The hotel is modern, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and parking is easy and convenient. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a problem with the air conditioning in our room, which was not working. When we informed the staff, they assumed we didn't know how to use it and simply explained the controls instead of checking whether it was actually faulty. Because the room became too warm, we had to sleep with the window open, but the traffic noise outside made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. After driving for around 15 hours, a good night's rest was exactly what we needed. What disappointed us most was not only the faulty air conditioning, but the lack of any effort to make up for the inconvenience. Even a small gesture, such as complimentary parking or breakfast, would have shown that they cared about the guest experience. The breakfast also felt overpriced considering the limited selection. Overall, the hotel has good facilities, but the way this issue was handled left us disappointed.

The reservation check in agent Emily was extremely rude. . I can not express how very terrible she was and the number of mistakes she made. Wrong room, wrong names on the room several time, wanting to charge us for 3 cars when we only had 1. 🙄 those behind us also had problems being told they had no reservation though their room was paid in full. Expedia had to step in and contact the property on their behalf.

Found the hotel to be very relaxed with a pleasant atmosphere. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was impeccably clean and of a good size. The bathroom was as new and again lovely and clean. Appreciated the kettle and the limited supply of teabags and coffee. Had to ask reception for milk but that was no problem and they were happy to provide a little jug of milk. The location was pretty central with the shopping centre very close by. Loved our short stay here and would highly recommend. Thank you!

Nice and calm room, clean and fresh. Very friendly and helpful staff. We only stayed one night, but it served its purpose. Perhaps breakfast was a bit crowded, many guests at the same time, but that can hardly be "blamed" on the staff.
