No family rooms or interlinking rooms, breakfast was a sandwich and a drink at a cafe. It was nice but if you stayed a few nights it did get a bit monotonous as the selection was very limited (vegetarians would only have one option) and if you didn’t like egg it would be an issue. Hallways were hot as not air conditioned, only 2 washing Machines and 2 dryers for the whole hotel. Beds were comfortable and easy to assess but be careful as there are a few apa hotels on the same street so you need to make sure you have the right one

Super easy check-in and check-out, it's completely self-service but they have someone at the desk if you need help. I would highly recommend staying at any of the many APAs around the city and there are many. The rooms are small but they have everything you need, especially for single travelers or two. The price point is awesome for what you get, we stayed a week and it cost half the price of the places we stayed at for three days. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be booking one for my next Trip. They had a washer and dryer which was super helpful after traveling for two weeks. The APA we stayed at, was super close to the subway station and within walking distance of a night market and the Sky Tree.

This hotel was a bit cheaper than similar APA hotels, likely because it doesn't have a lot of facilities (there is no breakfast at the property) and for tourism, travelling from and onto the Asakusa line and Toei Asakusa line can be a bit of a trek. I enjoyed that the room was a bit bigger than in similar business hotels. I did not enjoy a (for Japanese standards) strongly worded message I received from the hotel a day prior to my arrival, telling me I would lose my reservation unless I gave them an arrival time. First of all, why? A reservation is a reservation. Secondly, I was lucky that I was travelling from within the country and received the message at all, or I would have been left without a room. How is a first-time visitor gor example supposed to know their exact arrival time? In the end, the staff member I brought this up with didn’t know about this, and neither was it a problem. There was also a member of staff who, while they fulfilled my request, refused to speak to or look at me, this has never happened to me before. if you don’t enjoy working with foreigners, I suggest you should work somewhere else, perhaps?

Completely enjoyed the stay! Staff was wonderful and helpful. Rooms are on the smaller side but perfect for trips where you will be out and about all the time. Has self laundry area, as well as a microwave and small snack store. Refrigerator in the room. Shower is smaller but the tub is crazy deep and wonderful hot water. It was a great soak. Across the street from the subway rail line at Asakusa Kuramae. Loved this and will be back for sure!!

It is in a very convenient location, on top of the station. The room for one is compact but has everything you need. The shower head is pretty good. Two things I personally don't like: the room (for one person) is smaller, so the AC cold air blows onto the head of the bed, and it gets really hot in the middle of the night because of the heavy duvet. The second thing is that perhaps they need to review the cleaning process. I am sensitive to smells and was not too fond of the smell from the toilet. I hope it can be reviewed and improved in the future.

The room had stains on the pillow and bedsheets and there was dead flys on the bedsheet. The rooms at the hotel smelled bad, like smoke. I tried to check out instantly with a refund. but was told I could check out but with no refund. I did not sleep for the night. There was no empathy. Small shower ( which was not totally disappointing) Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever be caught seen at an APA hotel. I stayed at 4 hotels in Japan and this one was the only one I had issues with

Molto comoda per la posizione centrale e i mezzi di trasporto (Asakusa Line e Oedo Line). Le stanze sono molto piccole, aprendo una valigia era molto difficile muoversi in stanza. Inoltre la pulizia veniva fatta solo ogni 3 giorni e poiché l'ultima pulizia coincideva con il giorno precedente alla nostra partenza non sono state cambiate le lenzuola. In ultimo, la struttura presentava 14 piani con camere ed un solo ascensore, spesso pieno e con tempi di attesa lunghi.

In the end, i had to work from my hotel room more than I expected and I didn't mind one bit. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Asakusa is a great place to visit. Very nice and quite neighborhood. The hotel is very close to the river walk, to many cafés, restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. I took one train from Narita airport, and took one train (no transfers either way) to Haneda. About 50 minutes each way. It was a very smooth ride considering how large Tokyo is. I would stay here again. i would, perhaps, ask for a better room (my window was overlooking a wall).

The room was quite nice, albeit a bit small. One main issue I had was that I could often hear other guests clearly through the hallway. However this is situational so it didn't bother me too much. Regarding the breakfast, you really do only get what you pay for. The breakfast is handled by a nearby cafe with a very limited menu. No option for soft drinks such as juice or even water, only coffee or tea. I ended up skipping most of the breakfasts there due to this. Great for a budget stay. Close to a station. Relatively quiet area (for Tokyo). Overall, for a student stay, 4/5

Excelente localização, em área calma e residencial de Tóquio e na frente de estação de metrô, em 20-30min você está em qualquer lugar da cidade. Quarto apertado mas com a cama alta cabe malas debaixo dela. H'alavadora e secadora no térreo. Equipe fala bom inglês. Mercado Rico's ao lado e 7Eleven a uma quadra. Só não gostei que você não tem controle no quarto se o ar condicionado é quente ou frio, o hotel ajusta conforme a estação do ano, então passamos MUITO calor quando a temperatura estava 20C fora e o quarto quente em novembro com tudo fechado e não era permitido abrir a janela.

Very nice hotel conveniently located close to subway station. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in a standard room which is very small. We chose it because it is part of the Japanese experience but it is very small. If you have checked bags select one of the larger rooms because there is barely room for two carry on bags. For us it was a positive but if you want room to unpack or there's more than two in your party get the bigger rooms. Close to many attractions and subway puts the rest a short ride away.

The hotel is good bar 2 things for some reasons it's semi outdoor so outside the rooms is ice cold and windows do not open to the rooms so they can get really stuffy and the air conditioning is too hot on the lowest setting

Solid hotel at a great price. Very clean, friendly staff, good toiletries. The room is very small (normal for Tokyo) but good as a place to wash/sleep and go. Also, there are several of these hotels on the same street, we walked into 2 incorrect APAs before locating the correct one.

Location is great - in front of the Asakusa line. If you time your travel correctly, you cab get a direct train to Narita airport. Small rooms but if you’re out all day it should do. This hotel was a bit cheaper than similar APA hotels, likely because it doesn't have a lot of facilities (there is no breakfast at the property) and for tourism, travelling from and onto the Asakusa line and Toei Asakusa line can be a bit of a trek. I enjoyed that the room was a bit bigger than in similar business hotels. I did not enjoy a (for Japanese standards) strongly worded message I received from the hotel a day prior to my arrival, telling me I would lose my reservation unless I gave them an arrival time. First of all, why? A reservation is a reservation. Secondly, I was lucky that I was travelling from within the country and received the message at all, or I would have been left without a room. How is a first-time visitor gor example supposed to know their exact arrival time? In the end, the staff member I brought this up with didn’t know about this, and neither was it a problem. There was also a member of staff who, while they fulfilled my request, refused to speak to or look at me, this has never happened to me before. if you don’t enjoy working with foreigners, I suggest you should work somewhere else, perhaps?

Very clean, very compact, everything I needed, only when I arrived early, left my bags to go sightseeing, wasn’t allowed to use their bathroom or charge my phone, I was coming back in 2 hours as a paying guess… very strange !!!!

Very close to entrances to the Asakusa metro line which made it very easy to visit the tourist areas like Senso-ji temple, Ginza, etc. It's even along the track to/from NRT with an easy transfer with the Keisei line. The room wasn't huge, but it wasn't a problem for me. Just might be claustrophobic compared to western hotels. Very clean with very polite and helpful staff though!

As far as location goes, this APA cannot be beat. There are a few restaurants and konbini right around the corner as well as Kuramae station being there as well. It is a nice location to get to pretty much anywhere in Tokyo. Please don't expect a large western style room here; there room for a bed, a small desk/vanity and a small bathroom. Expect to just come back to sleep, with a bit of extra luggage space under the bed.staff were very helpful and willing to help with anything, from check in to holding on to you luggage. Would stay again. Thanks from my wife and I.

The staff were very helpful and understanding due to issues outside of both myself and their control, and were willing to accommodate for that. The hotel is around a 15 min walk from Asakusa and Kuramae station is very close by with access to the line for Haneda airport

Excellent staff. Senso-ji Temple is a 20-25 minute walk or you can just take a 5 minute subway ride. You can also take the subway from Narita airport to Kuramae station that exits directly in front of the hotel!

No family rooms or interlinking rooms, breakfast was a sandwich and a drink at a cafe. It was nice but if you stayed a few nights it did get a bit monotonous as the selection was very limited (vegetarians would only have one option) and if you didn’t like egg it would be an issue. Hallways were hot as not air conditioned, only 2 washing Machines and 2 dryers for the whole hotel. Beds were comfortable and easy to assess but be careful as there are a few apa hotels on the same street so you need to make sure you have the right one

The hotel was comfortable and in a good location. Breakfast was to be included however this was at a nearby cafe that only offered sandwiches. I have a gluten allergy so could not eat the food which was disappointing since one of the reasons I chose the hotel was an included breakfast.

Great clean hotel and location. There is elevators on both platforms for Kuramae Asakusa narita/haneda line. Convenient from narita and haneda due to the asakusa line you can come to the hotel direct from the airport easily. Staff is very friendly, fresh towels every day if you put the sign up by 11am, also can request additional cleaning if you put the sign out by 9am. I used their coin laundry it was convenient and the machine adds detergent automatically. The fan in the bathroom is strong, water pressure powerful. TV is gigantic. Overall would stay again.
