noch dreckige Bettwäsche. Dann gab es noch einen Stromausfall, und als der wieder da war gab es erst mal 1,5std lang Fehlalarme von Aufzug mit Geschrei von Handwerkern noch dazu. Keine Entschuldigung und keine neuen Handücher!!! 0Sterne

I really like this place and happily stayed here again. Really convenient location in a quiet area and with great transport links. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is really good. I will definitely be back again!

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Hôtel accueillant et bien placé. Petit déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix. Attention au parking, accès très étroit, ne convient pas à tous les véhicules. Quant à la chambre, bien que très confortable nous avons été surpris de voir qu'elle était en duplex avec SDB et toilettes en bas d'un escalier en colimaçon. Lit à l'étage, il vaut mieux ne pas avoir une grosse valise.

Well the pictures didnt show that the bathroom is downstairs and you have to climb a spiral stair case to go upstairs to the bedroom. I wake up to pee in the night and it was very dangerous & really wakes you up to have to climb down the stairs in the dark to use the restroom. There is no coffee in the room or anything extra like they show on the pictures. The staff was very nice tho and it was clean, but disappointing. Good location tho.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Freundliches Personal. Zentrale Lage. Viele Obdachlose im näheren Umfeld. Badezimmer und Bett in einem Raum nur durch einen Vorhang getrennt. Badezimmerbereich nach außen hin nicht Blickdicht. Einfache Ausstattung. Die Fotos beschönigen die Realität.

Room nice but very very noicy. You can hear people talk and use the toalet in the other rooms

The pictures online are not an accurate representation of the hotel room. The shower and sink are in the same room as the bedroom & separated by curtains. The toilet is in its own room so you have to walk from the toilet to the other side of the room to wash your hands in the sink. The top half of the window facing the shower cannot be covered because there is no curtain. If someone is on the roof across the way, they can see you while you shower.There is no fridge in the room and the hotel doesn’t give you water. You have to pay for water and coffee at the front desk which is ridiculous. The photos of the property show a pool but it’s not a swimming pool; it’s on the rooftop by the bar. I contacted the hotel prior to my stay to arrange a taxi to pick me up and they said they don’t do that. The breakfast they provided was delicious and there were many options. The hotel is in a convenient location. You can walk to La ramba in 7 minutes, and the port in 12 minutes. They say the beach is a 10 min walk but it’s not; you have to walk the entire port to get to the beach— it’s a 30 min walk. A lot of the excursions meet close to the location of the hotel so it’s convenient. The first night, I didn’t feel safe because the hotel is in an alley and there are alot of homeless people who camp outside towards the side of the hotel. I didn’t go out at night because I was scared of the people who slept on the street next to the hotel. Shady location. Not sure if all of Barca is the same

Room was very clean, staff welcoming and informative. The only thing from not giving them a 5 star review was there was not any sitting areas but bed or toilet. Needed a chair or something.

The room was really small for two people, there was hardly any storage for clothings etc.

Room was good, I didn’t like that I checked in before 12pm and I got my room after people arriving way after me and they got their room faster.

Very convenient location, a short walk to Avenida del Parallel with all sorts of dining options, entertainment, shops and public transit. In the other direction the area is a bit sketchy at night (as we were cautioned by our taxi driver from the airport); we walked it during the day to the hop on hop off bus with no problem. The hotel itself was immaculate, and our room, although small, suited us fine. Nice amenities (upscale toiletries, rainfall shower head, free bottled water replenished daily). We enjoyed the rooftop—a small pool, plenty of seating, and a charming little bar. Great buffet breakfast (extra charge). What really elevates this hotel is the staff. From reception to housekeeping to restaurant, everyone was unfailingly welcoming, professional and helpful.

Everything was great. They were able to switch me to a accessible room, and provided me help when asked, extremely helpful receptionists.

Really enjoyed my stay at Casa Lit. Big thanks to Alex, Victor & Marti at the front desk. Very helpful & respectful the whole time. Alex gave some good local restaurant tips and Marti & Victor helped me sort out a small air conditioning concern without any hassle. Everything was handled smoothly. Great experience overall!

My stay at Casa Lit by Ona in Barcelona was unfortunately less enjoyable than expected. The check-in experience left a lot to be desired. I arrived two hours before the standard check-in time of 14:00 and was told I’d need to pay an additional €15 to check in early. Not wanting to pay, I decided to come back later. With little to do in the meantime, I returned at 13:15, only to see other guests, who arrived after me, being checked in early without any extra charge. When I asked about this, the staff suddenly allowed me to check in, which felt inconsistent and unfair. The rooms themselves are basic—nothing special. While they’re clean, they lack any real charm or distinctive features. Additionally, the staff, while professional, didn’t come across as particularly friendly or welcoming, which added to the overall feeling that guest comfort wasn’t a top priority. Given these issues, the experience didn’t quite meet expectations.

terrible customer services, charges for luggage storage if you arrive early, bathroom strangely configured with shower window backing on to an office block, with just a thin net curtain to protect your dignity. No AC, so you either have to open a window and contend with the noise of the street below in quite a bad area, or suffer the heat, especially as the shower is in the same room as the bed so becomes humid and hot, after showering. Staff were terrible when the lift broke down with us in it for almost 1hr, laughing and joking the whole time which we could over hear in an increasingly hot confined area. We had two crying and upset children and two disabled woman travelling with us, all stuck in the lift and after being released from the lift, none of the staff came to check anyone was ok, offer water or anything. In fact they tried to blame us for the problem, even though I pointed out we were well under the recommended capacity of both weight and people within the lift so it clearly wasn’t our fault. Zero ownership from the hotel staff (the one laughing) and was quite rude and dismissive of the whole situation. I would point out there were two lifts in the hotel and the other was out of order already when we checked in!

Amazing staff, very welcoming and very kind and very helpful with everything I needed. Reception staff were brilliant. Room was always cleaned when I was out. Amazing place loved it would deffo stay again.

Hotel room was small with limited amenities and too many windows in the shower area. The area around the hotel did not feel safe in the early morning but was fine throughout the day. La Rambla was only a short walk from the hotel with plenty of Dining and Shopping options, Marina was close by as well.

Good location to all areas of Barcelona (port/easy walk to beach, montjuic, metro line to all other spots, small stores just outside hotel, fantastic coffee/pastry shops around corner).Great value. Loved rooftop pool and bar for afternoon siesta.

Nice renovated hotel that was clean. In a bit of a crackhead street so you will see crackheads and a few prostitutes in the allies around but other then that and the rooms being very small it was a great hotel and perfect location. Close to the subway so you can easily get to the airport.

The location of the hotel was very good for our needs as it was close to all the attractions that we wanted to see. It was close to public transit, which was convenient. Overall, the condition of the property was good and excellent value for the money. The breakfast was also exceptional with lots of items, both hot and cold.

Good location but down a side street, but near La Rablas. Excellent base. Bedrooms functional but a little strange layout. Staff were extremely helpful - superb. Breakfast - good selection, but hot food cold. Would stay again when in Barcelona.

This is a nice, convenient, affordable place to stay when visiting this beautiful country. Close proximity to lots of things and staff is very helpful. They also offer an incredible breakfast and tasty cappuccino.

Value for money for the Breakfast is poor. Often ran out of food. One person trying to clear the tables and restock food. Whole experience for breakfast was very poor.
