Very good location (a must in Tokyo), pleasant relaxing atmosphere, nice buffet breakfast (not a ton of choice but who needs the mountains of food offered in many western countries that end up being wasted?). Well designed rooms but be aware that the bed in the standard doubles is really narrow and if we did fit in as a couple we ended up taking an extra room for our second son when he joined us as it would have been tricky for two young men (although very slim) and their luggage. Next time we come we’ll do the same and perhaps book a larger room for us parents. The rooms onto the street get noisy with traffic very early in the morning so better ask for back ones. A special mention for Kudo and Fanny who graciously went above and beyond to help us send out our suitcase to Kanazawa and Kyoto (whereas a day earlier a gentleman at the desk had given us the forms to fill up and basically told us to manage ourselves : not easy when the said forms are in Japanese….) Overall a great stay and a hotel we’ll be happy to come back to next time we visit Tokyo.

Great place to stay if you're looking for a simple stay! The room was small but just what we needed; bed and shower. The area is quite quiet so if it's your first time in Tokyo maybe find a different neighbourhood to get more of a fun vibe. But it's great for the price and close to the metro. Very kind and accommodating staff!
