It was alright. We were upgraded to room 822. The room was big but it was near the road so the noise bothered me. Bath towels didn't smell fresh. Breakfast was just okay.

Very very rude staff, supervisors and managers at Misto Restaurant; we felt discriminated at the Misto Restaurant ; very unfriendly staff in other areas as well; our room was not cleaned daily; dirty restrooms areas; towels were not replaced daily; very strong fragrance inside the hotel causes headache; not a lot of food selections during the weekends brunch buffet for 1,500 Php net each person; to clean ceramic coffee cups and glasses they were soaked in a toilet sink- in our room- that was so gross; water was leaking from the ceiling in the gym area- safety issues and some machines were not working; overall a very terrible experience at SEDA Nuvali

Hotel was overall good, room was great and location was convenient. However, lots of hidden rules and charges if you bring your pet. And they charge you over a quarter of your room rate for it whilst also claiming they are “pet friendly property” - I think this is disingenuous for hotels to do, all for its marketing!
