Savnet oversikt over brann fluktveier på rommet, trodde det var lovpålagt på hoteller. Veldig treg åpning på heisdørene. Sentralt beliggenhet, kort vei til Aker brygge.

Great location, lovely new apartments, very comfortable room. However, frustrating changing door codes, only 1 working washer/dryer, no floor cleaning for 6 days, random room cleaning and towel changing, got very tedious.

Nytt og fint. Ypperlig plassering like ved Aker Brygge. Godt renhold. Rommet var lite, men helt greit hvis man ikke skal oppholde seg der. Har også strykebrett, som er et pluss. Koselig rom, som fremstår som nytt. Nærmeste parkering er Aker Brygge/Tjuvholmen eller Solli P-hus. Sistnevte tar 6-7 min. unna til fots. Ingen resepsjon, men veldig enkelt dørsystem.

Urdålig lösning utan bemannad reception. Ska det digitaliseras måste det fungera. Nästan omöjligt att få kontakt på det angivna telefonnumret. Hissen fungerade inte när vi kom och sedan bara sporadiskt. Men det var fräscht rum och tyst.

Very comfortable beds and clean room. The coffee maker is a Nespressó and the coffee is good. Their shampoo, body wash and soap is one of the best I have been offered in 25 year traveling experience. The kitchenette is useful to prepare breakfast early. There aren’t many breakfast places nearby and hotel has no restaurant or cafeteria. Is a high tech smart hotel. Not my favorite system. Service was very limited and it takes time to get requests fulfilled. Make sure you order via email early am for extra toiletries and coffee or else, otherwise you will have to go buy your own. Be mindful this hotel has no A/C and if temperature is 65 Fahrenheit and above you will have to leave windows open and you will have to try to sleep with city noise. Public buses pass by the hotel regularly and the maintenance crew from next door park start using their trimmers and blowers at 7:30am onward… The elevator was broken for approximately 48 hours and we were in the 3rd floor. Location is good as well. I beleive there could be better value/ service offerings out there.

Shockingly beautiful interior and quiet location given its proximity to busy road and cheaper prices than more central hotel locations. We were so happy staying at Hotel Filip! Beds are super comfy, rooms are very spacious and facilities are updated. Remote check in was seamless. Only complaint is housekeeping never came to our room. Location is walkable despite appearing kind of out of the way on Google Maps. Thank you Hotel Filip, we will be back!

Veldig lite rom men gikk greit da vi kun var der for å sove. Gulvet var skittent da vi kom og hver gang noen trekte ned på do så hørte vi det kjempegodt når vi lå i sengen. Helt ok hotell, greit med kode

Hotel Filip was modern and a short walk up from Aker Brugge and the water. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The toiletries were of a high standard. Our only criticism was the TV, as we couldn’t work out how to use it, but that was an us problem:) Highly recommended.

Everything about this hotel is weird. Only after you book, you realize that there is zero staff to help with anything. My room was quite small, had really low ceilings and barely any natural light. Definitely never staying there again.

The hotel is well located in an upscale neighborhood close to Ayer Brygge. We reserved a room with 2 beds and there was no mention in the description that one of the beds was a chair sofa bed that needed to be converted by the guests. There was a strange odor when you turned on the sink faucet, the TV had no signal, and there was a loud creaking noise from a gate outside. Otherwise, the Filip self-service hotel is renovated, tastefully decorated, and comfortable.

Very unusual venue. Not really a proper Hotel. Everything is done with the mobile phone/internet and there is no easy way to contact someone. Everything could be ok if you just need a place to sleep (nice rooms btw) and you are arriving late in the afternoon and departing in the morning. But if you need to check in sooner than 3pm or leave a bag in storage. It’s simply not possible.

Bad experience booking through Expedia as it is a no staff hotel so had to register and book though their clunky app when I arrived, which kind of spoils the whole prebooking via a platform approach.

Det er for komplisert å sjekke inn med registrering og betaling og adgangskoder. Hotellet var supert og rommene fine men det må gjøres noe med inn og utsjekking. For komplisert. Bor der gjerne igen!

No e sin hotel. Tiene un concepto de no tener recepción ni personal. No hay aseo en la recámara por la duración de tu estancia. El tema de no tener recepción complica las cosas como no tener un lugar para guardar las cosas. El tema de abrir la habitación funciona, pero es complicado obtener las llaves y cuidado si te quedas sin batería o datos en el celular.

Var en katastrofe, for at sige det ærligt. Først kunne vi ikke komme ind med det "smarte" ubemandede låsesystem, da der var problemer med lokation og frigive nøglerne. Virkelig ikek særlig smart at lave et system baseret på browser og internetforbindelse alene. Hvad hvis telefonen løber tør? Vi endte med at bruge 30 min på telefonen med kundeservice i røret og 3 forskellige personer. Vi havde bestilt et værelse med 3 senge og god plads i rummet, som det fremgik af annoncen. Dobbeltsengen var meget smal. Den ekstra seng var en stol som kunne slåes ud.... Der står rummet har et dining area - der var to stole (til 3 mennesker) og et lille rundt bord. Vist lidt et stretch at kalde det et dining area. Opvaskemaskinen var desuden ikke tømt da vi modtog rummet. Ikke en behagelig oplevelse og pris matcher slet ikke komfort. Virkelig skuffende ophold på et døgn heldigvis.

Virkelig ikek særlig smart at lave et system baseret på browser og internetforbindelse alene. Hvad hvis telefonen løber tør? Vi endte med at bruge 30 min på telefonen med kundeservice i røret og 3 forskellige personer. Vi havde bestilt et værelse med 3 senge og god plads i rummet, som det fremgik af annoncen. Dobbeltsengen var meget smal. Den ekstra seng var en stol som kunne slåes ud.... Der står rummet har et dining area - der var to stole (til 3 mennesker) og et lille rundt bord. Vist lidt et stretch at kalde det et dining area. Opvaskemaskinen var desuden ikke tømt da vi modtog rummet. Ikke en behagelig oplevelse og pris matcher slet ikke komfort. Virkelig skuffende ophold på et døgn heldigvis.

Very modern with individual door codes for each guest. Very close to Aker Brygge, which is a great place to eat out and soak up the atmosphere. Close to the centre with transport links, but walkable too. Great place to stay

Sehr modernes sauberes Zimmer und zentral gelegen. Man findet es erst nicht, da außen an der Tür ein anderer Name steht und nicht Hotel Filip. Außerdem läuft alles ganz ohne Personal ab. Wir konnten das Fenster nicht öffnen und die Klimaanlage nicht runter drehen. Daher war es etwas zu warm.

Impressed by the comfortable, spacious accommodations! Perfect location was peaceful and quiet with easy walks to train station and Tjuvholmen and Aker Brygge areas with restaurants. The digital check in was smooth and simple. Would recommend Hotel Filip to anyone traveling to Oslo!

App for entry difficult to use - me and several people stuck outside while I was there. Roof windows in my room had no blinds Sun set 22:43, sun rise 03:54 and it never actually got dark. Very poor sleep until I bought an eye mask. No restaurant of any kind.

An excellent choice for our trip to Oslo, brilliant value, clean rooms and I found that having no reception desk was useful for being out late in the city. Enjoyed the extras such as coffee machine, snacks and water provided. Would absolutely stay again if/when we find ourselves back in Oslo. Thank you :)

Very comfortable beds and clean room. The coffee maker is a Nespressó and the coffee is good. Their shampoo, body wash and soap is one of the best I have been offered in 25 year traveling experience. The kitchenette is useful to prepare breakfast early. There aren’t many breakfast places nearby and hotel has no restaurant or cafeteria. Is a high tech smart hotel. Not my favorite system. Service was very limited and it takes time to get requests fulfilled. Make sure you order via email early am for extra toiletries and coffee or else, otherwise you will have to go buy your own. Be mindful this hotel has no A/C and if temperature is 65 Fahrenheit and above you will have to leave windows open and you will have to try to sleep with city noise. Public buses pass by the hotel regularly and the maintenance crew from next door park start using their trimmers and blowers at 7:30am onward… The elevator was broken for approximately 48 hours and we were in the 3rd floor. Location is good as well. I beleive there could be better value/ service offerings out there.

I did not receive any email or sms for check in. I had to call but since I was travelling from another country it cost me a lot! the hotel was clean and good but check in and check out was really stresfull!! I would not prefer again, I think they must improve their check in process.
