The worse experience of my life , we booked for 3 days and left after 1 night ,, our first room was so dirty we asked to be moved ,, glass of floor ,, beds where filthy and the pillows where yellow and wet , ants crawling everywhere ,, we moved to next room slightly better but could not sleep of fear of catching a disese , beds are like concrete ,, the wine was in a huge home brewing bottle and cheep bottles juice ,, i had 2 wine and woke up next morning with a sore mouth , glasses where filthy ,, we never ate as feared for our life ,, woke in morning to escape and there was no electricity,, halls are like a prison and where pitch black ,, we moaned at staff and they say thst they have told managers about all concerns but managers never listen ,, i feel sorry for the staff that work there ,, do not go to this hotel ,, infact this whole area is not good ,, if you want to come to kemer,, go to town , it is nice there

This place is old and dirty ,no food or drink ,they don’t clean rooms ,dishes are not Cleaned Worse hotel I have been in my life

It was good for this price. Room was clean and foods was good.
