Amazing stay because: - very big comfy room, nice bed, nice balcony - amazing restaurant, refilled continuously for breakfast and dinner buffet, very nice kids buffet - nice kids area and gym for a small training - friendly receptionists and cleaning staff To improve - room key system: costed us 2 hours to get a hard key in the end (the card system wasn’t working) - personnel: the local manager by the time of our stay was very unfriendly with us and not professional; he also treated his employees (in front of customers) rudely. The personnel in general didn’t seem to have much experience, also we found difficult to speak German (local language),so more than once we switched to English.

Schön und gut gelegen Öffnungszeiten von Sauna und Schwimmbad unzureichend (beide schließen um 20 Uhr). D.h. an einem Wandertag weder morgens noch abends nutzbar.

Tolles, gefühlt neu renoviertes, Hotel. Ein paar Anmerkungen trotzdem. In Österreich kurz hinter der St. Grenze spricht man an der Rezeption nur englisch. Parken ist nicht einfach, leider kein CheckIn Parkplatz. Frühstück war ersten Tag Klasse, am zweiten fehlten einige Leckereien.

Great location, only 2 minutes' walk to the village center and the train station. Nice hotel with modern alpine design. Pool and sauna are nice to use. Breakfast is OK, nothing special. Nice bar area but not always attended. Parking is a bit challenging, best option is the underground parking. Would definitely book this hotel again!

Zimmer war neu und schön und sauber. Wir wurden freundlich begrüsst,ansonsten war der Service nicht top. Im Restaurant fühlten wir uns nie willkommen was v.a.am Chef de Service lag,der entweder keine Gäste wollte oder total überarbeitet,da er immer anwesend war und für Bar und Restaurant zuständig. Als wir einen Arzt brauchten bekamen wir die Auskunft,dass wir,falls es schlimmer werden sollte, den Notdiens anrufen sollen. Einen Arzt mussten wir selber organisieren. Schwimmbad war eigentlich unglaublich schön,aber es lagen Schrauben herum und der Whirlpoolteil war schimmlig. Auch ein Spielzimmer mit einer tollen Rutsche hätte es,aber vieles ist kaputt und lieblos in den Raum geworfen

Sentral beliggenhet. Komfortabelt rom med god seng. Hadde halvpensjon under mine 8 dager. Middag manglet kanskje den lille prikken over i-en. Kun "finsk" badstu. Savnet steambadstu. Kunne vært isvann å drikke i badstuområdet.

Mir sind die guten Bewertungen schleierhaft. Der Service war bei der Ankunft schon sehr unfreundlich, wir hatten für fünf Leute ein sehr kleines Zimmer, Frühstück war nicht gut. Das Hotel ist sehr gut fotografiert auf der Buchungseite aber in Realität zwar modern eingerichtet, aber schlecht geführt. Der Wellnessbereich ist ein Witz, es gibt nicht einmal etwas zu trinken dort. Der Pool ist super für Kinder allerdings nicht für Erwachsene. Der Skikeller ist schlecht belüftet. Die Zimmer werden nur alle zwei Tage gereinigt, sogar das wurde dann einmal bei uns vergessen, so dass wir keine frischen Handtücher und einen überquellen Mülleimer hatten. Wir haben keine Gäste Karten bekommen und wurden dann, weil wir diese nicht hatten aus einem Bus rausgeschmissen Das Personal beim Abendessen war überfordert wir hatten sehr oft falsche Abrechnungen beim Abendessen. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Auf dem Klo ohne Fenster funktionierte die Lüftung nicht. Das sind die Punkte, die mir jetzt auf die Schnelle einfallen. Wir werden einfach nicht mehr in dieses Hotel fahren.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at VAYA Seefeld. The hotel is perfectly located near Seefeld town and is well connected with buses and the main train station. The hotel itself was very well maintained, modern but with a traditional feel. Our room was immaculate - the house keeping team had left our room spotless. Our room was a good size and the bathroom was of a high standard. Our room had a balcony with a nice view too. The facilities in the hotel were also really clean, it was nice to have the pool and spa area to relax. The restaurant was of a high standard, breakfast was always well stocked and our evening meals (included) were beautifully presented and delicious. The staff were always friendly when we had interactions. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay. Clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Really helpful staff to all, including children. Food very nice, more choice for children not eating main dishes would be welcome, but otherwise excellent. Pool clean and nice atmosphere. Children are allowed in the pool, but not all guests happy with this, so picking a quieter time or signs to say all welcome would be helpful to prevent the tutting. I would have liked to have known that a drinks token was available if you didn't have a daily room clean (found out on last night). Easy access to centre and bus/trains. Rooms a bit stuffy at times, couldn't leave window open due to smell of smokers on balconies or right outside the building. Very comfortable stay otherwise and would recommend

Ein schönes, gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel mit moderner Ausstattung. Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Das Frühstücksbuffet sowie Abendessen ist reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen!

Family of 4 with teenagers. Was advised a room with 4 beds but 2 on a sofa bed that was terrible! The madras was poor and surface like a volcano - halt the family did not sleep at all this night. Cannot understand how a +4star hotel can offer this, at a +350€ / night ?!

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Zimmer mit toller Terrasse. Das Zimmer und auch das ganze Hotel waren jedoch leider völlig überheizt. Dies war nicht sehr angenehm. Etwas störend ist auch die Hotelbeleuchtung direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer, die erst morgens um 06.30 Uhr abgestellt wird. Sehr ansprechendes Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen. Wir waren mit Hund dort und es wurde pro Nacht 30 Euro berechnet. Dies summiert sich bei mehreren Nächten sehr schnell und lässt sich nicht rechtfertigen. Es gibt keinerlei Infrastruktur für diesen Betrag und ist meiner Meinung nach viel zu hoch. Da wir während unseres Aufenthalts auf eine Zimmerreinigung verzichteten, lässt sich der Betrag auch nicht mit einem vielfachen Mehraufwand bei der Reinigung rechtfertigen.

Great location, only 2 minutes' walk to the village center and the train station. Nice hotel with modern alpine design. Pool and sauna are nice to use. Breakfast is OK, nothing special. Nice bar area but not always attended. Parking is a bit challenging, best option is the underground parking. Would definitely book this hotel again!

Amazing stay because: - very big comfy room, nice bed, nice balcony - amazing restaurant, refilled continuously for breakfast and dinner buffet, very nice kids buffet - nice kids area and gym for a small training - friendly receptionists and cleaning staff To improve - room key system: costed us 2 hours to get a hard key in the end (the card system wasn’t working) - personnel: the local manager by the time of our stay was very unfriendly with us and not professional; he also treated his employees (in front of customers) rudely. The personnel in general didn’t seem to have much experience, also we found difficult to speak German (local language),so more than once we switched to English.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at VAYA Seefeld. The hotel is perfectly located near Seefeld town and is well connected with buses and the main train station. The hotel itself was very well maintained, modern but with a traditional feel. Our room was immaculate - the house keeping team had left our room spotless. Our room was a good size and the bathroom was of a high standard. Our room had a balcony with a nice view too. The facilities in the hotel were also really clean, it was nice to have the pool and spa area to relax. The restaurant was of a high standard, breakfast was always well stocked and our evening meals (included) were beautifully presented and delicious. The staff were always friendly when we had interactions. We would definitely stay here again.

Ein hübsches Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Selbst wenn nicht die richtigen Leute vor Ort waren, wurde versucht zu helfen -sehr Hilfsbereit auch mit dem Parking. Sehr gutes Essen im Rahmen der Halppension, auch Sonderwünsche wurden bearbeitet. Tollte stilvolle Zimmer - rochtig gemütlich.

Bl.a. fik vi ikke rigtig nogle informationer ved indtjekning om pool området, parkering måtte vi selv spørge til og generelt havde vi svært ved at komme i kontakt med personalet. Vi oplevede to gange at vente forgæves ved receptionen. vi fik udleveret badekåber til to, men var fire som tjekkede ind på værelset og vi måtte derfor efterspørge badekåber til børnene, som så heller ikke blev afleveret som aftalt. På ankomstdagen fik vi den forkerte menu, men ingeb opdagede fejlen og vi fil derfor blot serveret mad som vi ikke havde valgt og som på ingen måde virkede muligt at lave om selvom vi fortalte at vi åbenbart havde valgt ud fra gårsdagens menu. Overordnet fint hotel og faciliteter, men vi følte os ikke set eller mødt og savnede derfor i høj grad at føle os velkomne.

Lors du petit-déjeuner buffet, cet homme s’est montré pressé et manifestement agacé, laissant entendre des remarques désobligeantes sans raison apparente. Nous n’y avons pas prêté attention. Quelques minutes plus tard, ma fille, ne trouvant pas de verres pour le jus, s’est dirigée vers un buffet situé côté cuisine pour en prendre un, pensant naturellement qu’ils étaient destinés au service. À ce moment-là, la même personne s’est précipitée vers elle, visiblement énervée, lui a arraché le verre des mains et lui a lancé : « Pour qui vous vous prenez ? » Le tout sur un ton agressif et humiliant — à l’égard d’un enfant — le jour de Noël. J’ai dû intervenir pour calmer la situation et demander des explications sur cette façon inacceptable de s’adresser à ma fille. Au lieu d’apaiser les choses, il s’est mis à crier. We had a lovely 7 night stay at this hotel with our 2 small children on a half board basis. What particularly stood out was standard and variety of food every night, we ate so well! We also really liked the pool and the kiddy club - which our girls (6 and 3) insisted on going to every afternoon. Great location next to the station, and short walk into the centre of Seefeld.

Food very nice, more choice for children not eating main dishes would be welcome, but otherwise excellent. Pool clean and nice atmosphere. Children are allowed in the pool, but not all guests happy with this, so picking a quieter time or signs to say all welcome would be helpful to prevent the tutting. Hôtel tranquille, chambre cosy, avec un cadre agréable et de nombreux coins détente et luxueux dans un superbe endroit à 20min d’Innsbruck. Petit déjeuner vraiment incroyable - quasi brunch.

We had a lovely 7 night stay at this hotel with our 2 small children on a half board basis. What particularly stood out was standard and variety of food every night, we ate so well! We also really liked the pool and the kiddy club - which our girls (6 and 3) insisted on going to every afternoon. Great location next to the station, and short walk into the centre of Seefeld.

Frühstück standard und gut / Abendessen; Hauptspeise und Dessert waren sehr gut, Vorspeise knapp ok, beim günstigen Preis für die Halbpension aber schlussendlich zufriedenstellend. Personal im Service war zwar nett, aber katastrophal unterbesetzt, orientierungslos, oder nicht vom Fach. Für das lange Warten kam man uns jedoch überraschend kullant entgegen. Der Barbetrieb war praktisch nicht vorhanden, besser man geht direkt ins Dorf für den Absacker. Die Einrichtung und Zimmer vom Hotel sind sehr schön und werden einem 4 Sterne Hotel gerecht, umso schader ist die Diskrepanz zum Service, Fazit; mehr "Schein als sein".

Great location, only 2 minutes' walk to the village center and the train station. Nice hotel with modern alpine design. Pool and sauna are nice to use. Breakfast is OK, nothing special. Nice bar area but not always attended. Parking is a bit challenging, best option is the underground parking. Would definitely book this hotel again!

Vores ophold var overordnet fint. Men vi følte generelt at vi manglede imødekommenhed, information og service. Bl.a. fik vi ikke rigtig nogle informationer ved indtjekning om pool området, parkering måtte vi selv spørge til og generelt havde vi svært ved at komme i kontakt med personalet. Vi oplevede to gange at vente forgæves ved receptionen. vi fik udleveret badekåber til to, men var fire som tjekkede ind på værelset og vi måtte derfor efterspørge badekåber til børnene, som så heller ikke blev afleveret som aftalt. På ankomstdagen fik vi den forkerte menu, men ingeb opdagede fejlen og vi fil derfor blot serveret mad som vi ikke havde valgt og som på ingen måde virkede muligt at lave om selvom vi fortalte at vi åbenbart havde valgt ud fra gårsdagens menu. Overordnet fint hotel og faciliteter, men vi følte os ikke set eller mødt og savnede derfor i høj grad at føle os velkomne.

Lovely stay. Clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Really helpful staff to all, including children. Food very nice, more choice for children not eating main dishes would be welcome, but otherwise excellent. Pool clean and nice atmosphere. Children are allowed in the pool, but not all guests happy with this, so picking a quieter time or signs to say all welcome would be helpful to prevent the tutting. I would have liked to have known that a drinks token was available if you didn't have a daily room clean (found out on last night). Easy access to centre and bus/trains. Rooms a bit stuffy at times, couldn't leave window open due to smell of smokers on balconies or right outside the building. Very comfortable stay otherwise and would recommend
