The staff at this hotel are friendly, professional and super attentive to resolve issues. In particular, I was very impressed with the service provided to me by Piu; Saini; Sudipa and the rest of the staff I had only a couple issues including some crumbs on the floor, pillow had a couple hairs on it so the housekeeping team resolved this immediately Breakfast was pure veg - top stuff. Thank you. The hotel is beautiful

Staff and services are good, but the cleanliness of the property is worst. Washrooms are dirty with the spill marks and stain marks. Definitely not recommended for families.

Wooden wall not dusted. Bathroom water didn't drain; had to call room service twice. Toilet had to be flushed multiple times. Overall room design/decor not nice.
