Property is very new and has everything we need, very new and clean, great options of activities, lots of different pools , awesome staff, life guards are very attentive. Downside is the location is remote, nothing around the resort, need to use car to get to anywhere. Gym hours is too short, close at 8pm, almost everywhere else is opened 24hrs. Beach has a lot of dead corals so it’s rough on the feet.

The beach is wonderful, and the pool facilities are excellent. There are a few different types of pools which is very rare within one hotel. On Saturday night, when I returned to the room after dinner, I heard there was live band and music somewhere around the pool. The atmosphere was great and relaxing!

Hotel was very clean and new, dinner restaurants are expensive with minimal variety. Centre pool reserved for “VIP” members was empty throughout our 10 night stay with a premium charge of £75 per person if we wished to spend the day there which is ridiculous. Hotel supplied a free shuttle for a few days to the centre which was nice but don’t understand why they stopped it in prime summer, hotel is pretty far from everything so a taxi isn’t cheap. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel but pools hardly had any hammocks. Maybe 15 for the large pool? If you arrived to the pool after 8am you would have no chance of getting one for the day. The rest was all private beds for hire. Complete waste of space when could be used for more hammocks and supply for your regular customers and not aimed at premium people wanting to spend a fortune to spend the day at the pool.

施設が新しくとても綺麗で、スタッフさんも親切でした。残念なところは、部屋のクリーニングで、パジャマが補充されてなかったり、子供用のスリッパがあるにも関わらず用意されて無かったり、ノークリーニングの祭、アメニティを1人分しか置いてくれなかったり、そこの連携は出来てないんだなと感じました。そこは、スタッフの慣れとコミュニケーションが必要なのかと。それ以外は快適で、また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。プールは沢山あるし、海も間近でとても便利。オススメです。

This is a wonderful hotel. The beach and sunsets are truly beautiful. The bedroom was very comfortable. Access to the lounge was a fabulous addition to our stay. Cocktails prepared by a barman in the lounge were excellent. The staff at the hotel are very kind. I left my credit cards on the desk at check-out and I received an email reassuring me they were being kept safe. Luckily I was in a position to come back to collect them, but the hotel also offered to post them to me. I really appreciate this level of service. Also of note is that the hotel is easily accessed by an affordable public bus from Naha city and airport.

Had a twin double room with sea view and balcony of sea and grounds. Very pretty, quiet and fun. It was such a nice room that we enjoyed staying in the room, drinking wine, snacking and looking at the view. Beds are big and comfortable...love the pillows! Shower is large and clean with great shower head. You can take walk around the grounds and down the beach left and right for quite a long walk. Lovely. We went in mid march so were were a bit unluckly with colder weather but the room was so nice and the walks were too that it made up for the rather cold weather. I am sure it is quite nice in warmer times. The beach was lovely, and though too cold for us to swim we did sit in the chairs and enjoy the ocean view. Breakfast buffet had EVERYTHING. This was great fun. We also tried the buffet lunch and that was great fun as well. One demerit is that there are no other restaurants around the area so you are sort of hostage to the hotel food. I hope it gets built up a bit more. I would recommend you bring some of your own snack to the hotel. They have a shop selling snack but extremely limited selection. BUt if you bring a few of your own you can stick then in the fridge.

員工服務態度不是差，算是有禮貌的，但留於表面，沒有真誠的感覺。下午4:30check in 後想在洒店找一個餐廳一家六口休息一下吃點東西，但居然酒店有那麽多家餐廳，不是未開就是沒位，或是只可以選擇full western cuisine, 最後經特別安排下只有在lobby lounge吃一些不多選擇的甜點和飲料。確是有點失望。Housekeeping 執房後遺下清潔布在洗手間，但整體清潔度不錯且有禮。因為有多個漂亮泳池和私人沙灘才選擇這所酒店，帶了書本想要趟在泳池邊曬太陽才發現免費的沙灘椅只有10張8張，其餘都要另外付費。可能這是沖繩的culture shock，而我可能是孤陋寡聞吧。酒店的硬件確實非常不錯，我選擇了南座premium twin, 房間舒適，大海洋觀景，寬敞露台，早餐自助餐超正，第二天發覺原來每間房都有自己的Wi-Fi，密碼需要從電視機上自己去尋找，如果不知道，都可以用public WiFi還是可以，只是心裏想，為什麼check-in的時候沒有提及的呢？這次五天四夜家庭旅行，我們都是住得幾舒適，但是如果你不喜歡到處都是小孩子，或者想安靜地度假，建議你選擇其他酒店。so far如果有小孩子這還是不錯的酒店。

開業以来ずっと気になっていて、念願かなっての宿泊でしたが、この夏に再訪したいと滞在中に検索するほど快適に過ごせました。プレミアツインを選びましたが、梅雨の合間の晴れの日だったせいか、ベランダのカウチが心地よかったです。部屋にあったビーチサンダルも、男性用と女性用でしたが、女性２名での宿泊だったので連絡したらすぐに女性用のものを持ってきてくださいました。ホテル内のレストランのスタッフの方も説明も的確で、気持ちよく食事できました。ホテル周辺には食事できるところがほとんどなく、週末は非常に混雑するようなので、事前に予約しておいてよかったです。ただ、唯一、改善をお願いしたいのはチェックインです。海外の方も多く、それぞれに説明をされていたので、とにかく時間がかかります。私たちも約40分並び、到着早々かなりのストレスでした。スタッフの方は多いように見受けられましたので、並んでいる人が多い時間帯だけでも、フロントをフルに開けて対応していただきたいと思いました。これを除けば、最高の滞在でした！

The service is extremely poor for a 5 star hotel. They refused to help to arrange a car to pick me up from my office in Naha. The 4 star hotel in town that I was staying in for work before Ryukyu helped me in the end. So clearly a 4 star hotel is able to provide a better service. And then at their buffet they initially refused to show me which dishes have pork. They said they can only show which dishes have peanuts which is ridiculous. Only on my insistence did the manager ask the chef to confirm which dishes have pork. On top of that they do not even offer room service which is a basic requirement for a 5 star resort hotel. Expect a 4 star experience at best if you book this hotel.

Firstly, the hotel and room condition are very good and the staffs are so kind. We visited the swimming pool every day and all the life guard are very focus on the visitors. One girl looked really exausted and one of guard took care of her (at that time, her parents were not aeen there. ) PLUS, breakfast was good and sanlaku and kanawaza restaurant were very nice. I really had a good time on my vacation. Thank you!

With direct shuttle bus service between airport and the hotel. 25 minutes bus ride to the outlet. Very nice breakfast buffet. A great place for holiday.

Location is not as good, but if you are considering to take rest at resort, it is not that bad. Of course, you will need to rent a car, but food, shopping and amusement, they are all in 20minutes distance.

Beautiful property in immaculate condition. If you want to have anything other than a resort stay you need to have a car. It is very remote in a farming area.

This property is well kept and is beautiful. The pools are great as well as locations. Room- excellent. We enjoyed the on-site gym. We would give a 5 star rating with the exception of limited eating options that force you to buy a ‘course’ of food which may include items you don’t want. When we arrived around 5, only 3 or 4 restaurants were available and no a la carte. Additionally they charge per hour for late check out and this seemed a little money- grabby to us. One or 2 hour late check-out should not cost.

Hotel was very clean and new, dinner restaurants are expensive with minimal variety. Centre pool reserved for “VIP” members was empty throughout our 10 night stay with a premium charge of £75 per person if we wished to spend the day there which is ridiculous. Hotel supplied a free shuttle for a few days to the centre which was nice but don’t understand why they stopped it in prime summer, hotel is pretty far from everything so a taxi isn’t cheap. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel but pools hardly had any hammocks. Maybe 15 for the large pool? If you arrived to the pool after 8am you would have no chance of getting one for the day. The rest was all private beds for hire. Complete waste of space when could be used for more hammocks and supply for your regular customers and not aimed at premium people wanting to spend a fortune to spend the day at the pool.

This was a beautiful property and the pools were amazing. No one seemed to be using the club access pool and it was empty all the days I was there. I guess most thought the up priced access was unnecessary as well. There is great beach access and all the restaurants at the hotel are great, but there are no other options nearby and NO ROOM SERVICE. The dining also requires reservations in advance or long waits. I didn’t really find an option for a weary soaking wet post pool person to find a bite, except the BBQ, but that was a massive meal and you cook it on a BBQ yourself. The other options were upscale. There was no real convenience store either, just the up priced hotel gift shop with limited options. Also, if you don’t make it to breakfast early, in the first hour of service, expect to wait 30-45 minutes with a pager, even on weekdays. The rooms were very modern and had nice amenities, but it was a struggle to come back to a hot room as the AC shuts off when you leave the room. I can’t imagine it is very efficient for it to be that way as I know I turned it all the way down every time I came back. This hotel is fairly new and I’m sure can make some easy modifications to get there, but too many things put it down the list, ie, out in the middle of nowhere and eating options. There is transportation to and from the airport, bus that was reasonable, but there are only four and only between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. I had to take a fairly expensive taxi since my flight was later.

Property is in EXCELLENT condition, as it is nearly brand new. But don’t visit without making restaurant reservations in advance. We were told when we arrived that every open restaurant (some were closed) was booked out. This property is NOT walkable to other restaurants. Also restaraunts are not open midafternoon, at all! It is pretty alone on the beach, besides a pretty rundown neighborhood, nearby.
