Making a relatively last minute booking, is always a worry when you’re limited options. But I can’t say in this case I was extremely happy with the property and the location. Communication from The property was great. I managed to book parking ahead of time and there was plenty of parking space. Took me a few moments to work out which basis to parking, but once I read the instructions it was clear. The property is situating in Lovely location overlooking the water and there is so much to do in very short walking distance. I highly recommend this accommodation, and will definitely look to rebook directly next time I am in Plymouth.

Beautiful location, well managed with 24hour support if required for any queries. Onsite parking, clean with essential amenities provided. Highly recommend.

The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service.

Great location on The Hoe and fantastic to be able to park right outside. The studio is pleasant enough but feels soulless. There was no rug on the floor and it seems spartan. I moved the sofa a little which helped. Bathroom tiny but manageable. They expect you to take your own rubbish out around the corner and do your washing up. Makes me think I am reliant on the previous guests’ rinsing of cups. Bed linen and towels were good quality. Leaving tea and coffee and fresh milk in the fridge was appreciated and a nice touch. It was good value and it all worked well.
