Ola Living Paseo de Gracia

The room was fine. The bathroom was excellent. Orbitz has this as a 5 star luxury hotel. It is not. It's nice and a great location but simple things like having a human at the entrance would be nice. Using your room card to enter the building off a major street, it seems a bit unsecure and is also inconvenient. When you want to ask a simple question and you have to stop at another floor. The rooftop on the 5th floor is nice. The restaurant is lacking. This is a very nice hotel but is far from a 5 star. I would give it a 4.

Fantastic stay, really friendly check in staff, we got there early and left our bags to go and explore Barcelona. The team gave us a text to let us know we could check in earlier if required. The room was lovely with an amazing view from the balcony. There is a small gym that we used during our stay. I particularly liked the environmentally friendly measures the hotel is adopting. Would 100% stay again and recommend.

i liked the hotel location , walking distance from everything anyone wish, transportation, shopping , museums, cafes, restaurants, its it main avenue in Barcelona. its clean but i need to inform them every day to clean my room or it will stay for hours without cleaning. the reception in a very narrow corridor so it's not convenient if 2 persons stands there. amenities in the room are not enough & not the standard of 5 stars hotel, i would rather to have free water bottles instead of empty jug could be refilled from the gym or reception area( very weird) . the staff are helpful & friendly. the room size is acceptable but the terrace was amazing. i didn't like at all that no cabinets & the hangers are located over the mini bar ( short area & not enough).

Centrally located hotel. Very friendly staff. Street is loud but that is the trade off for being at that location. Room service good. Small gym but adequate.

The customer service was great. Everyone was friendly but this is not a 5-star hotel. There's no bellhop or staff to assist you with your bags. It was hard to find the front desk since the actual front desk is empty. No concierge. When we arrived, our room did not look like the photos and it smelled like cigarette smoke. They didn't have room to switch us to another room so we had to put up with the smell for the night then they properly cleaned the room the next day. They offered us a 60 euro refund for receiving a dirty room with dirty towels. Although they tried their best to provide great service, I would not recommend for a 5-star hotel. I would rate this as 3-stars. Breakfast wasn't that great either. Next time we're in Barcelona we'll stay somewhere else that is a true-er 5-star hotel. I will say the location is AMAZING. Right in the middle of shopping and everything.

Location wise this is top dollar. Right in the heart of the city. But its not a conventional 5*.

The front desk employees were fabulous. David and all were great. English spoken. They went out of their way to make our stay very pleasurably. Great location for everything. shopping, restaurants, hop on hop off bus was right across the street. Lovely roof top terrace to sit out on. View of the city. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Inchecken kan pas laat, vanaf 16.00 en om 11.00 moet je je kamer weer uit zijn. In 2 uur was personeel achter de ‘receptie’ (een gangetje waar je elkaar amper kan passeren) 3x gewisseld. Dus ze weten steeds niet wie je bent. Bij binnenkomst op de kamer ligt er een kaartje om je ‘persoonlijk’ welkom te heten. Jammer dat er dan een totaal andere naam op t kaartje staat. Kamer zelf netjes en schoon. Ook ruim. Locatie is goed. Ontbijt matig. Roerei wat van eipoeder met water, weinig keuze. Degene die je welkom heet en je kamernummer vraagt zit aan een ander tafeltje te appen. Als je geen 5 sterren gewend bent of het niet echt zoekt dan zit je hier prima. Anders even de weg oversteken naar de concurrent (Mandarin Oriental). Daar weten ze wat 5 sterren service inhoudt.

Posto pulito e zona comoda. Servizio buono. Ma non ha la struttura per essere un 5 stelle. Ne l’accesso al piano terra, ne la reception ne la sala ristorante. La terrazza sarebbe bella ma è invivibile d’inverno senza riscaldamento da esterno.

利便性はとても良く、何処に向かうにも近かったです。宿泊料以外に観光税みたいなものを別途カードで支払います。シャワーの水圧は弱くバスタブもありません。アメニティは殆どないので、持参していくのが正解です。二階に宿泊しましたが、地下鉄の音が気になりました。 チェックイン、アウト後にスーツケースも預かってくれます。

Sehr sauberes und gutes Zimmer. Bett etc. hervorragend. Hotel dazu in super Lage. Bestens.

Everything was perfect. Location is great, you can reach everything by walk. The room was big enough and super clean. The staff was amazing. They provided us coffee even if the breakfast was not included for our reservation. Only the duvet was too warm for the spring period. I will definitely stay here again.

I don’t know how this place is possibly characterized as a 5 star hotel… it had very little in common with any other five star hotel I’ve ever been to. There was mold on the sink, holes in the sheets, and a tiny space above the minifridge was meant as a closet, with nowhere else in the room to store clothes. There isn’t even a luggage rack in the room. There is no reception or security on the first floor, and they do not help with bags. The heat/AC is centralized so you have no control (no fan either) of the temperature in your room: in December it was unbearably hot in the room at night. If you bring issues to the front desk, be prepared to wait days for a solution if you’re lucky. If this place was a 3/5 star hotel I would understand these things, but marketing this as a five star hotel is laughable.

There was construction happening in the building quite early in the morning. The housekeeping could have been better.

Just stayed one night but loved the Sonder Hotel. I arrived late but was able to get food and a glass of wine - everything was delicious. My room was spotless and loved having the balcony to enjoy a coffee before I headed out. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They helped book taxis and gave directions on where to go. Breakfast was very tasty too. Highly recommend Sonder!

Lokasyon da otel de oldukça güzeldi. Tek kötü yanı odamızı tuttuğumuzda oranın blur camlı ve dışarıya bakan penceresi olmadığını bilmiyorduk. Bilsek tercih etmezdik sanıyorum. 5 günlük bir seyahatte hiç pencere açamamak malesef iyi bir deneyim olmadı. Onun dışında çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü.

Great hotel in great location in one of the nicest area in Barcelona, right next to the Casa Batllo. We had a room in first floor facing Paseo de Gracia but with a covered balcony and well made balcony door the room was very quiet. Plenty of good restaurants around and are is walkable to most attractions. We did not use the breakfast buffet, rather enjoyed great pastries across the street for light breakfast. Hotel staff are great and willing to help at all times. Overall, the hotel worth it price you pay considering the area and we’ll stay here again when we come back.

Good location with the metro station a few minutes walk away. Also near the Aerobus station for getting to and from the airport. My room facing the courtyard was quiet. Room is spacious and comfortable. But was missing a writing desk, which was shown in the pictures but not in the room. Service is good. Best to download the Sonder app and chat with the staff for anything required.

We liked the convenience of the location. It was in a safe and great area. The people/staff were all super attentive and helpful. Bed was comfortable We were surprised the room itself wasn't better. Especially for the price. It was very clean. It just was smaller than we thought it would be - Reminded us of a dorm room almost. Bathroom very small - could hardly fit on toilet between wall and shower. Shower wall kind of flimsy - missing molding at top off bathroom door frame - No closet -

Although the shower lacks any pressure, the room is basic but i slept well there.

Quarto confortável e amplo, mas o chuveiro não tinha muita pressão. O box é só uma folha de vidro então molha o banheiro. Uma ducha higiênica seria desejável. Localização excelente, com metrô, ônibus e taxis parando na frente. Fica a duas quadras da Casa Batlo.

Great room with a small balcony that has a beautiful view of the city.

Location is noisy due to both the main road and the metro below - earplugs are provided in the rooms, which is helpful but also tells you it's a major issue! The bed wasn't very comfortable either, so generally not the best night's sleep. Our a/c also wasn't working when we arrived although that got sorted easily. On the second day the hot water failed, we ended up having to have cold showers just to be able to go out and keep our evening plans. The receptionist I called was surly and didn't offer any sort of apology, although on checkout another receptionist did at least apologise for the inconvenience. I like the Sonder brand and have stayed in some of their other hotels which were great, but this one wasn't what I hoped for, definitely more 4* than 5*.

The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and very polite they helped to book all my taxis and museums and transportation I has very impressed with them..

This hotel is close to everything you might want to see in Barcelona. The staff were lovely and had great recommendations for dinner.

Our second stay here and it didn't disappoint. Our room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable and large, the towels are soft and fluffy, the toiletries are good quality, robes and slippers are provided- all the things you want in a good hotel room. There are tea and coffee making facilities and a minibar with a nice selection of drinks and snacks. The rooms are also large with plenty space unlike other hotels we have stayed at in Barcelona. On this occasion we would give credit to Alba and Richard who looked after us really well. Last time we stayed we had a little balcony on to Paseo de Gracia which was so pretty at Christmas time. This time our view was to the other side and I think it was quieter (though we weren't bothered by noise even facing Paseo) Both times we have stayed here we have had a room service meal and been pleasantly surprised by the quality and also the reasonable price - most hotels charge unreasonably for room service food. There is a good choice and it was all tasty and hot. We also had drinks on the terrace and again were surprised that the pricing was very reasonable with a good selection (and yummy patatas bravas as a little surprise) The restaurant menu looked good too though we didn't have time this trip to try it. The hotel is in a great area- very close to all the lovely shops, with plenty of good restaurants about. We have travelled everywhere on foot from here though there is an underground station close by.

Staff were exceptional. They were polite, helpful and extremely kind when it came to all my questions and requests. The hotel also offers a water refill station which was great considering my trip was during the hottest month of the year. Would definitely come back!

Amazing and safe location, which sits in the shopping area and the heart of the city. There is a subway station right outside of the hotel. Rooms are clean, tidy and spacious. Will recommend to friends and family.

Great location for exploring Barcelona Very convenient for walking to the Casa Batllo & Casa Museu Amatiler. The Hop On/Hop Off buses are right outside. Plenty of cafes, restaurants & bars within easy walking distance. A good size room for our 4 day stay, very clean & quiet. Helpful & attentive staff.

Sonder Barcelona’s location is superb, right smack in major shopping strip. Next block, is Gaudi’s House, a tourist hotspot. Also easy to access cabs, metros and buses!

A great location and next to a major architectural attraction. The breakfast was amazing and I highly suggest you give it a try. It's worth the money. The room layout was modern, balcony spacious and the bathroom size was perfect.

No tiene el nivel de Marriott. El lobby terrible. Con puertas que no abren. El desayuno muy malo. Solo había pan. Lo único bueno de la habitación es el baño.

I really enjoyed the closed in balcony on Room 104. It was nice to relax and watch people walking down the street. It was also very accessible to the gothic quarter and subway hubs. The staff was charming and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. Thank you for a non-stressful visit to Barcelona.

O hotel é maravilhoso, mas esse quarto é bem pequeno. Ficamos outros 4 dias em um quarto maior que foi excelente, prefira este. Localização primorosa, atendimento irretocável e room service muito bom.

The hotel has a good location. The customer service was great and able to explain all what we needed. We got a room with terrace and it was excellent. The room was big enough and had two sinks. The restaurant started less than a week ago and has improved exponentially. Everyday better service and more variety. Special thanks to Borja in the restaurant and Genaro in the front.

The staff is nice but the rooms are small, with absolutely no closet space! Overall my experience was average, and it is due to me contracting food poisoning from their food room service vendor. DO NOT have the tuna tartar!! Because of this, my barcelona trip was severely impacted as I was sick for most of the time! I wouldn't book again in future....
