The room was new and clean. It was equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Storage space for clothes consisted of a few open cubbies; drawers and hangers would have been better. A safe would also have been very useful. Although I was able to check in, I didn't like doing so remotely via video with a staff member. There is no on-site staff to assist guests. The room wasn't serviced after the first night; I ran into someone in the area who explained that a tag requesting housekeeping needed to be placed on the door... There is a parking space in front of the room that incurs an additional fee. Regarding the Wi-Fi, I had to contact remote support to ask for the password. I thought I had booked a hotel room, not a room in a residential complex. The property does not respond to messages sent via the Hotels.com app, so I was unable to communicate with them prior to check-in. They attempted to charge for the stay before check-in, even though the arrangement was to pay at the property upon arrival. After check-out, they charged a portion of the security deposit—citing liquid soap and lotion bottles—without providing any explanation regarding the specific nature of the charge. I had to request Hotels.com's intervention to find out what the deduction was for. A final receipt for the stay has not yet been provided.

I am never staying here again. You walk into reception and there are NO HUMANS IRL, instead there is a machine with a human on video. I had to extend my stay by a day because of a work emergency and the WIFI DID NOT WORK!!! I wasn't even able to get my work done for a work trip! I called and asked for help with the wifi and the person helping said they would call me back and then never did!!! The only human irl I saw the entire time was the cleaning person who was incredibly nice and did an excellent job. NEVER AGAIN!!!

It was a quaint cottage type of property, it was very clean in and out of the room. We had a view of the bay from outside the room. The room was very clean and very comfortable, I definitely recommend it.
