Really good hotel. Easy access to car park connected to the hotel. A reasonable walk to main attractions in Barcelona. If you’ve not been before - you’re going to be walking a lot - but that’s a city break for you. I paid to have the breakfast. There was a really good selection of food. We also ate in the restaurant one night and the food was lovely with decent prices. I did consider staying an extra night but there was no space. There are some nice eateries close by and supermarket (local) across the street - so you have that option too. I would recommend this hotel if it is in the area you are looking to stay.

We love this hotel- the location could not have been better. The facilities were great however they agreed to do my laundry and have it back the next day, but it did not arrive until my departure day right before I had to leave for my flight. Very stressful but Paul saved the day! I would definitely go back as the location was excellent and we really enjoyed their daily breakfast as well as their restaurant on the seventh floor.

Nous n'avons pas beaucoup apprécié le séjour dans cette hotel. La chambres donnant sur rue avait des fenetres peu isolé. L'eau chaude de la douche n'a pas de température constante et fluctue seule, la douche fuyait. Nous avions choisi cette hotel pour son parking et sa proximité du centre mais le parking est payant ce qui n'est préciser nul part et revient à mettre sa voiture au parking public. The hotel is not well maintained, starting with the reception, hall, elevator and floors. The furniture in the small reception area is in need of cleaning or replacement. They have an area with cream leather seats that are completely dirty and stained-it seems with years of use and not cleaning. The room I stayed was dirty and there was mildew in the bathroom (I took pictures and showed it to reception). Definitely they don't care about cleaning. In addition to dirty room and dirty bathroom, the bed was hard, old and very uncomfortable, the furniture in the room was dirty and with stains, the room is not well sealed so you hear all the outside noises (like there are happening inside the room) and the walls in the room are so thin you hear EVERYTHING happening next door. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

The standouts were the room's cleanliness and soundproofing for the most part (only heard next door's shower, toilet flush, and a loud TV once). At night, I could sleep in the hotel, it was not noisy. On my last stay, someone outside was having a fit, but that was in the street, not the hotel. I also enjoyed having the gym to ourselves; my fiancé and I worked out daily. It was quiet for the most part. I also liked walking the stairs to the 5th floor after eating all those tasty baked goods. The hotel is in walking distance, about 25-30 minutes from major tourist attractions. We loved walking around to get a feel for the city vibe. You're also across the street from Domino's Pizza, around the corner from two Aldi's, and bakeries on each corner, including the one across the street known for breads. If you're from the states, you can't beat that.

目の前にバス停があるので、空港から空港バスを使って、市バスに乗り換えて、ほぼ歩かなくてもいいので、とても便利でした。サグラダファミリアにも近いし、北バスターミナルにもとても近く、部屋も広いのでまた使いたいと思いました。ベーシックルームには、外を見れる窓が無く、建物内を見れる窓があるだけなので、お天気が、わからずにそこだけ不便でした。ありがとうございました。

The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Everyone, from check-in to checkout, was great. We felt the hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The reception desk was so kind and welcoming. We asked Ester for a recommendation for dinner and she sent us to Xampu Xcampany. We could not have been happier with that. It was exactly the kind of restaurant we were looking for and walkable from the hotel. The breakfast had a variety of options and everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They made sure all the food items were fresh and everything was filled. Tables were cleared and cleaned immediately after people left. We highly recommend this hotel.

I think overall service in Barcelona is very unpleasant. Some of the hotel staff were friendly, but the check-in staff and the breakfast staff were unfriendly. One great thing was that they allowed me to leave my luggage even after check-out. I will never book this place again if this kind of service is not common in Barcelona.

Very friendly staff. They were very accommodating to my early check-in. The room was spacious, clean sheets, restroom and floors. I recommend this place. Sagrada familia is a 15 min walk North, and las ramblas is a 15 min walk east. (Youre on vacation, just walk).

Property is nice and clean. Staff and service are bad. Prior to coming to this hotel we send a number of requests for early checkin. I had a birthday exact at that day, we have many plans booked already. And we had a child, who needed just couple hours to sleep and refresh. Despite all our previous discussion the room was not ready. And we came not in 6am, but at 12pm. Cheput time is at 11am, so there are plenty of time to clean one room, especially we had asked several weeks prior our visit. It would be ok, if they would sayplease wait for 15 mi utes your room is almost over, like allother hotels do receiving prior request. No, they didn't allow us to checkin before 2 pm. Later becausr we were tierd and did not sleep previous night we oversleept our prepaid breakfast. It is 16€ per person - quite an amount for the family. Of course, no one offered us to return our money, especially they verifiying room number before allowing you to enter to the restaurant. There are many nice and friendly hotels service around. I would never recommend thos one to anyone!!! Again, only becase of service - people. The hotel itself is very nice, and breakfast (one of two days that we could try) is delishios. By thecthe way, people who work in therestaurant are very nice, but not the front desk!

Staffs Matthias, Christian, and Esther were all very courteous n helpful. Answered all our questions n offered extra assistance with oir 5 bags. Staff at the breakfast buffet are also extremely quick n attentive to customers' needs.

Easy check-in. Lobby was modern and beautiful. Room was convenient. Walkable distance to almost all the must see attractions (15-30 minutes), including Sagrada Familia, Gothic centre, Arc de triomphe, Parc de la Ciutadella, etc. Next to Gran Via which has lots of shops and dining options.

This location is close to pretty much spots in Barcelona. You can definitely walk to Arc Triomphe (also the station) and 30minutes walk to Sagrada Familia. Hotel is also clean and with friendly Staff.

Great hotel. Breakfast was fresh food, pasties, eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels and salmon, fresh bread, cappuccino coffee machine. Fresh squeezed oj and other fresh juices. Chocolate cake, red velvet, and carrot cake, doughnuts, etc. Everything was great and friendly staff.

Wonderful, clean room. Bathroom was nice, large, and had the option for shower or bath. The air did not kick on in the room, which made for an uncomfortable temperature for sleeping. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel in super Lage. Große und freundliche Zimmer.Viele Kissen, viel Stauraum und ein Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Wir waren zu Fuß schnell am Arc de triumpf und Sagrada Familia. Dazu kommt ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet. Riesige Auswahl und frisch gepresster Orangensaft. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles schön präsentiert in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Das Personal im gesamten Hotel war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alsa ja, eine klare Empfehlung für Barcelona.
