There in an elevator. Excellent location and clean new rooms. Me and girlfriends enjoyed it. Staff was accommodation and reception is open until 11 pm. Walking distance from most attractions and shopping district. No pick pocketing happened. Thank god

The property is very near to Boqueria. Walkable to groceries, cafes, all other dining options. The room is clean, they have 2 bathrooms which is really cool for a group of 6 people . No waiting in line in the bathroom. Taxis and pick/dropoff is right in front of the apartment. There is a free laundry and dryer on the 6th floor and they provide laundry detergent which is really a plus . I would highly recommend this area.

This is a great location. We were close to all our activities and great restaurants. The better restaurants were just off La Rambla. We walked everywhere. The hotel room was spacious and clean. We were a little disappointed that the washer didn’t work

This apartment was BIG and seemed brand new! Checkin was simple, and It is right in the middle of Las Ramblas, Rambla, the Main Street in town… Fridge, microwave, very nice bathroom, good water pressure, enough room for 4 of us (5 if needed) and directly across from Mercat de la Boqueria (a huge food market open from 8am-8pm). We were only there for 1.5 days but could have eaten there every meal. There are 2 elevators and the apartment had awesome AC! We have a friend who lives in Barcelona and she doubted we would have working AC but it was perfect! She was surprised. The reception had a taxi waiting for us right out of the door on the sidewalk when we asked for it at 8am. They couldn’t be more friendly. There is currently construction on Las Ramblas, but we didn’t hear any of it. The only negative is that we could hear the closest elevator in our room, but coming off a cruise towards the front of the boat, it actually sounded exactly like the bow thrusters - deep rumble - so it didn’t bother us at all. We would stay there again even if it cost a little more - the kitchen and bathroom, and the spaciousness are all worth it.

Recently stayed there after our cruise, it was awesome. The only thing is there is no airport shuttle even though it states that and the laundry room only have one washer and one dryer. Other than that my stay was AWESOME and I'm looking forward to staying there again in the future.

This was a great location, right in the Ramblas close to the metro station, and an easy walk to all parts of the city. Directly across from their open air market. The apartment was clean and all of amenities you need (kitchen, fridge, stove). Very comfortable, with friendly staff - I would definitely book it again!

初めてのスペイン旅行の家族旅行で利用しました。近くに市場があり、地下鉄もすぐで、空港へのバスもカタルーニャ広場がすぐなので便利でした。スペイン語も英語もできないですが、スタッフの方も親切でコーヒーのサービスもありがたかったです。ランドリーは6階にあり、洗剤不要でした。雰囲気もよく最高です！

Property is centrally located and an easy walking distance to train, plenty of choices nearby to eat, and a fantastic local market minutes away! Apartment itself is very clean and modern. The reception staff is helpful, and they don’t mind holding luggage if you arrive before check in time so you are able to tour the town. Would stay here again.

Over the course of 3 nights (triple twin bedroom with balcony), we saw about 20 COCKROACHES ranging in size. So gross; I don’t understand how other guests haven’t experienced this issue because there’s clearly an infestation. We tried to switch rooms after the first night and management said they were fully booked but they would send a technician to spray. We tried to switch rooms the second night after seeing about 10 more roaches, but they were fully booked again, so they handed me an almost-empty can of cockroach spray. I asked if we could get a credit and they ended up comping our meal at their sister property, which was nice, but the conditions of the room were so disgusting, the plate of paella barely helped. The bathroom wasn’t great either. More roaches, a toilet that barely flushed, and an aggressive sign that says if you get makeup on their paper thin towels, they’ll charge you for new ones.

The ramblas location is extremely useful, but be aware you are on the busiest street in Barcelona.. Big issues are that the subway runs past the building underground and from 0100-0500 you have constant rumbling noises, even bed skaking from the trains. Take your ear plugs..! We asked to be moved to a higher floor (we were on floor 2) but it was not possible. Sadly also cockroaches were always appearing in the apartement, we killed many and reception were unable offer and solution.. so hygene is a total no no.. Accomodation does not look like the pictures (totally basic) and was really expensive for this weekend which is very popular dur to Fi race and cruise ships arrving with thousands of visitors .. We will never stay there again and would honestly like a refund. Nice man on reception said nothing was possible.. Very poor indeed.

The room was not as clean as expected. The couch was dirty and stained. There were issues with the main door knob being loose, shower door not in it’s frame and windows directly facing other rooms. Overall, it was not a good stay if you are in your hotel room a fare amount of time like us. For the price, would not rebook.

The air conditioning was broken for about half of our stay. Nevertheless, the location is excellent, and the rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. Daily cleaning would be a great improvement, as rooms are currently serviced only every three days.

Väldigt bra lägenhet. Stor, mitt i Las ramla. Dålig service, fick inga städning på tre dagar även att vi har tjatat om det. Tillslut fick vi bara handdukar. Dålig med receptionen. Sällan var på plats.

The unit had two separate rooms with two baths, kitchen and living area. Very clean and spacious. Modern bathrooms and good beds. Lots of towels though blankets were older instead of duvet and had to be searched for. Nice kitchen. Highly rated only complaint would be subway hum could be heard and door lock was a bit tricky

This was an phenomenal location and the service was amazing. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. You can even store your bags while you walk around the town before or after your check out I would definitely stay here again.

On La Ramblas and close to everything within Gothic Quarter. It was right across the street from the Boqueria Market and walkable to all things in Gothic Quarter. We got taxis to La Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. We stayed as a family of 4 (2 kids ages 11 and 13). I'd recommend people to stay here.

Property was centered around a bunch of tourist traps. Worse part about this place is the train the run underneath, omg! The entire building vibrates and it runs till 12 Am. Hard time sleeping. Noise outside coupled with the train made nearly impossible to fall asleep.

Taxis will drop you off right across the street from the apartment. This apartment overlooking la Rambla was super convenient and had easy access to the old gothic part of town and local must see buildings including the Cathedral, and Royal Palace. You’ll want to enjoy the small balconies to watch the people thronging the Rambla.

La situation est excellente. Nous étions côté ruelle et non sur la Ramblas. Appartement 1 chambre au goût du jour et ce entièrement équipée cafetière micro-ondes, bouilloire, grille- pain, laveuse à linge. Très propre. Le seul côté négatif est que le petit déjeuner qui est référé n’est pas à conseiller à l’hôtel Moderno.

Great location and easy to walk to other districts, beaches, landmarks within Barcelona. Amazing market opposite - St Joseph’s. We stayed in a. Studio apartment overlooking La Rambla. The glass doors are as good as soundproof once closed. Only thing lacking in the little kitchenette are salt and pepper. We bought some very cheaply from the mini supermarket a couple of doors down on La Rambla. Reception has a ‘Bounce’ (it’s a luggage storing app) locker which was a great place to store our luggage on checkout since our flight wasn’t until the evening. Great place. Definitely recommend.
