This was such a great stay. The room was impeccable, very big and the staff was so friendly. The location was centrally located to everywhere I needed to walk to, by tram or train. I would definitely stay again.

The thinnest pillow in the whole of Germany & there’s many thin pillows in Germany!! I’m not used to there not being any staff around so that was strange & a bit annoying as I couldn’t get in to check in to start with. Something in the room kept telling me it was connected throughout the night, none of my gadgets but I assumed it was the iPad type device under the tv - no idea what that was there for, I didn’t use it. I also had someone (possibly a member of staff) open my door & try to come into the room after I had arrived with no explanation of why. It was a comfortable but basic room (reflecting the price paid) but close to the city centre & all the attractions.

Although the rooms we stayed in, two junior suites, were spacious and comfortable, we found the breakfast situation dreadful. There were 7 of us, including 4 youngsters, and on the first morning there was just no place to seat us all together. The breakfast room was narrow and small and the lady in charge of it was miserable. When I asked politely for gluten free bread, admittedly in broken German, she became angry and chanted that she didn’t speak English. She watched us all like a hawk, and on the second day, even though I secured a table for us, I was made to feel uncomfortable as she kept watching our every move. We are not used to this and we’re not able to relax and enjoy our breakfast. We enjoyed our trip to Bremen in all other aspects, apart from this🙁

The lady at the service desk was really friendly and very efficient, the room was very clean and comfortable. Really centrally located for the tram. The one thing that i would like it tea and coffee facilities available in the evening. Would definitely stay again and highly recomend
