Fin detalje at der i morgenmads området var en ovn man kunne låne/bruge og så vidt vi kunne se kunne man også låne/leje raclette og andre mere specielle ting. De havde et begrænset udbud af nemme retter man kunne købe i receptionen.

Værelset var pænt og rent, super venligt personale. Køkkenets design var ok, men den emhætte der var placeret i køkkenet havde en dårlig placering. Den var spids og placeret dårligt, så man hele tiden banker hovedet i den, og det same gælder hylden ved vasken. Til gengæld var køkkenet komplet og havde alt, hvad man skulle bruge. Desuden kunne man hente yderligere køkkenredskaber i receptionen ved deres 'object library' – alt fra elkedel, toaster, kaffemaskine, stavblender, piskeris og andet

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu 2 zentralen U-Bahnen im Hinterhof. Es ist modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Man bekommt 24/7 kostenlos Kaffee, Tee und Wasser aus dem Automaten. Das Frühstück ist vollkommen ausreichend und wird permanent aufgefüllt. Von Vorteil ist auch das kleine Fitnessstudio. Ein Manko war für uns allerdings die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Es gab im Zimmer eine kleine Küchenzeile und das dort vorhandene Besteck aber auch der Boden waren nicht optimal gesäubert. Es wird auch nur ab 8 Übernachtungen erst geputzt. Leider kein Handtuchwechsel bei 5 Tagen Aufenthalt und sehr kaltes Zimmer. Keine Heizung trotz Temperaturen unter 10 Grad. Ansonsten ok, gefallen hat uns die freien Heissgetränke.

Nach einem Tag lag schon überall Staub… Ich denke das kommt durch die Lüftung? Es war nicht richtig sauber. Es waren überall schmierige Flecken, die man im Licht gesehen hat. Gäste vor uns haben eine offene Nudelpackung hinterlassen, diese kam uns beim öffnen der Oberschränke entgegen. Somit hat hier auch keiner geputzt. Außer Sauberkeit und der etwas zu kleine Tisch für 4 Personen war sonst alles gut super 👍

Nach einem Tag lag schon überall Staub… Ich denke das kommt durch die Lüftung? Es war nicht richtig sauber. Es waren überall schmierige Flecken, die man im Licht gesehen hat. Gäste vor uns haben eine offene Nudelpackung hinterlassen, diese kam uns beim öffnen der Oberschränke entgegen. Somit hat hier auch keiner geputzt. Außer Sauberkeit und der etwas zu kleine Tisch für 4 Personen war sonst alles gut super 👍

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal im Aparthotel Adagio Access und waren beide Male sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sauber und bieten uns genügend Platz für unsere Aufenthalte von jeweils ca. 3-4 Nächten. U-Bahn- und Bushaltestelle sind fußläufig gut erreichbar und die schöne Außenalster ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal im Aparthotel Adagio Access und waren beide Male sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sauber und bieten uns genügend Platz für unsere Aufenthalte von jeweils ca. 3-4 Nächten. Friendly staff, the kitchenette was very well-equipped with plenty of cutlery, pans, pots, coffeemaker etc. The room is spacious and well-appointed. One of the best apartment hotels I've stayed in. Definitely recommended.

Jeg savnede bylivet ligger lidt langt væk. Der er udtjekning kl 11 men allerede dagen før spurte rengørings manden hvornår jeg tjekkede ud det sammen gjorde han på dagen kl 10 Flot værelse der er noget der har tænkt over indretningen, flot belysning. Jeg boede desværre i stuen så en del larm og røg fra morgenmads ude rummet. Der står i beskrivelsen af værelset at der er opvaskemaskine, den fandt jeg aldrig. Køleskabet larmer nok derfor det ikke var tændt ved ankomst. Men meget rent og pænt Der er gratis kaffe 24/7

We paid premium price to stay one night and were assured that the room had air conditioning. It was stuffy and hot and turns out that there was one very small vent that blew out a trickle of air. The front desk told us they didn’t even have a fan for us! There were also empty containers of hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel, and we had to go to the front desk because he didn’t have soap to wash our hands. We stayed in one of the family rooms and the furniture was awkwardly big, so it was very hard to even navigate around the room with four people. Way over priced for the amenities and space.

Het is een nette accommodatie met vriendelijk personeel. Echter zijn de bedden heel hard en kon onze tempeatuur in de kamer niet omlaag waardoor het rond de 23 graden op de kamer was. Hiervoor zijn we ook naar de receptie geweest die kon het niet aanpassen. Verder zit het dichtbij de metro en ben je zo in het centrum.

The breakfast buffet was a perfect start to the day. The buffet itself contained just a standard variety of breakfast options that you would expect, but it's amazing and we wouldn't have done without it. Beds were too hard for our liking. We loved the kitchenette in the room and actually cooked dinner there all 5 nights of our stay.

Perfect and in a quiet location. The place is a little out of the way, but you can catch a train into the centre of the city within 15 mins. The hotel is well equipped and perfect for our family with two young kids. Good breakfast and excellent facilities. Our room was super quiet, clean, functional and beds were comfy. Everything you need to available. If you are visiting Hamburg for more than 5 nights, I highly recommend it!

This hotel was just what we look for when travelling - easy to locate, welcoming, exactly as we booked and very clean. We booked a family room and it was exactly what we needed. We spent the day sightseeing, which the hotel is really well placed for, using the trains and also for walking around the city. In the evening we came back after eating in the restaurants / we brought simple food back to eat in the room, and then we relaxed in our room which was comfortable and air conditioned. The coffee and tea making facility is great and we used it a lot, and the staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Not as flash as their spiel on their website. Cooling not working on the aircon 28degrees at night. Fobbed off by staff for the most part really with some pretty lame reasons. I am an Engineer & the reasons initially given were just rubbish. Owned up to it being kaput later. Cable TV rubbish. All German except news, again spiel said be just like being at home, couldn't screen mirror. Not everyone lives in Germany people. Generally sales spiel a little disingenuous at best. Felt most queries were fobbed off.

Das Parken war sehr teuer. Beim Check-in hatte der Rezeptionist erst falsche Angaben auf den Unterlagen stehen und dann nicht berücksichtigt, dass wir angegeben hatten, dass wir einen Parkplatz benötigen.

Good place to stay, a bit distance from the city centre thus quiet but also need a bit of plan. The staff were great and very helpful. We had cleaning problem with our room and immediately replaced by other room, which is great.

Hotellet er lokaliseret i en stille kvarter , kun 200 m gå afstand til U-bahn og kun 3-4 stop til midtbyen. Meget rummeligt værelse, ren , fin indrettet, med lille tekøkken . Personalet var meget imødekommende, høflig og venlig. Det er muligt at parkere foran hotellet også muligt at lade elbilen. Det var en dejlig hotel ophold .

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal im Aparthotel Adagio Access und waren beide Male sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sauber und bieten uns genügend Platz für unsere Aufenthalte von jeweils ca. 3-4 Nächten. U-Bahn- und Bushaltestelle sind fußläufig gut erreichbar und die schöne Außenalster ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es gab im Zimmer eine kleine Küchenzeile und das dort vorhandene Besteck aber auch der Boden waren nicht optimal gesäubert. Es wird auch nur ab 8 Übernachtungen erst geputzt. Perfect and in a quiet location. The place is a little out of the way, but you can catch a train into the centre of the city within 15 mins. The hotel is well equipped and perfect for our family with two young kids. Good breakfast and excellent facilities. Our room was super quiet, clean, functional and beds were comfy. Everything you need to available. If you are visiting Hamburg for more than 5 nights, I highly recommend it!

The hotel is new but the price is quite reasonable and have good quality. At the breakfast room, one can get sparkling water and coffee for free, and there are some board games for borrow. The room is so clean and modern as well. I especially like the open kitchen which is fully equipped with cookware, fridge, and even dishwasher. I could choose to cook my dinner instead of dinning out. The TV is like a recent medium-end model, which is quite enjoyable to watch. The electrical sockets have USB Type-A and C provided as well. Overall, the room is very comfortable. It is suitable for both short and long term stay.

Kleine Wohnung, aber sehr gute Raumnutzung, die für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gut funktioniert hat. Bequeme Betten. Alles, was wir brauchten von Küchengeräten war da. Stedet er nyt og pænt . Faktisk rigtig lækkert og nyt med lækkert lille køkken. Dog er deres senge utrolig hårde og man sover ikke så godt i så hård seng . Ellers er hotellet fint og godt og morgenmaden er også okay der er det der lige skal være til morgenmad men heller ikke mere end det

The breakfast buffet was a perfect start to the day. The buffet itself contained just a standard variety of breakfast options that you would expect, but it's amazing and we wouldn't have done without it. Beds were too hard for our liking. We loved the kitchenette in the room and actually cooked dinner there all 5 nights of our stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful and ability to get a free tea/coffee at all hours was appreciated. Short walk to Lubecker Strasser metro station and plenty of shops and restaurants within reasonable walking distance. Hotel breakfast was comprehensive. Would stay here again.

Facility is about 5min walk from the subway station (Lübecker - U1/U3). The front desk seems to be staffed 24x7 (we arrived near midnight and someone was able to help us right away) Part that surprised me was how quiet it was. Could not hear any significant noises from the hallway.

Good location with bus 16 and the U1 subway right around the corner. We would have perfered clean towels daily without having to pay extra for every clean towel (5€) and a minimum of 1 rol of toiletpaper a day would be more reasuring. But other then that a good place to stay

Clean room. Good equipment in the kitchen area. Great location with a metro around the corner. Excellent pizza restaurant and bakery within 5 minutes walk. You can even walk into the city along the waterfront or down the back streets Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
