Mylo Hotel

It’s an okay place for the cost. Clean, but an older place. I used the ac unit, but it leaked all over the floor. Parking is minimal and they charge $10 a night for parking.

When staying at the hotel, there is an additional parking fee, which is a bad review

Convenient location. Very cheap hotel, poorly maintained.Parking limited and inconvenient. No elevator to upper floor.

Very nice hotel for the price. Street parking is available if you don't want to pay the $10/day fee, but be careful not to get towed on street cleaning days (check the signs) because that will cost you ~$1,000 after fees and tickets, etc.

Parking is $10 but over all a good clean spot for sleep nothing more guest have to park on the road unfortunately

They definitely need to remodel. I have been here a few times and it’s ridiculous that they want to charge for a parking fee even when therea no car in the parking lot

There was an issue with parking lot, you have to pay to get a parking space, but there was not any available, they call around midnight to make us move the car to outside of the property. Not recommended

The manager was arguing with me that the wifi worked when it straight up didnt on 2 devices in my room. It worked in the office and i didnt have to put in the password because i did it properly. He never apologized to me, his immediate response was arguing. The bed sheets were dirty, pillows uncomfortable, i will never stay there again and i made a 1 star review on google.

you get what you pay for but there are other places with the same price that could've done better. there was a blood stain dried on the floor so obviously they dont mop the floors. everything you gotta pay extra. parking is an extra $10/day check out is at 11am. you check out at 11:30 pay extra $20 you check out out noon pay extra $30. that is insane! never coming back here!

The rooms are anything but charming as other reviews have claimed. They are dirty and musty, with visible mold in the bathrooms and unpatched holes. The internet is also abysmal, and they lie about having wired internet. Dial up was faster than what they offer, so beware if you plan on doing anything. The poor internet was discussed with the front desk and they agreed to refund my parking. That never went through, which speaks to their integrity.

I found some cockroaches in my room. And the smell in the room was bad… It is reasonable but also unclean.

The place was not that clean, cra ks in the linoleum, rust on tub, broken night stand. You can also hear everystep someone makes in the room above you.

There was a roach in my room and I have a video of it. I had to sleep with all of the lights on smh! Save yourself the trouble and just book elsewhere.

My partner and I booked a single room here on New Years Eve. We show up to a pretty sketchy location but we were willing to pass it off considering there was in-unit parking. However the rooms were unhygienic and concerning. When we checked into our room the first thing I notice floors are cold linoleum floors and a strong smell of cigarettes. There was a black stain on one of the bathroom towels. That wasn’t even the worst part. We go to the bed to pull down the sheets and there was a blood stain on the bedsheet! I went down and told the receptionist and she offered us a new room. She came to check the first room and pulled down the rest of the sheets and there were even more stains in the mattress protector!! It looked like the hotel clearly did not care enough to wash the sheets in between guests. They even made a bed again with blood-stained sheets. After being moved to a new room, my partner and I had to seriously consider whether it was worth staying there or not. Fortunately, our new room looked better and there were no visits left signs of dirtiness. But after an hour of speaking with the receptionist, switching rooms, and discussing our options my partner and I decided to leave the hotel. We were told we could not get a refund because we stayed in our room longer than 30 minutes, despite the fact that we were trying to decide last minute how we’ll have to rearrange our New Years plans.

To start it took a minute to get someone to help at the front desk, it was like they were hiding cause every time we tried to go to the front desk window no one was there. Was assigned a room facing the street and when walked inside the room it smelled very musty. Stains everywhere… on the bedsheets, towels, parts of the walls. It gave very uncanny vibe. When closing the door behind us, it took us a minute to lock the door. Actually, never really was able to. Luckily we tried it from the outside and we weren’t able to get in we were fortunate enough no one was able to come in. Before going to bed we actually had to put a chair and our ice chest in front of the door so no one tried coming into the room. During the night there was an obnoxiously loud room next to us blasting music, screaming and talking loud at 2AM. Called front desk and they made it seem like they didn’t understand we were frustrated with a noise complaint. Asked if they could help quiet down the room and so they kept calling our room but we finally had to call them back on our phones saying it was the room next to us. After the loudest night of hearing the street cars, people walking by and the neighbors banging on the doors it was time to check out. After getting our stuff to leave we tried closing the door behind us and it was not closing / locking at all. After waiting to talk to front desk about checking out and the door, the guy could really care less about the door not able to close for that room.

Windows don’t blackout the room, super noisy property you can hear every other rooms air conditioners fan. Price is reasonable but they charge for parking! Find better and spend the extra $25 for a better room.

The room was fine the noise was loud. Very loud because of the 4 th of July. Ac cold😍 stayed 3 nights and it was a good sleep but noisy from the road. Had a coffee maker, fridge, microwave. We would stay again.

Staff incompetence: I was given keys to occupied room! Then my next room was right next to ice machine which was so loud! Plus my room smelled a little like smoke.

Room was clean. There was a Keurig with some coffee pods, an ironing board in the room. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The bedsheets were clean. The heater worked well.

This is a no frills property but it’s a great place to get-away if you’re looking for a place to escape! My room was clean and spacious with a microwave and micro fridge. The only drawback was the fact that my room was next to the Ice machine room.

If you're looking for an inexpensive, No Frills experience, this is a good place to go . There's almost no amenities , no pool no ice machine, limited parking and the building shows its age. But it is reasonably well maintained, The room was Tiny, but the bathroom was spacious, and everything was spotless as far as I could tell.

The booking was supposed to be for a queen bed and it ended up being a full which had to be shared by two people. Otherwise the room was clean and quaint. The shower pressure was nice and there was A/C. No fridge however. But worth the stay for the parking and lack of traffic in the area.

When they remodeled they put new electrical systems and lighting. Dimmer switches for overhead lighting and flexible mood lights around the bed. They work great.

10/13/2025 I think it's a bit pricey for what they offer. The shower is fine for one person, but not for two. Two slim people would fit, and the shower walls are as cold as the curtain. The sheets and bedspread are a bit short; you need to lower the pillowcases a bit to cover your body properly. Inside the room, everything is clean, and the bed is a good size. They should have more outlets available. If you have a vehicle, they charge $10.00 for keeping the car inside.

We were issued the wrong key card to our room twice- the first time we walked in on a couple in bed (luckily they had a sense of humor bc that situation could’ve been really bad- we were all incredibly embarrassed to say the least) the second card/ room issued was occupied with other customers luggage and personal items. When I returned to reception the second time, I was questioned on what room I was checking in to instead of an apology & then was made to prove that we didn’t imagine the bags as the receptionist was adamant the room was vacant… after she checked herself we waited further for a room (this whole process nearly taking a hour in total from the when we had actually arrived) which we were upgraded and finally received an apology too which was nice, but the whole experience left us feeling pretty uneasy about the same thing happening to us (other people walking in to our room when were there or not). This experience being topped off by the cleaners knocking on the door the next morning before 10am (check out being 11am!) waking us up in a startle. I hardly ever write negative reviews, but this experience was too unbelievable not to share to warn others before booking… maybe it was just our luck, but the fact it happened twice to us does not fill me with confidence that this doesn’t happen on a regular basis here.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The motel is run by a virtual kiosk with outsourced help. We were locked out of our room at 2am with no one to help us because the keys stopped working. We had to get another hotel that was double the cost and they did NOT refund us for the night. When asked for a manager, they could not provide us with one to talk to. The room was also dirty with hairs from the last guest and dead bugs.

Horrible doesn’t justify their poor service. After they called me to confirm my reservation I did notify them I will be arriving extremely late 2am, they said ring the doorbell when i arrived, I arrived no answer, I had to sleep with my autistic 7 yr old in the car in a town I never been before. I feared for our safety.

The hotel is poorly managed

Front desk staff were not available at the front desk. Would no answer calls. We're not present for check ins. Other guests will be lined up outside the office and there'll be no one to check them in. They were constantly off site. My wife and I were outside waiting to check in. The staff pulled up to the lot where we were standing and backed up without concern that we were standing there. We could've been hit. Room service was difficult to request, since they hardly answer the phone.

Very easy process from start to finish. Very friendly accommodating staff. If you just need a place to stay for a night or 2, this is the place for you. Budget friendly!

Upon checkin (a very late one because of delayed flights) it was found to be overbooked. However after some navigating and a quick room check verification the night attendant was able to find that housekeeping miscommunicated a rooms not being cleaned had been cleaned. Arrived late, was able to get checked in within an hour of arriving and the room was tip top shape! Anytime I'm visiting San Francisco I'll make sure i book with Mylo.

Really Bad&terrible service !!! The front desk even double charged me for deposits!! They charged me twice for 100 bucks each time, the front desk thought I didn’t know, until I asked her why she charged me 200 dollars for deposit,then she just pretended that it was just a mistake! !! They even charge for parking in the parking lot for extra 10 dollars after i paid my hotel fees!!

Great spot for the price. Felt safe for myself and my vehicle. Only 10$ parking inside the property. Friendly staff and close to bus route to downtown sf. Would stay again

People usually stay at the Mylo because of it’s close proximity to SF….and low cost….there is no dining or food available, so bring food or make arrangements to eat….usually have a nice visit when I stay.

There is a nice restaraunt around the corner named 7 mile. Historic old bar too. Kitchen closes at 8 or 9 pm

The bed sheets were clean the bathroom was clean the floor is old tiles dirty not cleaned you cannot touch the floor barefoot and they don’t provide any slippers ir carpet even. The two nights went without any room service. No breakfast is included or even available to order. They charge you 100$ extra upon check in as deposit and it will be refunded within a week . Its location to my event was the only 5 stars rating.

There was no brownie, no breakfast, and we were charged for parking before being told our room was on the street. The deposit is still pending after 7 days. It was ok otherwise.
